Our Apple ID login/password no longer seems to allow us to administer our account but can be used elsewhere. Who could we contact?

I've tried that. It brings up a dialogue box that says:
"Keychain Access wants to use the "login" keychain. Please enter the keychain password."
I enter the password and it rejects it, saying "Sorry, you entered an invalid password. Please try again."
This is the only password I've used on this computer: it appears that at some point, the login password has been reset or become corrupted.

Solaris Management Console no longer accepts logins after running JASS...

I have an unusual problem... I have a Solaris 10 system (with the 2/16/2005 patches on it. I am able to use the Solaris Management Console (v2.1) with no issues to make my disk storage adjustments, etc etc.
The problem is when I run JASS with the secure.driver setup. After that, the Management console no longer accepts the root password to authenticate. So, I know that JASS tightened something up, but I can't figure out what it did. Worse, when I undo the JASS run, it doesn't undo whatever it did to the security of the Management Console.
Any idea where the Solaris Management Console gets it's security information (and configuration) from? And how I can undo whatever JASS did to it?
Again, I've reinstalled this test box 3 times, and I know it's the JASS step that's locking me out, and not the recommended & security patches.

As a followup - right after posting this message, I opened a support case for this, and the solution is that you need to go into /etc/security/policy.conf and backup JASS's change to the default encryption model.
Change CRYPT_DEFAULT=1 back to CRYPT_DEFAULT=__unix__
Then, you have to clear the password using "passwd -d", and then reset it again to what you want. Then, the management console will work.
I guess the management console is set to always use the __unix__ method, and not look at the policy.conf's setting. So when JASS wanders from the default, it breaks SMC.

Long pause after login screen on Mountain Lion

Here's some strange behaviour I noticed on a quite fresh and clean install of Mountain Lion:
There's a long pause (around 10 sec) after I type my password in the login screen until the Desktop is actually shown. The funny part is: if I hit the key for Mission Control during that pause, the I'm able to see the Desktop and interact with it, while the login screen is moved to the side. The Finder is fully usable but as soon as I start an application, the login screen moves back in and covers all until finally the login animation is displayed.
I never experienced that behaviour before and always had the whole boot process in less than 15 secs. Now it takes up to 30 secs until I see the desktop.
I already tried a lot (HardDisk Utility, permissions, LaunchAgents, LaunchDemons, StartupItems etc) with no luck. Theres nothing in the Konsole for this pause.
Any ideas? My world won't crumble about this but I'm curious what might cause this delay.

I had no luck with that one either. Maybe Mountain Lion is not longer accepting that particular command setting. Thanks for trying to help though. If you ever find out please give me a shout.

AppleTV no longer accepts new 3rd party remote

I got a new UVerse remote since the old one went belly-up. I wanted to program the new one with the AppleTV. The AppleTV would not accept input from the remote. I messed with all the remote configs, and deleted one that WAS working for my Harmony remote. It would no longer accept a connection from the Harmony. I wiped the AppleTV back to factory, and it still tells me it cannot get a signal from either the UVerse remote or the Harmony remote.
Whenever I try to program, and click on the "Up" button, the light blinks, and the AppleTV beeps. So, it is clearly getting the signal, even though it says it isn't.
I feel like I am missing something very simple, or one of the most recent updates broke something.

I know how you feel. I have (2) apple TVs. I think I upgraded a couple of weeks ago, Ill check my version tonight. But I get loooooooooooooooooooooong pauses when I go to my "artists" section under music. Its like it locks up for a minute or 2. Then finally list all my artist. I have 20,000 tracks, but Im not streaming.
I agree apple dont release an update unless you know theres its perfectly bug-free version. There just too eager in recieving those movie revenues to care anymore it seems.

I have found that issue reported for Ubuntu (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1011935?esab=a&as=aaq) but not for Windows. The solution there to change the keyboard is not feasible since it's a laptop with a built-in keyboard.
I did not have this issue with FF 28 (I finally upgraded because I was getting BSODs) and I don't have this issue with any other Browser on same platform.
Any help appreciated.

Adobe Reader 11.0.09 - some certificates no longer accepted for signing PDF forms

After installation of the patch 11.0.09 of Adobe Reader some certificates are no longer accepted for signing (not enlisted in list of certificates) when clicking the sign fields of PDF forms. The forms were created using LiveCycle Designer.
Is it by design or is it a bug? If it is by design, what is the change, which caused this behavior? We are facing the problem, when our users are no more able to sign the request forms using their client certificates.

IMessage no longer accepts images to be dragged into the message box

My iMessage iMac app no longer accepts images to be dragged into the message box since upgrading to Mavericks. I used to be able to just drag in .jpg images and they would appear in the text field to be sent to another persons iPhone/iPad/iMac. This no longer happens and just ignores that I have dragged it. Not even a "not accepted" icon appears.
Is this just me? Or a bug in Mavericks?

HT1277 Why is mobile me no longer accepting my password?

My password still works for other application. However, mobile me no longer accepts it and no, I have not changed it nor mistyped it.

I'm having this same problem. I can no longer get my email using Mac Mail or Outlook. I can log into the website and get it just fine, so I know my password is working fine.
I have deleted the account and started over from scratch, but it will not log in.
I get: Logging in to the MobileMe IMAP server "mail.me.com" failed. Make sure the user name and password you entered are correct then click continue. If the infomration isn't correct, you cannot received messages.
As I said, everything is correct. I changed the server settings as suggested above, it did not help.
Nevermind....all of a sudden it's working.

Tried to submit an app to the Mac App store and I received this now:

Looks like a fix is in for Adobe Air (https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=bug&id=3680732), but I'm not sure if the same is being performed on Director.
I'm not using any Xtras or anything, I think this is just embed within the Director builds.
Looks like submitting anything to any Apple App store is going to be on hold for everyone until this gets fixed.

Thanks for that. There was some code in the GET_P method which I had unremarked. I assume it was always remarked out because once I Unremarked it again all worked okay. I did not really look at the code but when I did I could see that it was being set to a Pickllist, which was not what I wanted.
