No longer Authorized, but only the OWA app makes my iTunes stop syncing

Just before New Year i installed the app OWA do to a new office365 account.
now when I sync my iPhone 4 (iOS7), i asks me to authorize my computer as it is not authorized with the OWA app.
then i type my password and get the msg - "This computer is already authorised" (i'll post the screenshots here)
then again i get the "This computer is no longer authorized for apps that are installed on the iPhone
i have 3 choices, "cancel", "don't authorize" & "authorize"
right now i choose cancel as it then completes it sync.
if i choose authorize, it just goes in circles as explained above.
if i choose don't authorize, it deletes the OWA app from my phone...
what is wrong?...

Sorry I do have an iphone4 (no S), and i ONLY have one iTunes account...
how can it be MUST HAVE 4S to make this issue with the auth...
I can check my mails in the OWA as long as i don't say "Don't auth.." (it will delete OWA then), i say "Cancel" and keep the app...

This affects the way that the app works, however, you are also havig an issue with an iTunes authentication issue which means that you may have more than one account on iTunes and you are using a different one download the app to the iPhone. You can only have one ID active with a device.

    Hello Community!
    I usually buy apps or games directly over the iPhone-App-Store and i also manage the folder structure directly on the iPhone Screen.
    Yesterday i bought a new App via the iTunes Store on my MacBook (don't know why, i thought it would be no problem)
    ITunes is set to manual organisation (the box "App Sync" is not set in iTunes).
    So my problem is:
    I cannot install my recently bought app on my phone without enable synchronisation with iTunes.
    But if i set iTunes to app sync it is going to destroy my folder structures and  remove apps i bought with the iPhone EVEN if i click "Transfer Purchases"!
    Is there a way to manually install the app without destroying my complete structure and losing apps?
    Sorry for the critics, but this is not very user-friendly!

    I've been struggling with a similar issue myself and just figured it out.  Some of my content had been purchased with an older Apple ID that I don't use any more.  When I authorized my second computer, I only authorized it for my new Apple ID, not my old one.  When I tried to copy my library to the new computer, many songs, apps, etc. reported the error "could not be copied because this computer is not authorized".  It drove me crazy because I knew the computer was authorized and much of my library came over just fine.
    Finally I selected some of the problem items, selected "Get Info" from the menus, and saw that they were all purchased by my old Apple ID.  I then authorized my old Apple ID on my new computer, and all of my files are copying correctly now.
    Would be great if the message said something like "...because this computer is not authorized for Apple ID [email protected]"

    Are you sure you don't see them when you swipe to the left?
    I actually had only one icon showing on the second page .... and then all of the rest showed up on pages 3, 4, etc.
    The Apple Music app is a red box with a white note
    Weather app is a blue box with a white cloud and yellow sun

    Thanks Gail but ive tried that as well as logging oht and back into my accounts on my iphone and mac but I still get that message. I actually found a solution by unckecking my synced music playlist and clicking sync to remove it and then reclicked on my playlist to sync and it actually synced notmally and I got all of my new songs so I wanted to test it again so I clicked on sync again and the message once again popped up until I did the un-syncing and re-syncing again. I guess I will keep doing that in the future even though its annoying but its better than resetting my iphone.

    Dear Apple friends,
    I have the exact same problem with some apps.
    Even when I try some websites in Safari and Chrome that require loading big chunks of data they crash.
    Today it crashed in two new places. In the notification center and when I opened newstand app I no longer was able to return to the main window and the dock disappeared.
    I have my ipad retina for about three months now but latelly this issue has became more frequent. What should I do?
    Should I update to the latest firmware and do what raymond73 said?
    Is there a fix for this issue?
    Has Apple said anything about this? Because I see that this issue is happening to a lot of people.
    Is it possible to downgrade to iOS 6?
    Is it a firmware problem? That can be fixed in future releases? Or an hardware issue?
    Should I wait or go to the place I bought it and try to get the money back?

    Try deleting the problematic tune (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
    You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
    You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen of the iTunes app (or video app on your iOS device.
    If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

    I'm asking, in all seriousness, why do you think your mother needs an iPhone? Honestly, if your mother is, as you described her, a technophobe, I would recommend against getting an iPhone or any other smartphone. I've spent a fair bit of time teaching older folks to use smartphones. If they are interested in learning, it's fine. If they have the phone because their kids or grandkids thought it was a good idea but they are afraid of the phone or not interested in its features, it doesn't go well at all.
    Many basic phones have voice dialing. Obviously, it doesn't do all the things Siri does but it may be much less intimidating for your mom. Also, basic phones have hardware keys. Even someone with limited vision can learn the keyboard on such a phone. From the sound of your first post, all she will be doing is making phone calls.

    Have you tried closing the Camera app via the multitasking bar and seeing if it works properley when you re-open it ? Double-click the home button to open the taskbar, and then swipe or drag the Camera app's screen from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar.
    If that doesn't fix it then you could try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

    If you're trying to export it to WMA or WMV, you need to purchase a version of Flip4Mac which includes that capability. QuickTime cannot create files in those formats without third-party software which provides the necessary engine; even though it appears that QuickTime is doing the conversion, it's not.

    Don't use the down arrow key. Simply release the Command and Tab keys once the application you want is highlighted. This will open the application in a normal view.
    By pressing the down arrow key you are invoking the view all open windows for an application. This is the same outcome as using Control and down arrow for an application that has multiple windows open.
