No luck installing Presenter- been more than 8 hours!
I installed Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended and it has Adobe Presenter included in it. But when I open PowerPoint files there's no presenter tab. I thought I need have to install Presenter separately. So, from the installation disk I clicked on "Install Adobe Presenter" but it keeps giving me the following error;
Error 1935. An error occurred during installation of assembly component.
{303994BA-6487-47AE-AF-1D-7AF6088EEBDB}.
HRESULT: 0x800736FD
While searching on this site, I found that it that the error is because of another installation in progress, but there is no other installation in progress. I have been rebooting and re-installing Adobe Presenter for the past almost 8 hours with no luck! I hope that someone can help me with this! Thanks!
My only suggestion is to uninstall Presenter, then download the free trial of Presenter from Adobe's website:

Install that, and when it asks for your serial number, enter it, which converts it from being a free trial to being a fully-working version.
Next, download and install the patches to Presenter -- 7.0.1, 7.0.2, and 7.0.5. They must be each installed one after another -- you can't just do 7.0.5 alone. You'll find the patches here:

I lost my iPhone, but it's been more than 24 hours so iCloud won't let me see the last known location of the device, and i need the map of it's last know location to find the phone, how do i get the map of it's last known location?
It's not likely to re-connect to a network lying on the ground somewhere and getting rained on, it would be really great if I could see that map again so I could use it's last known location to find it. Kind of pointless to have a 24 hr killswitch deadline. If I had known I would have taken a screen-shot while I still had access to the information. Since I lost the phone at Canada's Wonderland (which is now closed for the season) I don't have access to the location where I lost the phone (under a roller-coaster probably), and so I wanted to send the Lost And Found people a screen-shot of it's last known location, but I guess I can't do that now. (Apple are big jerks)

I know, I'm too impatient. But it's been a long while and also, I have no way to contact Apple since I'm from Argentina. I've tried re submitting but obviously, it just says that the serial number of my iMac has already been used. I'll wait 72 hours before I do anything, but this is just frustrating. Is this normal? Try taking your question to the new Mountain Lion forum. As teach5 notes, the experts are saying that it will take up to 72 hours to receive an email with your redemption code. Sorry if that's true but it's not like you won't get what was promised - just a bit later than those who purchaed it.

Go to Mannage apple id, attempt to sign in, if your infomation si correct it'll tell you where it's routing the verfication email

Could anyone help me?I have the same problem, I went to the payment process, selected the program, filled my personal data(credit card, billing address, etc) and after I clicked continue and I got redirected to a webpage that said "Thank You Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email from Apple Developer Program Support on how to activate and access your items. It may take up to two (2) business days to process your order." But I have not received any email notification from Apple nor my credit card been charged the $99 and my enrollment status is pending and telling me to go through the purchase process once again.
I filled the form 3 days ago (friday). I dont have a clue where I am standing... Any help please.

UAR Job taking more than 36 hours
Dear GRC Gurus,
We are running our User Access Review on GRC 10 SP13.
We have set the Admin review to "Yes"
The workflow has been successfully tested with few roles. Now we have kicked off the UAR review data generation job for around 18000 roles. its been more than 36 hours and the job is still running. We would like to know if there is a way to check if the requests are being generated before the completion of the job.
I understand that the tables GRACREQ / GRACREVITEM will not be populated before the completion of the job. Any help is greatly appreciated.
