No Map displayed

Hi Steffen,
it seems that your map provider has the wrong configuration. You use customized map settings - the copyright is not the default.
Please refer to this page with the settings:
Configuring or changing a map provider in SAP Visual Business
There is a test button, where a tile is downloaded from the map server and you'll see as a result the returned image.

Can the iphone maps display more than one pin at the same time?

For example, on a recent trip to New York I preloaded bookmarks of all the places I wanted to visit into the iPhone Maps. I then wanted to see where they all were in relation to one another so I could decide which one to go to next (MOMA, Guggenheim, Metroplitan Museum of Art for example). Is it possible to have the map display them all at the same time?

Did it on mine just now but I also did a very small location here in Sacramento. Dropped a pin in 1 city, Bookmarked, Dropped a few others and bookmarked at least 6 cities in the general Sacramento area, zoomed out just a bit and saw 6 red Pins. Which are all bookmarked.
If I could snap a photo of my screen I would post it.

IPhoto 8.1 Garmin Oregon 550t map display problem

I am trying to view photos captured by a Garmin Oregon 550t in iPhoto. The locations shown on the map are wrong.
Further investigation of the previously reported problem with iPhoto 8.1 displaying incorrect location information in the map display reveals that the EXIF information captured by the Oregon 550t is unusual in that it captures the longitude as a large number of seconds with 0 minutes. e.g. Longitude: W 105° 0' 810.000116 as reported by EXIF Viewer.
This unusual format seems to throw off iPhoto.
Aperture interprets the data correctly reporting Longitude 105º 13' 30.000" W.
Has anyone else seen this problem?

The info you showed is in a different format - my photos work fine with iPhoto
What version of iPhoto '09 do you have (8.1 is the latest) - some earlier versions had some issues with some types of GPS data - I've not seen any such issues since 8.0.3 (I think)

No map display in Photoshop Elements 8.

I have Photoshop Elements 8 and wanted to use Map Display for the first time. I opened the Display tab and there was no Show Map Option. Calendar or Date View was there and other views but no Map View. What should I do to have a Map View?

The mapping capabilities were provided by Yahoo! which discontinued its mapping service, so PSE now doesn't support locating on maps.

Find My iPhone Map Display

Within the past two weeks, the Find My iPhone map display has been divided into blocks separated by multiple grid lines. This results in inaccurate locations for the device. How do you resolve this issue?

I've tried setting it to both; standard results in dots appearing over a blank background. Setting it to hybrid shows them on the satellite image, but with no street signs. Basically, for some reason, nothing from the map will display.

Message mapping - Display queue

Hello,
In the Enterprise Service Builder of PI 7.1, I go to message mapping and choose "display queue" to test the result of a mapping but nothing happens. I receive a blank popup without any results. It's the same for all mappings. Note that we have just upgraded from XI 3.0 to PI7.1
Any idea?

Hi Experts,
In Message Mapping(graphical mapping), upon checking the properties of the nodes,there's one property display queue, in which suppress is there??
What does it mean?? Which queue it points and what value is suppressed??

SUPPRESS means no value.
suppose we are checking one condition (tdid = "RE" then pass tdline) based on the condition we will send one output. if the condition fails then suppress value goes to the target.

es: if(tdid.equals("WE") ifwithoutelse pass tdline value as output. [tdid is in E1EDKA1 segment and this segment occurance is multiple]
In this case if the condition is satisfied once and failed once (means E1EDKT1 segment comes 2 times) then first time it sends the corresponding tdline value and second time it sends the SUPPRESS value.

Mapping display only item to three output parameters from a procedure?

there is a page process called the procedure, which output statement1,statement2,statement3 parameters.
I have three items on the page which I would like to map them to the three parameters respectively,
how can I achieve this?

please check if this following proposal could serve you.
Define the Query with mode FixedQueryWithOutput. In the package define a ref cursor as IN OUT parameter. To get your 3 values back, open the cursor in your procedure like "Select val1, val2, val3 from dual". Then the values should get into your query.
Here is an example how this could be defined.
Package:
type return_cur IS ref CURSOR;
Procedure:
PROCEDURE myProc(myReturnCur IN OUT return_cur) ...
OPEN myReturnCur FOR SELECT val1, val2, val3 FROM dual;
Query:
DECLARE
MYRETURNCUR myPackage.return_cur;
BEGIN
myPackage.myProc(
MYRETURNCUR => ?
END;

Interactive map display

Hello. I've a small problem if anyone can help... As part of an ongoing project I'm trying to create a GPS interfacing program that talks via the serial port to retrieve stored GPS reference data stored on aGPS device. This data will then be converted and displayed on an image of a map (such as one would get from multimap or similar) in 'breadcrumb' form (each spot will appear on the particular road (derived from processing the co-ordinates)) whereby then each breadcrumb can then be clicked on and specifics will be displayed (such as the speed, direction etc.)
My problem, however, is how to create the 'interactive' map. Everything else works in the backend;I just can't seem to figure out how to do this bit! I'm currently holding the map image (images/map.gif) in a JPanel. The nodes are created in a class called GPSNode. The communications are done through the classes GPSController(the main class), GPSDataInterface(the interface for the data - the GPS returns an unformatted string), GPSDataUnit(calculates the information for the node), PortOpen and a few exception classes.

The interaction process should be as follows:
1. User clicks on JPanel
2. MouseEvent tells you where they clicked (x,y)
3. Cross reference the location with the information aquired from the serial port.
The key is to filter out all useless information based on where the user clicks (x,y). Then translate the useful information back to the graphical surface.

Clarification needed in Mapping Display Queue

I am trying out a simple message mapping explained in one of
the blog.
My issue is when testing the Mapping , the display queue window displays the the values on the Context Change line also.That is, the grey color also carrys the previous value .
I believe the CC's should shold be a empty value .Any reason why I am seeing the values.

Hi,
Technically speaking, the XML instance is imported into the queues before the target field mappings are processed. The contexts are separated in the queue by a context change.
Thus The Context change will contain the previous value of the field in supressed format.
It will inform about the previous position of the context change.
The Context change is can be used in Advanced User Defined Functions

Update rules mapping display

I need to check the update rules and its mapping for objects in production.
I clicked the next arrow button to see the mapping but not able to . It is good enought for me to just see it in display mode.
How can i see the mappings in display mode in Production system?

Please double click on the update rule and it show the update rule in display mode .If it is a keyfigure you can see the mapping for all keyfigures and click on the Ty symbol then you can see the mapping for charachterstics.If it is a ODS then you can see the mapping for all char and whne you will double click on Ty symbol you can see the mapping for key fields in ODS.

There are all sorts of solutions for displaying maps on the Web, starting from JPG files and going up from there. Would you reject JPG because it isn't open source? Or did you really mean to ask for no-payment solutions?

SSRS Maps - Display data that crosses international dateline without spanning half the world

G'day,
I'm hoping someone here can help me out - I've tried a bunch of thing and can't seem to crack this one.
Basically I have a collection of position data (w.r.t. WGS84) provided by an aircraft local to my area (Auckland, New Zealand). Occasionally when the aircraft flies off to the east this position data crosses the international date line -
so Point 1 at say -36° Latitude, -179.9° Longitude,
and Point 2 at say -36° Latitude, +179.9° Longitude.
The issue I'm having is when I attempt to display this data superimposed on a map in SSRS the viewport zooms right out to show the entire southern hemisphere.
On the extreme left I have 180° Longitude, in the center of the viewport is 0° Longitude, continuing through to -180° Longitude on the extreme right. From left to right my map layer displays South America, Southern Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
Needless to say the data I was attempting to display is invisible at this scale - however I'm assuming there are some points on the extreme left and some on the extreme right (with a lot of nothing in the middle).
What I need is some trick I can apply to center the map layer projection over New Zealand so that my report doesn't freak out every time the data spans over the date line.
Any suggestions around how to achieve this with SQL Server/SSRS? Many thanks for your help :)

According to your description, you want to show position data which acrossing international dataline without switching each half world. Right?
In Reporting Services, since maps is based on the Bing map background, it's not a tellurian model. So the only thing we can do is split the data into two parts along the international data line. This is the default render behavior of SSRS map.
