No mapping program found - scenario soap to file

Hi all,
I'm developing a PI scenario Soap to file and I have a following problem.
My source is a third party System and my target is a ECC 6.0.
I have created two data type, only different in one value.
When tried to check my scenario, I obtain this error:

ADAPTER.JAVA_EXCEPTION

<text>

at java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Method.java:592)
</text>
I have checked my message in the SXI_MONITOR's transaction and i see in column "Detail state", the next information:
"Mapping: Error in Resource Resolution or Initialization"
When i enter in my Error log, i can see the next information:

• Error in mapping program in scenario

Hi all,
here i am facing an issue which is to be fixed very urgently. please help me masters.
here i am having a single source structure and multiple receiver structures. after confirming many sources i finally started my work with the help of this blog.
/people/jin.shin/blog/2006/02/07/multi-mapping-without-bpm--yes-it146s-possible
But now i am facing a problem that my mapping program and interface mapping are executing the file successfully when i tested in the test tab of both of them.
When i tried to test my scenario in TOOLS-----TEST CONFIGURATION . there it is showing error in the interface determination/mapping step.
here on the receiver side we are going to use proxies. for that we used XI adapter.
please check the above blog and let me know whether my total procedure is perfect or not
THANKS in advance to all .
HELPFUL ANSWERS WILL BE REWARDED.

Hi Ramana !
Could you take a screenshot of your error and put it in www.imageshack.us, then give us the link to see exactly which error are you getting. Please expand the node of the error message.
Does the scenario works actually?? I've noticed some cases where the test tool gives errors but once the scenario is running everything works fine.

• No Mapping Program Found...

Hi Experts,
I am getting an error "Error: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: XIServer:NO_MAPPINGPROGRAM_FOUND:" when i checked my sender communication channel.
I checked the SXI_CACHE and found the right operation mapping is there. I also checked the receiver communication channel and found the message "Message processing completed successfully".
When i visited the output directory i found the output file with proper structure.
To make it sure that the runtime is calling the right mapping program I changed the mapping program and activate it again. After doing this i again checked the output directory and found a file with proper values according to the changed mapping program.
When i checked my sender communication channel the same error appears again.
Now I am unable to understand that if runtime is unable to find out the mapping program then how a output message has been generated with proper values ?
Please note that my service interfaces are set to 'Asynchronous' mode.
Could any of you please tell me what is going on under the cover?
Thanks.

Hi
Please note the graphichal user ID of mapping and operation mapping visible below history option and then delete both and create new one you will see a new GUID .
make a full cache refresh and run the message again .
I hope it will work

• XI 2.0 Mapping Program Archive not imported

Hi,
I am working on XI 2.0 and using XSLT programs within a WinZip archive. I have tested the mapping program outside of XI and all is OK/Well formed etc, but when I try to import the ZIP file containing the xsl template the imported archive is empty so that I do not see any mapping programs in the list of files within the archive. I have tried then exporting the imported archive as a new zip file on the o/s and it contains the correct mapping programs.
I have re-started the XI box and still have nothing working.
Please help..
Mark

Hi Theo,
yes the mapping program is xsl. I have sorted it out now, by simply re-starting XI and the local pc running the Java WebStart.
Dont understand what the problem was, as I cannot now replicate it.. but thanks anyway..
Cheers,
Mark

• SOAP to FILE using BPM to catch exception and save error into the table

Hi All
My scenario SOAP to FILE using BPB is working fine but now I have a requirement to catch an exception if something wrong happened on a runtime and save it into the tracking table, is that possible, if it is please point me to the similar step by step scenario.
Thanks in advince,
Yonela

Yonela:
As your original requirement is to save the eorr data into your database table, however, you was mis-leaded to alerting field.
You are using BPM now, then that is the reason that I suggested to use excpetion branch.
It does not matter SOAP to File seneario, it does not have to be SAP - RFC scenario, your BPM willl interact with database system.
First you have block which include all the steps that possible generate exception: like Transformation step, and your final Aync send step (which will send data to file).
Secondly, define a exception handler for that block.
3. Modify each steps that posssible generate exception: e.g. transformation step, send step, add exception handler to them.
4. Create exception branch in side the block
5. Add another send step inside your exception branch, which will call RFC, RFC will write data to your table.
6. If you want, you can add a control step in exception branch to trigger a alert, or terminate current process.
At run time, any steps that trigger exeption, will cause your exception branch executed, and RFC will be called to insert data into your database table.
Regards
Liang

• Download Mapping program as XSD

Hi
Can anyone give idea how can I download the Mapping program as XSD, which one I need to down load either Message Mapping or Operation Mapping and how can down load it
Thanks
PR

Hi,
You can download the Mapping program as .mte file. You can view the mapping program if the downloaded .mte file is opened with Text pad.
To download the mapping program,
Go to MessageMapping -> DataFlowEditor, do ctrl+shift and then right click. Go to Tools ->Export Tools -> Export.
Export the file with .mte extension.
Hope this would help you.
Thanks,

• Mapping related errors in SOAP Adapter scenario

Hello Friends
I have done this several times and in this particular case I am getting some errors.
Here is the scenario
External --- (SOAP) --- XI -
(RFC) -
SAP TABLE.
Program
I have created an XSD (External definition) to get the data to XI using SOAP Adapter.
I have done the mapping and everything looks Ok to me. I even restarted my XI server. All other scenarios are working except for this particular scenario in question.
When I looked at <SXMB_MONI> I see the xml string coming in correctly with proper tags and data as expected.
However, it is failing with some mapping errors.
Here is the error message I got in SXMB_MONI
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

• SOAP to File scenario

Hi experts,
I have the following scenario and I don't know if the File Adapter allows me to do.
- We have a system that execute Webservices.
- On the other hand, we have a file system that manages a files to consult.
We need to call the Webservice, and the response of this, has to be the data that contain the file.
I know that the File Adapter in mode Receiver is for writing files. How can I make it for reading?
¿Any ideas for implement the scenario? ¿BPM? ¿File Adapter in mode Sender with file name variable?...
Thanks,
Jose.

Your description does not make up a complete end to end scenario.
However, it look like this is a part of complete scenario:
You will need a sender system that send request message.
You will need a BPM to receive above message.
BPM will call webserive to get the response.
Out of the BPM: BPM will forward the response to integration engine
Integration engine will execute another mapping program: it will have UDF to open your file and read the file.
Comparing the result with your response from webservice.
If your file is located in the system other than application server, you will code your UDF like ftp client.
Check Java API for that type of use.
Based on the comparation, you can do whatever you want, or forward message to another system...

• Doubt Regarding SOAP to File Scenario

Hi All,
I am trying to create a SOAP to File scenario .These are the following things I have done so far :
IR - 2 datatypes ( 1 for soap message and 1 for file message )
2 message types for the corresponding messages
2 Message interfaces, both are asynchronous
1 message mapping
1 interface mapping
ID- 2 business systems (1 to send soap, 1 to recieve file )
2 communiccation channel (soap sender, file receiver )
soap sender adapter parameters - Interface Name - Message interface for soap message
interface namespace - scenario namespace
Then, i generated a wsdl file to expose the outbound message interface for soap message as a web service, url for message interface : http://host:port.XISOAPAdapter/MessageServlet?:service:channel.
After generating the wsdl file, i imported it in external definition
Could anyone plz. tell me, is this the right approach to creat this scenario ? how can I test this scenario?using altova spy ?

Hi,
The URL you have mentioned to genarate WSDL is not a valid one
http://host:port.XISOAPAdapter/MessageServlet?:service:channel.
Check the below valid URL
http://host:port/XISOAPAdapter/MessageServlet?channel=:service:channel.
You no need to import this to the Eexternal Definition as you already have DT,MT and MI, Any way this dosn't make any difference.
You can use SOAPGUI Tool to test:
->Create New Project -> provide WSDL you have genarated.
->Select Request and provide username and password and click the green button on top(Submit request to end URL).
Using altova spy:
Select SOAP Menu->Create New SOAP Request and provide your WSDL file and
SOAPMenu->Send Request To Server
Then you will get response..

• JCO problem in SOAP to file scenario

Hey guys
i m doin a SOAP to file scenario and getting a JCO error in moni, the status of my queue in SMQ2 is SYSFAIL,when i check the TCP/IP connection in SM59 i find error in two places
AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER and AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER .when i test connection for both of them i get the followin error "Error opening and RFC connection".
is this error dues to some server problem of something wrong in my scenario.?
the SOAP adapter in RWB is green.
i tried to unlock and delete the queue in SMQ2 but when i execute my scenario again,it gets SYSFAIL error.
thanx
ahmad

Hi,
If you restart the J2ee engine, it will work.
But The error may because of many reasons
-Might be because of lots of messages are to be processed simultaneously.
-Increasing the number of processes in VisualAdmin (VisualAdmin>JCO RFC Provider>AI_RUNTIME_<SID>) and see if that helps.
-This SAP Note may help u -709140.
Hope this helps,

• Business systems for Soap to file scenario

Hi Experts,
I am working on a soap to file scenario.Which type of business systems shall i create i.e Third party,As ABAP,As Java etc. Please suggest.
Thanks
Veeru

Hi,
Normally Business systems are created in SLD when you are provided with relevant system details. A business service is used in case of the system being an abstract unit.
In your case, it is better to go for Business service because you generally don't have such details for third party system.
Just go through this link for more understanding...
