No mention of my order on adobe website account
Hi,
I purchased a Acrobat Pro Xi on 24 April 2013 in India. For some reason, I cannot use it now as it says the trial has expired although I had followed the instructions in installing. I checked the website after logging into my account and found that there is no reference of my order. It shows no order history. I have the receipt and the order number (Order Number: 22538442624 ). What can I do? Thanks for helping.

Do you have the serial key for Acrobat, if yes then on the trial expired prompt select license this software, sign in with your Adobe id, enter the serial number to activate Acrobat.

i own acrobat 9 pro and had to re-download the program from a computer issue but when i get the serial code from the adobe website it give me serial code invalid error. i am using copy and paste to prevent miss typing the code.

Adobe reader and Flash player are two different softwares of Adobe.
Please try to install latest version of the softwares from www.adobe.com (scroll down to mid of the page) , these softwares are free from Adobe.

I created an account on Adobe website, but when I try to log into Adobe Licensing Website (LWS) in order to install Adobe Acrobat X1 Pro is states I am not a valid user. I have serial number for install.
Account on Adobe website is different than on Adobe Licensing Website(LWS).
Account on www.adobe.com is an account for individual however the account on LWS is
mostly corresponding to an organisation or a company and they hold the permission to access this account.
They assign specific people witin their organisation to have access this account.
You cannot login LWS using your individual account login. -
Why is Adobe website refusing to validate my Adobe Acrobat package ? The error messages says: "Your computer seems to be offline. An Internet connection is required . Please connect to the internet and try again". My computer is already online. it says this each time I try to validate my package.

I am unable to open raw files taken on my Canon Rebel T1i in my version of Photoshop CS3. When I import raw files into Bridge they come up as patches with CR2 on them and when clicked on, a notice comes up stating that Photoshop does not recognize these files. I tried to update my Adobe Camera Raw by downloading version 4.6 from the Adobe Website, but when I clicked on the plus-in, I got another message that Photoshop does not recognize this file. I spoke with a representative from Canon who said that I could not update CS3 and that I should subscribe to the Cloud. I would prefer to use my CS3, if possible. Can anyone advise me what to do?

Adobe has decommissioned the CS2 activation servers, so your old serial number is no longer usable.
If you download the special non-activating version of CS2 that Adobe has made available to licensed CS2 users, you MUST also use the new serial number provided by Adobe on that download page:

Hello, I recently downloaded a trial version of Lightroom and then decided to get the monthly photoshop membership. Now, when I launch Lightroom, my choices are to enter a serial number to continue the trial. On the adobe website, it says "You can convert your trial to a Creative Cloud complete or single-app membership by purchasing on the Creative Cloud website. After you purchase your membership, your desktop product trial will automatically be licensed upon relaunch." But this is not the case. I do not want to risk losing my catalog and the work I have already done in Lightroom, so what should I do?

I am changing laptops and have tried to download and install Acrobat 9 Standard from the Adobe website, but get message that my serial number is invalid. I log in and double check my account and it shows as a valid serial number. Now what?
If you had it on a laptop that crashed and you threw away, it is still considered as activated on that machine. YOu should contact Adobe by chat or by phone and have them deactivate for you.

If the page you linked does not work then it should so what happens when you try? It is possible that it might be a simple matter of you enabling cookies or trying another web browser.
You can also try to download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
