No menu in organizer

Just downloaded the trial version of photoshop elements 7
No menu bar at the top of the page is available.
Is this something that appears once program is activated with a serial number or is it suppose to be present in trial version?

In Firefox Bookmarks Menu, no "ORGANIZE BOOKMARKS" populates

Greetings all,
On my Macbook, I have Firefox and all of my bookmarks are contained within. I am attempting to export my bookmarks from Firefox, and then import them into my Safari browser. I have read just about every Firefox tutorial, and am still hitting a dead end. If I follow the Firefox tutorial, I am led to believe that clicking within the Firefox bar at the top of my computer, on "Bookmarks" (which is just to the right of "History"), I will see a drop down menu, and then I will be able to scroll down to "Organize Bookmarks" When I click on "Bookmarks", indeed there is a drop down menu....but unlike the tutorial, where you can plainly see "Organize Bookmarks", this does not appear for me. I am so stumped, and so frustrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wow, you did good! Thank you for the heads up. I was able to import my bookmarks into Safari within a minute. I'm pretty thrilled, but I have one final hurdle. Don't know if there is a fix or not. On Firefox, I had "Yahoo" as my home page, whenever Firefox would open...I was also able to have all of my bookmarks appear on the left side, within my Yahoo homepage, whenever I would open the Firefox browser. To do that, within Firefox, I simply went up to Bookmarks, and clicked where it said "show in sidebar". I can't seem to do this in Safari. I'm pleased that I now can visit my bookmarks when in Safari, but it would sure be great to have them immediately at the ready when opening Safari.

Error in Menu Icon Organization

I finally got my apple tv to be compatible with my tv set, but I can't organize (or hide(the majority of ) my icons).
Seeing as I am not the avid sport fanatic, I wanted the down play those options on my launch pad.
I can restrict a few with Parental Control, but non of which were sports affiliated.
I searched online and tried holding down the select button until the icon 'jiggled', but whenever I do so, my TV flashes Green and apple TV disconnects and reboots even after software updates and trial and error.
Am I missing something? Can/how do I change my menu options for apple tv?

Sounds like you might be pushing too hard, or the remote is broken. Reboot should only happening if you are pushing two differnt buttons. So when you are pushing the menu button down it must also be hitting other buttons. I would try pushing with less pressure, and if that does not work replace the remote.

There is no "organize bookmarks" in the bookmark menu?

I am trying to import bookmarks from google chrome and followed your instructions on exporting bookmarks to a file in "My Documents". The file (google bookmarks) is there. When I try the second part of your instructions and click on bookmarks in Firefox there is no "organize bookemarks" in the drop down menu.

In Firefox4 what happened to the Organize Bookmarks tab in the pull down menu?

your help info says to click on bookmarks then on organize bookmarks in the dropdown menu. Organize bookmarks does not appear in that menu.

I need to export my bookmarks but the "Organize bookmarks" is not available in the menu anymore. How can I proceed?

I have FireFox 7.0.1 (italian), I need to save my bookmarks not to have to retype them while migrating to the new OS. In yor help pages it is stated that I can save bookmarks going under BookMarks menu, selecting Organiza bookmarks… and saving them as HTML.
The prblem is: there is no such a menu voice, so I cannot save my bookmarks (or I do not know how to do it).

Switch tabs in XCode "Organizer"

Dear everyone,
I recent wrote a very small AppleScript as part of my whole automation script. What I wanna do it start Xcode -> choose "Window" from the menu -> click on "Organizer" from the menu -> click on "Device" button from "Organizer" -> choose "Editor" from menu -> Click on "Refresh from Developer Portal". The incomplete code is provided in the following.
Actually the only problem I have got so far is this step "click on "Device" button from "Organizer"" because sometime the focus is not on "Device" but other tabs (don't know how to attach a screenshot to this forum) and I have no idea of how to switch between them. I know I can use "Select Next Tab" menu item to switch to the next one but how to decide which tab (maybe by tab name) I have already switched to?
Actually I even do not know whether I should call them "tabs". They maybe "button". I tried using "button" but it did not work for it.
Any hint is much appreciated!

How to use Photoshop CC with Elements Organizer 12

Hi!
I have Photoshop CC and Elements Organizer 12. However, whenever I choose to edit my photos with Photoshop CC, they don't show up as "Edit in Progress" in Organizer. When I save the photos from Photoshop CC, my changes don't update in Organizer. However, Photoshop CC is an option in the Editor menu in Organizer, so Organizer knows that Photoshop CC exists.... Whenever I edit using Elements Editor, everything works as normal. I'm paying money for CC and I can't use it, so I really hope there's a solution!

Did you ever find a solution to this. I'm using Elements 11 with CC 2014 and having the exact same frustrating problem. It's so bad I revert to using Elements editor most times now. I rely heavily on organiser for my 50k catalog.

Organizer tool bar missing in Elements 9

I have read the forum response to this problem with Elements 8 but I have not been able to use the edit menu in organizer the same way as suggested. I did fix my copy of Elements 8 but there is no available font change that I can find in Elements 9. Is there a work through other than changing my 64 bit Windows 7 screen resolution? Thank you for any help you can give. Dave

I too was able to find the tool bar by reducing the DPI to 116%.

Photoshop Elements--No Organizer

After installing a paid-for version (Dec. 1, 2012) of Elements 11, my Organizer stopped working.
It fails to boot up--no windows, nothing except the words ORGANZIER on the top menu bar.
And when I look at the icon for the Organizer in my iMAC applications pop-up menu, the Organizer is grayed out with BAR through it.

Navigate to:
Help>System Info in the organizer, to find the file path for your catalog e.g. (see my path below)
Delete the file:
thumb.5.cache
Re-launch Organizer.

PSE 8.0 Organizer wont start

When the PES 8.0 "Organizer" button is selected from teh start menu, the program ends. It can open from the 'Edit' screen, but many photo thumnails will not show.
I have uninstalled / reinstalled with no improvement

Thanks for the respone - when I click on the 'organizer button' from the initial menu, the organizer app begins to start up but quickly will shut down the entire program.
On thumbnails, there are some that never render - it could be a matter of very large files as you mention. This a signifigant issue though as I rarely get that far into the program without the shutdown mentioned above!! I sometimes can access organizer from inside of the edit portion of the PSE application.
PSE has been working for several months as it should. I did load "AVG Tune Up" (part of the AVG anti-virus software family), but wouldn't think that the functions of that application would have any impact on PSE.
Thoughts appreciated!!!!

Lauching Photoshop CS from Organizer

I just upgraded to version 9 of Photoshop Elements from Version 6. In version 6 I was able to launch Photoshop CS2 from the organizer by hitting CNTL/H but that option is not in my Edits options. How can I add that option back?

Please check in Edit menu of Organizer 9 if you are able to see the menu item 'Edit with Photoshop' there. If not then it might be possible that PSE 9 will not check for older versions of CS installed on your machine. You will need to upgrade to PS CS4/5. You can try with trail versions of the same also to check.
Also, as a alternate solution set PS CS2 as a esternal editing application from Edit->Preferences->Editing and whenever you want to edit any image go to Fix tab and under More Options choose Edit with External Editor.
