No messages at Inbox, lot of messages on Get Info

I have two email accounts set up on Mail.app.
My first one works flawlessly, but number two is acting strange ever since I created it.
When I do a 'Get Mail', my messages don't show up at the inbox, but only show up at the 'Get Info' panel.
I can't get the emails that are on that panel to be downloaded to my inbox. Any idea why this is happening? Is this a known issue?

Sometimes messages left on the server clog up the account there, or Mail chokes on a message it cannot download and that prevents it from downloading the rest as well.
You may try first removing from the server messages that have already been downloaded. Assuming there is nothing wrong with the MessageUidsAlreadyDownloaded file (or if you’ve already re-created it), you can tell Mail to remove from the server all messages already downloaded by doing Preferences > Accounts > Advanced > Remove now. Alternatively, you may remove specific messages by other means (e.g. webmail or the Account Info window).
If removing already downloaded messages doesn’t work, the next thing to try would be removing messages that Mail hasn’t downloaded yet (you may want to try to download them with another mail client such as Thunderbird first, to avoid losing them). In particular, try removing the first message that Mail appears to be choking on. Actually, if there is a message on the server that Mail has trouble with, you may be able to identify it in the Account Info window. Don’t assume that it’s junk just because Mail doesn’t display it properly in that window, though. Try looking at its contents by other means (e.g. webmail) before removing it from the server.

I had an important app. (Memos by bluemarblesoftware.com) that I accidentally deleted. It of course had many memos, some with quite a lot of information. I did sync my phone on a regular basis and I think the memos should be on the desktop computer. I tried to do a restore function but I got a message saying there was not enough room on the iPhone. How much room is needed?

what you can do is back up your phone to your computer before doing the update, just as a precaution.

HT1430 receiving message "cannot get mail. account ... is in use on another device"

Phone does not receive email. Instead I receive message "cannot get mail. Account ... is in use on another device." No problem receiving mail on all other devices.

It is not a problem that is solvable by anyone. It is the way POP works. Set the polling time on your computer to 10 minutes or more and it will happen much less frequently. But it will still happen. Any time your phone tries to retrieve mail while your computer is actively retrieving mail you will get that message.
If your ISP does not offer IMAP service there isn't much you can do. Most don't BTW. I run a mail server that supports IMAP, and so does Yahoo, Microsoft, Google and Apple. But a lot of ISPs don't because either they want you to use webmail so they can track your usage or they don't like the fact that IMAP keeps the master copy of all mail on the server, so you will use much more storage than with POP.
One option is to get a gmail account and set it to retrieve your ISP mail. The read your mail with gmail. Google even lets you reply using your ISP's email address as the return address.

Messages not getting displayed in BADI

I have implemented a BADI for automating FB50 in MIGO. Atlast i am using

Complete error message not getting displayed

Hi All,
I've built a custom webadi integrator which loads into a custom staging table.
All fine with the webadi but the error messages are getting truncated to only 45 characters. The variable size is 4000 characters and a debug message before RAISE_APPLICATION_ERROR indicates there is no truncation of the message in the PL SQL package.
Where and how is my message getting truncated?

When I select this option I get nothing. The songs I have downloaded must be somewhere because they are listed in my i tunes library and on the screen I've been sent to. I can't the songs to play however. This is not true of all of my songs but it is true of quite a few of them. Actually, one song is too many. How do I get my music to play that seems to be locked up somewhere in the computer?

Presuming they're on your computer, right click on them and then follow the prompts to locate hte file on your computer.

Why am I being told that a JPEG file that I made changes to in Photoshop 6 (CS6) can't be saved? The message I get says that either the file is locked and I don't have permission to execute this or another program is using this file.

i recently purchased a 21.5 iMac with Yosemite (10.10.1) and was disappointed to discover that my CS6 programs are not functioning correctly. I am unable to use the "Save As" command when making changes to a JPEG file in Photoshop. The message I get says that either another program is using the file or it is locked and I don't have permission to execute that command. I'm experiencing a similar problem in Bridge when trying to move an unwanted file to the Trash. Again, I get a message telling me that i don't have permission to do this. Lastly, I'm unable to open any Camera Raw files. Any suggestions? I had no problems with the Mavericks OS on my old iMac and although it's much slower, I'm tempted to go back to using my old iMac. At this point, I feel as if I've just wasted $2300+ (tax included).

Back up all data before proceeding.
This procedure will unlock all your user files (not system files) and reset their ownership, permissions, and access controls to the default. Reinstall it.This time delete the receipts first.
To re-install iPhoto
1. Put the iPhoto.app in the trash (Drag it from your Applications Folder to the trash)
2. Download it from the App Store to reinstall It's on your Purchases List* there.
For older versions that have been installed from Disk you'll need these additional steps:
2a: On 10.5: Go to HD/Library/Receipts and remove any pkg file there with iPhoto in the name.
2b: On 10.6: Those receipts may be found as follows: In the Finder use the Go menu and select Go To Folder. In the resulting window type
/var/db/receipts/
2c: on 10.7 or later they're at
/private/var/db/receipts
A Finder Window will open at that location and you can remove the iPhoto pkg files.
3. Re-install.
If you purchased an iLife Disk, then iPhoto is on it.
If iPhoto was installed on your Mac when you go it then it’s on the System Restore disks that came with your Mac. Insert the first one and opt to ‘Install Bundled Applications Only.

One question often asked: Will I lose my Photos if I reinstall?
iPhoto the application and the iPhoto Library are two different parts of the iPhoto programme. So, reinstalling the app should not affect the Library. BUT you should always have a back up before doing this kind of work. Always.
Important:
As you're on 10.9.3 you'll need to update iPhoto to v9.5 before opening it. Use Software update.

If you selected open a new Apple ID account, go back a step and enter use existing Apple ID.
You will have to set up a separate iCloud account or your iPads will mirror each other.

Why does ATT use fake member messages to get you to read a "how to" page?

I signed in online today on my desktop computer to pay my ATT wireless bill - of course 10 days early as I do every month. We have 2 wireless phones on our plan with ATT and no other services. After signing in, I was surprised to see multiple messages in my message center. The only time I get email messages sent to my phone from ATT is when I've paid my bill and it confirms payment so it was unusual to see this. I clicked on "my messages" and I probably had 20 messages with today's date. All were ATT notices such as "People in my area having problems with data", problems with texting, new ways to dial local, all things like this. But - I received the following message and I am typing this EXACTLY: Did you know that your mobile service is suspended? Reactivate now. And the message is the link in my account to click on to go further. I was shocked and checked my phone right away and it was working, then ask my husband if his working and it was also. My bill is current and is always current. I couldn't understand what was wrong. So I click on the first link and this is the next message (copy and paste) from ATT and with my name and account number: From: A message from AT&TReceived: 07/08/2015 8:13 PM (The time changes every time I sign in to the current time). Service for one or more of your mobile phones or devices is currently suspended. You can reactivate service here. (The word "here" above was actually a hilighted word that is the link to the next page of ATT's message to me and I have changed that above to a regular typed word w/o the link). At this point I'm thinking my account is having some major problems and can't figure out why. I click on this link and go to the next page and it is a whole thing on how to re-activate or suspend my phone. I had no clue at this point and called ATT. The service rep I talk to has no clue either why these messages are on my account and I gave her permission to look through them. All she can figure is that it is some kind of advertisement / help screen for a "how to". This call took about 20 minutes of my time and I really got no where and I'm very ticked off. She did determine that my account is NOT suspended and that it is current. ATT this is RIDICULOUS, there is no one to remove this junk off of my account and ATT should not trick people into clicking on a message to get them to read a "how to" by sending a message telling them that their account is suspended and to re-activate it. How dare you. This needs to be removed off of my account and every other person that you have sent this to and NO I am not going to delete it myself. There isn't one person out there who would have received this message from ATT and not perceived it EXACTLY the same way I did. And every time I sign on it looks like a new message because it changes the time on it. You've really sunk to an all time low by doing this.

My response was just as puzzled, but not as annoyed about the messages. I don't know why the 8th was bombed with "junk mail". I never read it as it is also forwarded to my email, usually junk, and doesn't app,y to me. I was amused that many were duplicated in Spanish (not pleasantly amused).
Because I delete the emails, and never bother with the messages, I didn't realize I had more tha a years worth sitting in my account. It said (4) next to Messages. But there were several pages and it was closer to 50.
No way to answer, or spam either.
I sent an inquiry, I will let you know if I get a response.
