No models available in this environemnt and you dont have admin tasks
Hi BPC Gurus,
We have moved recently our Dev TR to QA system but after moving we can see Dimensions and Models are there in QA System RSA1.
But when I was trying to connect the required model in BPC (QA ) Web it says the below message.
No models are available in environment xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and you don't have any administration tasks . Select another environment.
Please check the attached screen shot.
Please suggest what is the issue.

I would guess that the user ID you are using doesn't have any access rights (task profile and data access profile) in the QA environment.

I'm on my iPod and I made a new Apple ID cause I reset my iPod. I go to download an app, but when it says use exsiting apple ID or Creat a new Apple ID, I say exsisting. it says that my Apple ID was not review by iTunes store I put all the info in so it can read it then it says "iTunes Gift Cards and iTunes Gifts code, I don't have one... what do I do?????
The gift card field is optional, you don't have to fill it in - and as cards are not available in all countries (and they are country-specific, they can only be used in their country of issue) you might not be able to fill it in anyway.
If it's a new account, and you didn't use the instructions on this page when creating it :http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534, then you will need to enter payment details on the account before you will be able to download any item from the store with it. -
How do you find and ipod touch if it is off and you dont have a serial number

The only way is the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have to iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it.
- Apple will do nothing

I just got done updating the Ipod . And I had to conect it to iTunes but I am not able to access my iTunes.
Anything i can do ?You have to connect the iPod to your computer and restore via iTunes. The computer has to have an internet connection

If you eject the SIM card tray the serial number is also there. It's tiny, but there.

I have a recently acquired an iPhone 4. Is it true if I am using PhotoStream to upload photos to my PC via iCloud, photos are only pushed when wifi is available? This means I don't have to worry about extra data usage, right?

On an iOS device, new photos you take will be automatically uploaded to your photo stream when you leave the Camera app and are connected to Wi-Fi. Note: My Photo Stream does not push photos over cellular connections. -
today at 8am est my card was charged but when checking order status it saids expected ship date not available at this time and it also saids we received your order and it is in process . payment not taken yet

I scoured the web looking everywhere for a solution to this.

I followed instructions to run 3rd party cleaner software
I tried the adobe removal tool
removing all copies of adobe software manually
installing from a new account, safe mode, plist everything suggested that i found did not work.
A colleague suggested that removing the below folder would allow the installation:
/Library/Application Supports/Adobe
They turned out to be correct, so i am passing this on, because this took far too many hours of my time.

My iPod Nano (fourth generation) is stuck on a black screen and will not charge. It's done this before and you can still see a faint outline of the green charging sign and the time/date. HELP
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Itunes on my PC displays an error message " This iphone cant be synced , you dont have enough privilege" everytime I start syncing thiss message shows up and everything stops. So , what to do now? even wifi sync isnt working and not able to sync files onto my iPhone.

Close iTunes, click the Start button > All Programs > iTunes folder > RIGHT CLICK iTunes Program icon > Select> Run as Administrator. -
the itunes library .itl fileis locked on a locked disk, or you dont have the write permission for this file. this is what it says every time i try and open itunes why ?
Sounds like a permission issue.
Navigate to the iTunes Music Library.itl file
The path should be Username/Music/iTunes/
Right click on the iTunes Library.itl and select Get Info
The window will open on the left hand side. Go to the Sharing and Permissions section at the bottom
Click the padlock to allow changes and enter your Mac logon password
Select yourself and make sure you have Read & Write selected. Click padlock to lock it again
Close the Get Info window and try and start iTunes -

I told you before that my ipad stolen and i dont have icloud , now i pay another ipad and i'm surprise becouse i found my notes that in my stolen ipad in my new one but i don't find anything else no bookmarkets no photos .. My question how did this happen ??Your documents were synched with iCloud when you logged in with your AppleID. If you had a photostream before, you could access some photos using the stream.
