No official repair of iPad 2 in Argentina

I bought my iPad 2 about 2 months ago along with a Belkin Snap Shield protective case and an Apple Smart Cover. The iPad fell and dropped by accident on one of the corners from about 1 ft. height, the glass is shattered and the plastic cover damaged, however, the iPad is still functional.
Where can I get the iPad glass repaired in Buenos Aires, Argentina? I have been to all of these Apple Premium Resellers, however, but all of them have refused to repair my device.
What can I do? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Authorized resellers are sent to another city for repairs! Warranty service is still in force, I throw out my ipad?
I'm not happy with this service! Why the buyer should suffer because of defective devices????

Perhaps if you calmed down and explained what the problem is, someone could offer some constructive suggestions. Keep in mind that this is a user-to-user forum. You're not addressing Apple here. However, there are lots of people with lots of experience. So, explain what the problem is and what steps you've already attempted to troubleshoot it. Maybe we can figure it out.

They don't repair your device as much as you pay that fee to exchange your out of warranty device for a refurbished replacement.

If Apple EarPods just randomly decided to break into 2 pieces and get stuck in the headphone jack, will Apple replace or repair the iPad for free?

After I was done listening to some music, I of course puller out the EarPods from the headphone jack. But then I noticed how the tip broke into 2, so half of the tip is stuck in the headphone jack. Are you still under warranty? You're going to have a tough time convincing them it wasn't your fault they broke, I predict. In any case, someone else had a good idea on one of these types of threads: take it to an electronics shop as they probably deal with this situation quite frequently.

It had fallen from my computer table and struck the prongs of an extention cable plugged into the wall outlet and it was extremely hot. I found a small charred hole about .5-1mm wide, and what appears to be some sort of metal component, possibly where the prong made contact with the electronics inside. I wonder, how much would it be to fix it, let alone know what's wrong with it?

I can't help you with a repair center but you might try some standard software repairs yourself first.
First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.

AppleStore China refused to repair my ipad

Hi, there. My relatives bought me an ipad2 3g 3 months ago, this purchased was made in US. Yesterday, I found that the microphone, after 2 months of working perfectly, started not to work properly. Even I shouted at the microphone, it just could record some weird and tiny sounds, completedly different to the previous time.
So today morning. I went to an AppleStore in Peking (capital of China) and asked for diagnose and solution. They just straightly replied that they could NOT handle this problem and noone in the store would be able to repair the 3g version. Sounded very funny. What's more? They asked me to go back to the place (US) where the purchased was made for a CERTAIN guarantee. And the express lane (US) was ridiculously closed when I called them at 11:30am, 1:00pm, and 8:00pm (The lane is opened from 6am to 6pm Pacific time?)
What can I do now?

Warranty is only available in the country of purchase. You'll have to return it to the place it was purchased in the US.

I have the following problem:
I own an Ipad 2 32Gb 3G. Wy wife accidentally broke the protective glass in a corner. The display and the touch works on all parts of the Ipad.
I tried to send the Ipad to the authorized Apple Service companies in my country (Romania) and from all of them i received the answer that they will not repair this damage due to the fact is not covered by guarantee. Of course i send the Ipad with instructions that i will pay for the operation but they say that is Apple policy that i have to buy a new Ipad instead of beeing repaired.
I find it unfair and now i`m contacting my lawyer to see if is even legal in Romania to sell products for which the manufacturer does not provide service reparations outside of the warranty.
My question is that this is true about Apple policy (i found 6-7 non Apple services that can make this reair in 2 hours having spare parts on stock) or is an abuse?

Problem was solved in the following mode:
Talked to my lawyer. Made legal papers to the ipad seller and ipad authorized repairer based on the Romanian law (i am from Romania) which state the mandatory repair for repairable problems.
Based on the law, on reputational risks and the fact that the seller made a mistake on the mandatory issue of a warranty certificate i got a replacement at around 350 eur from which the seller supported around 125 eur and the authorized repairer supported the difference from 350 eur to the 650 eur cost asked by apple.
I also state that not the money was the issue but the principle.
Of course i will never endorse a apple buy again. I find the support undergrade, the repair option unexistent, and the worse fact is that they are not telling these risks to the customers. The price made the ipad devices not beeing inventory according to my law so they are included in assets section with Amortizations made for it. This imply that any ipad have a long term impact in any budget, either a company or individual and with that impact and the money asked for these, apple have also responsabilities in term of supporting on long term their merchandise.
