No option to cancel subscription

I've followed the instructions on the website to cancel my subscriptions but I can't see any option to cancel them.

I have the same problem: one plan, no "Cancel subscription" button. To make matters worse, it shows that my subscription is active until May 23rd, but earlier today (May 20th) I received an e-mail from Skype stating that my "recurring payment" (!?!?) could not be processed. I was afraid something like this might happen, so a few days ago I removed all my payment method data. However, it is important to note that there was no Cancel button even before the payment method data was removed. And yes, I have checked several times that the auto top-up option is disabled (although clearly that is not the case -.-'). Needless to say I am displeased that I am unable to cancel the subscription by following the FAQ instructions, and very upset that I could have easily incurred unwanted costs without having any control over it.

    You would got to your adobe.com account and under subscriptions there should be an option to cancel. Be aware that after the first month paying for it, you will need to pay 50% of what remains for breaking the one year contract.

    Welcome to the Spotify Community, I'm sure we can sort out what's happening here.
    First of all, did you sign up for a 7 day trial? If so you wouldn't have had to put in any card details. Your subscription will expire in a few days and you'll revert to a Free account (with no charge).
    If however you remember putting your credit card details into the Spotify website, then you may have two accounts. Check your email inboxes for a confirmation email from Spotify to determine which one's linked to your Premium account.
    Finally, how much are you charged each month? If you signed up via iTunes by paying within the app you will be charged 12.99 rather than 9.99. Please cancel that payment via Apple.

  • No option to cancel my Spotify Premium subscription?

    I recently bought Spotify premium and I want to cancel my Spotify premium subscription as I don't want the $15 to reoccur after the one month subscription ends. But the fact is I can NOT cancel my subscription as there is no option to cancel it. Note: I bought my Spotify premium on the Spotify app with my iPhone 5 using some of my App Store $20 credit if that means anything.

    Hi I have tried cancelling my spotify through Apple by following the steps however I cannot go further than step 5. On my iTunes settings after logging on to my Apple ID I do not have an option to 'manage subscriptions'. However I definitely have got spotify via iTunes as my bank statements show 'iTunes.com/bill'. I would be grateful if somebody could help. Thanks

    I am trying to cancel monthly subscriptions, but in the setting tab there is no 'cancel subscription' option as per the inscructionals. how do i cancel the subscriptions. it only has an option to change payment detaisl, but when i click opn this there is still no cancel option...

  • Can no longer afford CC. Cancel subscription and auto-renewal.

    A couple of months ago, there was a dramatic change in my financial circumstances. As a family, we were not prepared for this; we did not have any significant savings and were already struggling with debts.
    Unfortunately, I am struggling to restore my previous level of income and, as such, many bills are going unpaid. Including rent… and Creative Cloud!
    I relied on Adobe CS tools for making a living; and for prospecting for new work. After missing my November payment, my subscription was reverted to 'trial' and now this is about to expire. (I actually had to turn down a job today because I no longer have the software to do it.Wasted money! I could have bought CS6 outright!) I am now in the process of selling my studio equipment to raise funds for software from another publisher. However, I seem to be locked into 'auto-renewing' my CC subscription, against my wishes. There is no option to cancel auto-renewal, without paying for the whole 12 months!
    I have spoken on live-chat and they do not seem able to understand my situation. No help at all.
    I'm looking into buying CS2 from eBay, for the interim, but would like to leave Adobe for good.
    Has anyone had any luck cancelling their auto-renewal before the end of their yearly subscription?

    This was one of my major problems with the subscription model. I guess that in the coming months (years?) we will see a lot more of that. It is sad though that changing situations also cross over in application land. Sadly enough that is how it will go, if you subscribed for a year, you can not get out of it till the year has passed.
    If I were you I would look for other software, maybe GIMP or another application, might not be as good as photoshop, but going back to CS2 is a bad idea I think...

  • Cancel Subscription doesn't work !!!

    1) On a expired Skype Number subscription, Skype keeps trying to charge the Credit Card 2) Even worse, it doesn't let the end user remove the Credit Card. It claims that it is required to cancel subscription first, but when the option is selected, nothing happens! 3) Hence, the subscription cannot be cancelled and the credit card cannot be removed. 4) The Support Contact Page doesn't offer an option to report issues like this. What is going on here?????  

    1.  Skype numbers are subscriptions so they will renew.  The renewal is billed 3 days before the subscription ends and continues to attempt to bill with the information on file for those 3 days.  If the payment doesn't go through it will resort to cancelling the subscription due to non-payment. 2.  You need to add a new credit card or cancel the subscription.  You can add a new credit card at any time.  You can cancel the subscription at any time.  If for some reason certain buttons don't work right, try another web browser.  The issue may exist with your web browser or a plug-in you have installed. 3.  You can't delete any credit card in use by a subscription unless you cancel that subscription.  If  you have another credit card on file you can switch payment of that subscription to that credit card.  You will then be able to delete the card on file as well.  This is rather common and makes sense to me.  Paypal subscriptions work the same exact way. 4.  You can contact Skype Customer Service but I believe that they may just walk you through the same exact process.   Skype Customer service can be contacted by filling out a Support request options on the Support Request page. https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1170    

  • Impossible to cancel subscription to Creative Cloud

    The phone tree has no option that even sounds like the right person to talk to about cancelling, and the wait is over an hour.
    The directions online are circular - it says the link saying "cancel this membership" leads somewhere it doesn't.  Instead, all you get is directions to contact customer service.
    The chat function says there is an agent available but when you open it tells you they are helping other people, and I've been waiting 30 minutes already.
    You have taken a total of 4 hours of my valuable time, with no end in sight, just to cancel a duplicate Creative Cloud subscription.
    The above constitutes an attempt on the part of Adobe to prevent customers from cancelling subscriptions, so they can be paid $20 per month for nothing.
    I expect the account under [email protected] to be cancelled immediately.

    Yes I know what you're talking about... phone conversation is the only way. I had a year agreement and found out that they continued to charge me thereafter the year. After going round and round in circles on the website I miraculously found a contact no. to call. Phone conversation is the only way to communicate, particularly with reference to charges.  I then spoke with a representative who said that Adobe automatically signs me up for a further year after the year expires, and therefore I would have to pay a cancellation fee. I was not impressed, especially not being provided with warning that the subscription was due to end. I think it is just manners to incorporate a system for which asks you first with a notification in advanced rather than automatic. So my recommendation is if you are looking to sign up on a specific period to ensure that you know whether or not they are going to auto charge you for another period of time thereafter. I have to say they need better communication details on their website!

    Want to create a new skype ID. Before that, I'm trying to cancel my existing skype premium subscription, 'release' the online phone number and remove the associated credit card information (and willing to let go of any remaining credit). Was able to cancel the subscription but there is no option to remove/release online phone number. And when I try to remove the credit card, it says I must cancel subscription first (which I did already). UGGGHHHH.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Online Number can be released only through refund or number expiration and even then it will still be linked to Skype account for 90 days.

    I see that you have an Acrobat Pro subscription. To cancel that, please Contact Customer Care. Choose Acrobat from the top drop-down menu, and then choose Membership, Account, and Payment. Click the blue "Still Need Help?" button at the bottom of the page to find both phone and chat options.

    I'm sorry you are frustrated trying to find the option to cancel your account. It is not obvious anywhere I could find your answer...
    So, I went to the fount of all SKYPE wisdom, the SKYPE website, and clicked the HELP link at the top of the page. At the very top of the page is a SEARCH BOX, and I entered a query, "CANCEL ACCOUNT". The query returned 50 results, but the very first one answers your question. And I clicked on the top link.
    I found an answer to your question, and step-by-step instructions on how to go about executing the cancellation. (You will need to be logged into the SKYPE website, with your normall account creditionals, when you try to access this link.

    I have a subscription for Hong Kong S.A.R., China unlimited min, which I joint on 21 June 2010. It has been more than 2 years now and I want to stop the recurring payment so that no more money's going out after the latest payment, which was on 25 Jun 2012.
