No password input required?

I don't know what happened, or what I may have done to have this little problem occur, but prior to two days ago, I always needed to input my password in order to purchase iTunes Store content.
Now, however, on both iTunes (current version) as well as the music/app store on my iPhone (also current version) whenever I click the "buy" button, it immediately starts the download, without asking for my password.
It's not that it's a terrible problem to have, and I can live with it like this if need be, but I'm just a little worried that I, or someone else that may use my computer and/or iPhone may accidentally purchase something. Obviously, I don't want that to happen, so that's why I'm here.
I'm sure it's just that maybe I clicked the check box that says something like "Remember password for future purchases" but I can't seem to figure out how to change it back, so that the pass IS required from now on.
Can anybody help?

It is a thick white line) appearing momentarily on upper left side of my screen.
This only appears briefly as specific apps are opening up .....only on apps where a password is required,(locked apps) like password managers, Apple App Store, etc.
(this is a little troubling… And I'm wondering about the security of my phone now)

Apple has no idea what this is… They're only suggestion was to wipe the phone clean and reinstall from the last backup! If that doesn't work, they would replace the phone.
Before I have to do this, I'm wondering if this could be a phone app doing this, or the iOS or something easily explained/ remedied?

How do I customize the password input page of the PDF documented created from Pages?

Is there a way to customize the password input page of the PDF document created from within Pages?
I created a document in Pages, on exporting I choose PDF, in the Security Options drop down I checked box password required and typed in a password, then clicked Next, then typed in a file name and then clicked Export. This created a PDF file that when I open with preview brings up a red colored page saying:
This PDF is password protected.
Please type the password below.
Password:
I want to change the color and the text and potentially add an image. I may also need to put in instruction in multiple languages not just english.

Not that I know of.
You could control click on the Pages.app and have a look inside the application package's resources to see if any of it looks like password dialog, but my guess is that it has been encoded in the main part of the application and altering that, even if you could, would probably result in a check-sum error or failure to take updates.
Adobe Acrobat has more control over its .pdfs but its password verification, I think is also part of the application.

I struggle to connect to an unknown network when a password is required. In settings, there's a tick as if it's connected but it isn't. What am I doing wrong?

- Googling shows that you have to join the network and then open Safari and agree to the terms and conditions and then the connect will be completed.
- Try:
Reset networks settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- Go to Settings>Safari and clearing history, cookies and data

Hello, if your install disk is locked (I assume with FileVault) there is no way to change the password. If it weren't locked there were at least two solutions. As far as I know, the only solutions now are:
- contact your dad
- erase and reinstall the OS X clean

I am working with C# 3.5. My goal is to have a simple program to allow a user change their Active Directory user password via a web page. I have a console application to initially test the commands to active directory and I am running into a problem.

Minimum password length 7 characters

The .SetPassword works if I use a user with Domain Admin access but it appears the John.Doe is unable to change their own password with the .ChangePassword method.

I have no clue why any password I select for the new password does not work.

I looked into the password policy and this is what I have learned. There is a major difference between undefined and defined in policies plus making sure the defined policies are set with values that will provide the desired results.
Since this is a development domain and is used for testing I have tweaked the password policy to allow me to develop and test against the domain with a little bit more freedom than a production domain.
I have changed the policy to the following settings.

Maximum password age 0 days
Minimum password age 0 days

Now, I am able to run my program against the domain testing the password change utility. My error was leaving some of the policy settings as not defined and not understanding what that really means for each setting. For development of a password change utility I need the flexibility to test and the relaxed policy changes allows me to run the program many times without having to work with test data that works around a more restricted policy.

CS2 was created for the Power PC processor which your old iMac obviously was.
Your new Mac with OSX 10.9.5 is an Intel Mac and no longer runs Power PC applications.
For several years after the transition from Power PC to Intel Apple had provided an emulator called Rosetta that allowed Intel Macs to run Power PC applications.
However, the last version of the Mac OS that had Rosetta was OSX 10.6.8 Snow Leopard.
Even if you could find a copy of OSX 10.6.8 it would be highly unlikely that it would ever install on a newer Mac due to different firmware versions.
Your only hope is to buy an older used Mac that can run OS 10.6.8 Snow Leopard or earlier.
Sorry, but that ship has sailed.

Why is my password still required for app updates on my iPhone with iOS6?

I've updated my iPhone 4S and my new iPad both to iOS6. Now when I try to install updates no password is required on the iPad, but my iPhone still pops up the password request window.
I've tried restarting the iPhone after the install but that didn't change anything. Is there a setting or anything else that I need to change on the phone in order to no longer need to enter my password every time I update apps?

I found this on another thread. I disabled restrictions on my iPhone and it no longer asked for my password. I have not tried re-enabling restrictions though to see if the problem reoccurs.

I wonder if the apple software developers can come up with a password input before you switch your phone to airplane mode?

Hello Dejan,
You can drop an input text on the canvas (top right + sign). After that select the input box and click the "express view" (bottom right).
You may not see all options directly but you have on the right side each time a small down arrow.
In the options area you will see the option "Mode". In there you'll find the dropdown to set a password field.
