No payload,details in SXMB_MONI

Hi,
I am not able to see any payload in sxmb_moni,I can see the msg processed success and failure ,when I click the flag and go in I do not see any details or payload on the right hand side of the screen,I can only see the msg on the left hand side.What could be the problem?
Thanks

Hello,
on the left side under Inbound Message should be three folders (SOAP Header, SOAP Body, Payloads), under Payloads you should find it (with double click).

    Dear All,
    I have a query related to Response payload in SXMB_MONI.
    I am using IDOC-XI-FILE & FILE-XI-IDOC asynchronous scenario . Output xml files and idocs are generated properly.
    <b>In SXMB_MONI,when I click on successful processed message it is not showing me the Response payload-MainDocument(application/xml).</b>
    <b>I was able to see response payload in my Development server but in production server I am not able to see the reponse payload.</b>
    I am using SP15.
    I tried to activate services also using t-code SICF but not able to solve the problem yet.
    Can anybody suggest me solution to this problem.

    Hi Prabhat,
    we had the same problem when we upgraded to SP15, we consulted SAP and they came up with the answer that this is a known bug in SP15. This seems to have been fixed in SP16.

  • Payload different in SXMB_MONI and Message Monitoring

    Hi All,
              I am facing a problem. My message Payload in SXMB_MONI (after mapping) is different from what i got from Message Monitoring tab of RWB. In the message monitoring some entries are missing from my actual payload.
    Payload from SXMB_MONI contains 300 entries
    payload from Message monitoring contains 250 entries.
    I am not using any module processor. Any pointer on "Why message payload got changed in RWB. ??
    Thanks
    Ajay

    Hi Nallam,
                    The structure is simple like 300 nodes for items after mapping and these are to be inserted in to SAP tables using RFC. But in the Adapter engine enteries found were 250.
    The same message when sent again worked fine but we have to find the root cause of the error.

    Hi Experts,
    I have a proxy adapter connection between XI and BI.
    I have to read the payload for a particular feild, and put a field from the payload into a file, when the data fails in SXMB_MONI.
    I am sure that the failed payload is stored in some SAP table, but can someone tell me the name? in tables like SXMSPMAST, i get only the status and NOT the payload.
    though i am working in BI, i think tha tables for MB_MONI are same in XI and BI, hence i am posting it here...

    Dear Experts,

    <SAP:Stack>Error while processing message payload Element &#39;StockTransportOrderReferenceIndicator&#39; missing</SAP:Stack>

    ssee screenshot attached.
    The field StockTransportOrderReferenceIndicator cannot be located in ECC and I cannot find what the system is expecting to populate here.
    Can somebody propose an approach on how to investigate into this error message for the solution?
    thanks a lot
    Salvador

    Hi Salvador,
    Thanks for your reply. We were able to fix that issue. As of now we have managed to send sales order to TM but getting the following error. Messages are getting failed in SAP TM. Even if the product exists in the system (TM) still the error message persists. I have CIFed location, business partner, product from ECC and everything exists in SAP TM with the same business system group. Kindly advise. Did you happen to face any similar kind of issue during your implementation ?

  • Sxmb_moni does not show payload

    Hi all,
    I have created a file to file scenario but when I execute it I can not see the outbound payload in the sxmb_moni and execution is successful. With other scenarios like file to idoc or idoc to file I can see the outbound payload.
    Any idea?
    Thanks
    Diana

    go to sxmb_adm> integration engine configuration>change global data and check if the variable tyte:
    RUNTIME................LOGGING................0
    RUNTIME................LOGGING_SYNC......0
    were setted.
    also go to RBW>components monitoring>Adapter Engine-->cmmunication channel monitoring.
    check if you are facing any problem when you get data from receiver system.
    Thanks

  • Payload not visible in the XI monitor

    In my scenario an xml message was successfully reaching its destination. The XI system was upgraded from support pack 13 to support pack 16. After that the process is still working fine as the XML message is still successfully reaching its destination. The issue we have is that the ‘Payload’ is not visible in the last two steps of the monitor. We can see the Payload until ‘Technical Routing’ in the monitor. But ‘Call Adapter’ and ‘Response’ steps do not have payload.
    (TCode: SXMB_MONI)
    when we double click a message we get XML message details and on the left hand side it shows following hierarchy:
    XML Message:
    Receiver Grouping
       -     SOAP Header
       -     SOAP Body
       -     Payloads
    Request Message Mapping
       -     SOAP Header
       -     SOAP Body
       -     Payloads
    Technical Routing
       -     SOAP Header
       -     SOAP Body
       -     Payloads
    Call Adapter
       -     SOAP Header
       -     SOAP Body
    <b>(( No Payload displayed, but present above!! ))</b>
    Response
       -     SOAP Header
       -     SOAP Body
    <b>(( No Payload displayed, but present above!! ))</b>
    Any suggestions would be highly appreciated!
    Thanks in advance.
    Faiq

    Hi faiq
    This seems to be the normal behaviour starting with SP13 or 14. There was a discussion about this a while ago and I believe it turned out to be works as designed.
    This is what was posted as final conclusion in Re: SXMB_MONI does not show payload after upgrade to SP15:
    <i>According to SAP (OSS) this is working as designed. Apparently it was an error in the past that the payload was stored in the DB on the ABAP (IE) side when the AE is involved, as it would then be stored twice at DB level. This explains why this is not a problem when e.g. the IDOC adapter is used.
    Anyway, the only way to let the system show the payload in SXI_MONITOR is to set the runtime trace level to 3 (full trace) and parameter logging to 1 (trace switched on).</i>

    Hi Babu
    please check whether the occurence of the target structure in multiple times or not. if it is 1..1 then change it to 0..unbounded.
    case2: take the payload from the sxmb_moni and put tha payload in the message mapping you will come to know where is the error.
    if still have the problem please reply back
    Thanks

  • Runtime error in xi abap stack -while getting AE logon details

    Hi XI gurus
                     We are getting a error in abap stack , transaction SMQ2 in XI box - whose details in sxmb_moni are as follows
    <SAP:Category>XIServer</SAP:Category>
      <SAP:Code area="INTERNAL">CLIENT_RECEIVE_FAILED</SAP:Code>
      <SAP:P1>400</SAP:P1>
      <SAP:P2>ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED</SAP:P2>
      <SAP:P3 />
      <SAP:P4 />
    When we look at the error trace in sxmb_moni, I see the following :
    <Trace level="2" type="T">return fresh values from cache</Trace>
      <Trace level="2" type="T">Get logon data for adapter engine (SAI_AE_DETAILS_GET):</Trace>

      </Trace>
    Is there a RFC destination to adapter engine from ABAP stack that is failing here ? What should we check ?

    Hi
    Please perform below tasks
    1. Please check INTEGRATION_SERVER_HMI rfc is working fine using SM59 transaction
    2.  If you are using RFC detination to connect to Proxy system, then i suggest you to check the connection
    3. Have a look at SAP Note 755372, 634006 and 773830 for the solution.
    4. refer to this blog - /people/krishna.moorthyp/blog/2006/07/23/http-errors-in-xi
    5. If still problem persist please post us the ICM trace file

  • How to get the value of payload?

    Hi
    The null is returned when I use the following code to get the User_ID element in the payload, but there are values in the User_ID element of the payload
    Task task_test = wfSvcClient.getTaskQueryService().getTaskDetailsById(wfCtx, taskId);
    System.out.println("the payload value is " + task_test.getPayloadAsElement().getElementsByTagName("User_ID").item(0).getNodeValue());
    How to get the node value of payload ? any suggestion?
    Thanks
    Jayson

    Hi Jayson,
    Try:
    System.out.println("the payload value is " + task_test.getPayloadAsElement().getElementsByTagName("User_ID").item(0).getFirstChild().getNodeValue());
    So add the getFirstChild() call in between.
    If this works, maybe consider using JAXB to marshall the payload details to POJO's. This will make reading the payload details much easier.

    hi can anybody tell me how to know the payload size of message?

            vvr murty

    Hi,
    To know the size of the input message , i hope we have one option , after copying the test payload from the SXMB_MONI into Message mapping test -- click on test
    after come back to design tab in message mappign
    click on left side root node and Press CTRL+SHIFT + mouse right click and click on trace -- you can see the size of the message payload.
    In SXMB_MONI..
    see the payload messges
    also see the below link

  • An Attachement for the payload of the message monitoring.

    Hello ,
    From the forum links, I found that to access a message payload for the message monitoring, we need to call <u>cl_xms_persist->read_msg_all.</u>
    and the export parameter would give the payload message as an attachment.
    <i>
    But when I tried to find if there is any attachment with the messages I dont see them (size comes with the value 0).</i>
       <u>    CALL METHOD ex_message->numberofattachments
            RECEIVING
              size = size.</u>
    <b>
    Is there any other option available to get a payload for the message?</b>
    Thanks a lot.

    Hi Arjun,
         You can see your payload in Tcode  SXMB_MONI
         SXMB_MONI-->
         MONITOR FOR PROCESSED XML MESSAGES-->
         click F8 (if required change the date of execution from to select specific message on date range)-->
         Double click on the right most 3D button type of box before the flag icon,
    Now you will be able to see the Different pipeline Execution steps(7 Steps)  that Your message has under gone .Click on any one of them and see your payload in payload folder at each and every step.This helps us in understanding the way your message is undergoing transformations through out its journey from sender to receiver.
    VIRTUAL RECIVER..Is actually a part of an annonymous and adressable unit like service to simulate the receiver that is participating in B2B communication.Its jus a mandatory parameter that has to be mntione din Receiver deternination when We test our B2B scenarios using this option in ID part of PI/XI.
