No Pin for ovi, PC registration issues

hi
i received my nokia 5230 today and no pin was given via voucher or sms. according to the nokia care its pre registered.
how do i register my computer with my phone?
i already have nokia x6 registered on my computer under this email, is it possible to use same computer and email for two phones?
how will i know which music in the library is for which phone? or can i use my x6 music on nokia 5230 phone since its registered on the same computer?
and can i change my registered device from noki 5230 to nokia x6? since i dont want to keep my x6

    I have been facing issue with J4W registration and display error "no connection to server". Following is the version detail:-
    Version CUCM and IM&P---> (10.5.2)
    On-Premises login
    During analysis, i found 2 things in logs:-
    1). Unable to download jabber-config.xml file (Download of TFTP File failed for server ) //// all the other xml files are succesfully downloaded which may indicate that there is an absence of jabber-config.xml file.
    2). While signing into presence "OnLoginError: (data=0) LERR_JABBER_UNREACHABLE <16>: "

    I tried to change the IP address to FQDN under System---> Server, but after that the connection is lost between CUCM and IM&P.

    Sorry for the late reply. You may well have resolved this  by now, if you have can I suggest that you update the post with the resolution so others may benefit.
    Looking at the logs, I can see that Jabber is trying to login to the IMP server below, but its returning server unreachable error.
    Signing into Presence Server. Server: 162.20.10.30, login mode: ON_PREM, result: 0
    [IMPStackCap::Login::OnLoginError] - ****************************************************************
    [IMPStackCap::Login::OnLoginError] - OnLoginError: (data=0) LERR_JABBER_UNREACHABLE <16>:

    We will need to look at the IMP logs to know what is going on. Let me know if you still need help with this.

  • Acrobat XI Pro- CC.  asking for a license/registration number - Not given one.

    I have purchased Acrobat XI Pro- CC.  It's downloaded and installed. However, it keeps asking for a license/registration number which I do no have.  I have already uninstalled twice and re-downloaded, thinking there was an issue.  And it does the same thing. 
    It is giving me 28 days to purchase.  I did hit trial or subscriptions when opened.
    No success.  How do I get this out of trial mode and into my subscription based program.

  • Ovi Suite sync issues

    My N95 and PC Suite sync'ed perfectly, then came Ovi. What a pain, however I got used to it.
    In the last week I have installed the latest bug fix for Ovi Suite. Now my phone will not sync. Ovi suite sees the phone, and I can message etc from my PC keyboard, but Ovi suite just sits inert when asked to sync. It shows in the various boxes "waiting to sync" but just does nothing and frquently hangs.
    Any solution?

  • PSS: Password Self Service: No "Admin Defined Questions" available for security question registration

    Dear Experts,
    I have configured PSS as below,
    Activated "PSS" in connector configuration.
    Configure PSS as per SAP note.
    Configured 2 Questions and activated them.
    Maintained "Service User" in 10 services mentioned in SAP note
    After this when I try to register new user with "Admin Defined Questions" I do not get any question to select, it comes as a blank field. But I can register with user defined questions and can reset password as well as get mail for the same too.
    Questions:
    How to deactivate "User Defined Questions" option?
    Why I am not getting "Admin Defined Questions" for security question registration?
    Did anybody faced the same issue?

    I have three issues for PSS,
    Admin question are not visible
    set option "Challenge response"
    Set admin questions and marked them active
    No system displayed during password reset
    Marked connector as PSS activated
    User available in backend as this is allow me to login for users available in backend system through end user logon page
    GRACUSER and GRACUSRCONN has the entry
    How to deactivate option "user defined question" for all users
    Any suggestions. I have tried options suggested on community through threads but no luck till.
    Raised it to SAP now but if anyone can suggest would be great so I would try it.

    Thank you for posting on the HP Forums!
    On the Photosmart 7520 when you press scan and choose email you should have the option to "add".  If you select "add" then the printer will ask you to enter an email address.  At this point you will want to enter your private email address and confirm.  You should then receive a pin in the inbox of the private email you entered.
    When you want to scan from your private email you just select that account on the printer and enter the new pin.  When you want to scan from your other email you select that one and enter its pin!
