No place to put "redeem redemption code" after signing in???

Trying to install Elements 13. After signing in, there is no menu or location to enter the redemption code???

There's been a few of these today. I think there must be a problem with the redemption server and you probably just need to wait a while and try again.

Unable to access Adobe Premiere download link after putting in redemption code.

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 and Premiere Elements 2.0 a couple years ago. I purchased a new laptop and was able to download Photoshop. However, I always get an error when I try to access the download link to Premiere. Am I missing something?

Here are the points that I am not clear on....
1. As far as I know, there are no Premiere Elements 2 installation files to be downloaded from Adobe at this time. The exception
might be if you purchased as download from Adobe with the promise that the files would be available to you in the future for another
download if and when needed. That typically comes with a time limit of maybe 3 years (not sure). To follow up on that, you would
go to the Adobe web site, sign in with your Adobe ID and Password, type "My Orders" in the Search field, follow the "My Orders" link
until you get to your order specifically for Premiere Elements 2. That is the location where the installation files should be if still
available.
2. But "1" becomes questionable with your mention of redemption code. Adobe sales have typically given serial number not redemption code.
This makes me think that you purchased from a retailer. But, then from where are you now trying to download these Premiere Elements 2 installation
files.
3. I do not believe that you are going to be able to install Premiere Elements 2 on Windows 8.1 64 bit. I have a purchased Premiere Elements 2
installation disc, and later today I will try to install Premiere Elements 2 on my Windows 8.1 64 bit laptop.
Do you have any other information on this which would put the matter into perspective for me.

Redeem redemption code is finished but no serial number

I have activated my membership with a redemption code. After that, the webpage has been closed so the next steps haven't been done. I can't do it again because the code is already been used once. I still need a serial number to use the software. What should I do?

I assume that by "membership" you mean it is a CC subscription.
If yes: CC does not need serial number, you just need to download the CC & activate it with the Adobe ID with which you have redeemed the code.
CC mostly asks for serial number if:
1. There is no CC registered to the ID with which you had signed.
2. There are entries of Adobe in Host files of the computer.
3. The activation count has increased.

I have some stateless session beans that need to be initialied from a few sources
to set
some internal variabes. Where would be the best place to put this code.
In the ejbCreate , in a default constructor, or in the setSessionContext method.

Still no ML redemption code after 15 hours

Been waiting for my redemption code for over 15 hours. Anyone else still waiting for it?

Kenji20022 isn't this a forum to express our discontent at what Apple, the multi million dollar company, have clearly ballsed up. "just call and get an explanation from them, mine to 30 minks" what a plunk! I totally agree that the people who shelled out hundreds of pounds to buy the latest model, are left waiting for a silly code is pathetic. On the surface Apple are ok, but delve down deep into the underbelly of the beast and one see's another figure, looming, just waiting to take your money and run. Apple should have honored all newly bought apples with preloaded codes to be activated on the 25th July. I am in to 24 hours with no codes. Apple have confirmed to me that my codes have been accepted but couldn't confirm why I hadn't received them. They then said that I could still buy the copy of ml from the app store?????? what the flup. why would i want to buy ml form the app store when i already own two copies. Apple you are a rip off. I have been a fan for many years but the marketing giant has gotten to you and you're out of touch with reality. Invalid Redemption code after problems with serial number.

I have been somehow kicked off with two chats today in dealing with this problem. I have brand new Lightroom software that was given to me as a gift. I inserted the disc and downloaded it to my computer, went to retrieve my serial number and that is when the problem started. I entered my redemption code, got my serial number, clicked the "download" option, an error window popped up saying "the webpage couldn't be loaded at this time" and when I went back to get the serial number (hit back arrow), it was gone. This has now resulted in an invalid redemption code. Help!! How can I use my software, obtain my serial number or obtain a new serial number?

After entering my university id number and the school comes up, the redeem redemption code page won't advance.

I chose "I am teacher, faculty or staff" as the university bookstore instructed. I fill in the name and other information. But the "continue" button seems to remain inactive. If is active, it doesn't advance the page after I hit it.

I received the serial number and redemption code after purchasing Adobe Acrobat XI Pro but I am unable to activate it. After entering the serial code, I thought I would be provided an option to activate but nothing happened. Help!

Entering the serial number will activate the product. Or is it still in trial mode?

If you have redeemed the code once it is not necessary to redeem it again to use.
You can directly download Creative Cloud desktop and install other products from there
You can downlaod Creative Cloud desktop from below link
https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Once it installed, Sign in with the email address which you have used to redeem the code
The click on install or update an application.

If you're still unable to redeem your code after verifying the characters in the code, you'll need to contact iTunes Store Support for help. You'll need to provide a digital image of the front and back of the gift card as well as the sales receipt for the purchase of the gift card.
