No programmes can be seen and installing in Creative Cloud

Question

I uploaded xtension manager CC and tried to install extension. No programmes in left was shown and I could´t install anything. I deleted the program from my files and tried to re-upload Extension Manager, but in Creative Cloud is still existing and I can´t do it. What can I do?
