No radio in menu of iTunes 7.5?
So I have downloaded iTunes 7.5 and would like to listen to streaming radio programs. However, all the Support instructions say to just click on the radio icon that's in the left hand nav and I do not see any icon. It is just not there. Is there something I have to do to add this function to my iTunes? And yes, I'm connected to the Internet.
Your help is greatly appreciated

Where is the store menu in iTunes? I updated my computer and want to authorize it. I deauthorized the old computer (and probably my desktop at a different location, and want to authorize the new one. The help says that I need to clickon the store menu in iTunes. I do not see any store menu. I can access songs that I purchased a while back, but cannot download any new purchases. If I cannot get this worked out, how do I recoup my money for the new songs? Also, can I transfer the songs I purchased to another service? Brad
It's in the same spot on a Windows machine as well

Where is the show menu in iTunes 11.3.1?
The directions say it is at the bottom of the iTunes screen, but I cannot find it. I have home sharing turned on and I'm even playing music from one computer on another. But, I cannot find the place to copy the files onto the second computer.
Hi mikel31556,
I have an article which may be able to clarify some of your steps for transferring your music through Home Sharing:
iTunes: How to move your music to a new computer
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4527
Home Sharing is an easy way to keep all your iTunes libraries in sync across multiple computers at your house. For more information on Home Sharing and syncing your library between two computers, read iTunes: Understanding Home Sharing.
Note: This option allows you to share music between multiple computers if you continue to use both, but it doesn't create a lasting backup. To create a lasting backup, use an external drive or CDs or DVDs.
Home Sharing requires
iTunes 9 or later.
An Apple ID that is also an iTunes or App Store Account. If you need to, you can create an iTunes or App Store account without a credit card.
An active Internet connection.
A Local Area Network connection (Ethernet or Wi-Fi), such as one created by a router.
Follow the steps below to use Home Sharing to copy your music between your old computer which has the music on it already, and a new computer.
Be sure iTunes 9 or later is installed on both computers.
Open iTunes on both computers.
On your old computer:
If Home Sharing is already enabled, iTunes 11 or later displays the option to Turn Off Home Sharing (Account) under the File > Devices menu. If this is the case, proceed to step 7. Otherwise, choose:
iTunes 11 or later: File > Devices > Turn On Home Sharing from the menu bar.
iTunes 9 or 10: Advanced > Turn On Home Sharing from the menu bar.
Select the Home Sharing icon on the left side of iTunes from where you select music, movies, or TV shows.
When prompted, enter your Apple ID and password.
Click Create Home Share.
On your new computer:
Click the Store menu and choose Authorize computer. Enter your Apple ID and password (that was listed in the Advanced menu in step three or used in step 5).
Choose Advanced > Turn On Home Sharing from the menu bar.
Select the Home Sharing icon on the left side of iTunes.
Note: Once Home Sharing is enabled, the Home Sharing option disappears from the left side of iTunes until a Home Share library is found from another computer.
Once your new computer sees the Home Share from your old computer, click that Home Share on the left side of iTunes on your new computer.
Select the content in the Home Share that you want to transfer to your iTunes library on your new computer, or choose Edit > Select All to choose all of it. Then, click the Import button in the bottom-right corner of iTunes.
Wait for the content to finish transferring.
Transferring playlists
If you want not only your content but also your playlists to exist on your new computer, you will want to transfer a copy of all your playlists from your old computer. To do this, choose File > Library > Export Library on your old computer. Save the XML file that is created to your desktop.
Send the playlists file to yourself as an e-mail attachment, use an external drive, or use file sharing to move the playlists file to your new computer. Once the file is on your new computer, open iTunes and choose File > Library> Import Playlist. The import process will remove any items from the playlists that you didn't share via Home Sharing.
Thanks for coming to the Apple Support Communities!

error message-The installer has insufficent privileges to modify this file:C:\Program Data\microsoft\windows\start menu\programs\iTunes\.iTunes.ink
How do I correct this to download iTunes so it will run? That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.
XP instructions in the following document: How to perform disk error checking in Windows XP
Vista instructions in the following document: Check your hard disk for errors
Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards? -

Allegedly there is a dropdown menu on ITunes under "store" where I can authorize a new computer. I have none - there is no dropdown menu appearing.
For a computer running Mac OS X, move the cursor to the very top of the computer's screen, click on Store in the menu bar, and choose Authorize this Computer.
For a computer running Windows, press the Alt and S keys and choose Authorize this Computer, or click here, follow the instructions, click on Store in the menu bar, and choose Authorize this Computer.

Removing genres from drop down menu in iTunes.
How can I remove deleted genres from the drop down menu in iTunes? This is not a question on how to remove genres from iTunes interface but from the drop down menu once a genre has been removed.
Ok, got link by pasting
To stream music from your computer to an AirPort Express, or to stream videos and music from your computer to Apple TV, click the icon in the bottom right corner of the iTunes application (verify that you have iTunes 10.2 or later)."
But , my iTunes, 10.5, has no such icon. -
HT1420 I cannot find anything in a store menu in iTunes to say 'Authorise my computer'.
I cannot find anything in a store menu in iTunes to say 'Authorise my computer'.
In iTunes, go to the Store menu item on the menu bar, and choose Authorize This Computer, as shown below.
If by any chance you don't see the menu bar ("File, Edit, View, Controls, Store, Help"), first enable it by using CTRL+B. -
When I connect my iPad or iPod to my compuer running iTunes I get the following message for most of the apps. "A newer version of app "5-0 Radio" exists in your iTunes library. Are you sure you want to replace it with the one you are moving?"
How can I fix this?
Many thanks
BMWrattThere is nothing to fix, let it update.

How can I make mp3 versions of songs I have purchased? Under the 'Advance' in the menu for iTunes, Creating mp3 version is dimmed.
Have you quit and re-launched iTunes? Does the menu item become active then? Or are you trying to convert a protected file, which isn't possible. You can tell if the file is protected by doing a Get Info. If Kind says "protected AAC audio file" the file can not be converted in-place. It must first be burned to Audio CD which you can then import into iTunes as an MP3.

I do not see a ITunes Radio tab in my Itunes app. What do I do to find it?
If you're not in the US, you can't. iTunes Radio is US-only right now. If you are in the US, look in the Music app, not the iTunes app.

Hello everyone. After many hours of working at it, I just can't find a way to get my Airport Express to play nicely and let me use Airtunes. I have a Linksys WRT54G wireless router, and the Airport Express is connected wirelessly using WDS.
I followed the instructions from this guide:
http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=20060609053254368&query=linksys%2Bw rt54g
But I still can't see a dropdown menu in iTunes to select my remote speakers. Can anyone help me with this? I would greatly appreciate any assistance.
Thanks in advance,
JoeDo you have to manually switch between your Airport Express and your wireless router to just use it for streaming music?
I could run the Airport Express just to stream my music, but I kind of would like to use all of its features. I've heard that it's compatible with this Linksys router, I just can't get it to work all the way.
