No_Receiver_Case_BE - Error

Hi Friends,
I have received the No_Receiver_Case_BE  error in my interface. I could see the receiver determination which has been already set up between the sender and receiver systems. Also there is no problem with the cache, but still not sure which is causing this problem. Can anyone help?
- Jack

Hi Jack,
Can you do the following:-
1. Perform CPA Cache refresh / complete cache refresh.
2. If not fixed by step 1, try re-starting the PI system.
This problem occurs because of cache not being refreshed properly.
Let us know if this is helpful.

Neetesh

  • "NO_RECEIVER_CASE_BE" error with SOAP Sender assigned to a Business Service

    Hi all,
we have a strange error with XI3.0
We created a configuration scenario where the initial step is done by a Business System, that uses a SOAP Sender communication channel to send its request. And this works great when testing it with XMLSpy.
But we then needed to shift from a Business System to a Business Service, as the machine sending the SOAP request changed and was not anymore part of the landscape, but elsewhere.
Hence we recreated a SOAP sender which we assigned to this new business service, doing absolutely the same configuration work as for the other soap sender of the former business system.
Yet when testing it through XMLSpy, we everytime get a NO_RECEIVER_CASE_BE error back, stating that "No receiver could be determined". Yet when checking in sxi_cache, receiver determination is clearly there. All the blogs I went into are only refering to Business System for a SOAP sender, so I was wondering if any of you already managed to assign a SOAP sender to a business Service.
    Regards,
    Cedric

    hi,
so you sue SOAP to make a query ? (sync)
or to send the data to XI ? (async)?
    if async then make sure
you use <b>Quality of Service</b> other then BE
    in your soap adapter channel

  • NO_RECEIVER_CASE_BE error in a SOAP - XI - RFC scenario

    Hi gurus:
I'm configuring a SOAP -> XI -> RFC scenario and I'm getting a "NO_RECEIVER_CASE_BE" error when I send a test message using the SOAP adapter.
I have another interfaces using the SOAP adapter of the same XI server and no problems with it. So I think my problem is not into the SOAP adapter.
    Thanks to all in advance,
    Alejandro Gomez.

    hi,
check if you don't have quality of service <b>Best Effort - BE</b> in your mail sender channel
if so change it to <b>EO - Exactly Once</b>
and activate and your channel once more
    this setting will eliminate:
    NO_RECEIVER_CASE_BE error
change this setting and let me know if it worked

I have done below setting in Integration directory.

-->>one doubt here? Should i have to create Comm channel for sender type also from ERP and SRM? pls confirm.
I created object in Integration directory as follows.
Create Object by selecting Business System BC_MM_MXX_594.
    1)Selected Internal communication
    2)Reciever Determination : BC_MM_MXX_594 PurchaseRequestERPSourcingRequest_Out
    3)Specified Interface determination : BC_MM_MXX_594 PurchaseRequestERPSourcingRequest_Out BC_SRM_SXX_300.

6)Activated all objects created in CPPR_Scenario.
Pls suggest something wrong with Reciever determination?
How to find where the problem is located? at ERP or PI or SRM?.
Also onething i noted is Integrated configuration is empty in Integration directory.
Any configuration should be done for IOC.? pls confirm.

    Also i noticed below

because i can see sender service and interface is empty and SAP reciever is having ERP service.

Can anyone help me out with this??
    thanks and regards,

    Hi,
Check the trace in SXMB_MONI, and refresh cache.
Check you configred the determinations correctly or not,
check the receiver interfaces also in IR.
Please compare the entries in IB directory (receiver determination) with entries in Monitoring (SXMB_MONI): Service, Interface, Namespace
    also see the below links

    Hi,
because we changed from two SLDs (PROD & DEV) to one (DEV) we did all changes like given in note 720717.

    Hi,
Hereu2019s a list of common errors/problems in SAP XI and their possible resolutions. This Guide will help you troubleshoot your integration scenarios in SAP XI/PI. This is in no way an exhaustive list. You can add your points/ideas to this list. Please feel free to post your inputs using the comments form at the end of this article.
    Cache Update Problems
Use transaction SXI_CACHE to update the Integration Directory cache. Alternatively, you can use the following URLs to update the CPA cache. Use XIDIRUSER to refresh the cache.
For complete cache refresh - http://<hostname>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full
For delta cache refresh - http://<hostname>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=delta
If this does not solve the issue, check transaction SLDCHECK to ensure that connection to SLD is available. If the connection fails, check the configuration in the transaction SLDAPICUST. Make sure that the password maintained is correct and the maintained service user is not locked.
Now in the Integration Repository go to Environment u2192 Clear SLD Data Cache. Also go to Integration Directoy and clear the cache using menu Environment u2192 Clear SLD Data Cache.
Open the XI Start Page and click on Administration. On the Repository tab, choose Cache Overview. Refresh the cache using the buttons/icons on the right. Use XIDIRUSER to refresh the cache. Carry out cache refresh in the same way on the Directory and Runtime tabs.
If you are facing cache update problems in your BPM (say you have modified the BPM, but when executed old version of the BPM is picked up instead of the new one), run the transaction SWF_XI_CUSTOMIZING and press F9 carry out automatic BPM/Workflow Customizing.
    Routing Errors
    NO_RECEIVER_CASE_BE or NO_RECEIVER_CASE_ASYNC
This means no receiver could be found. Check your Receiver Determination. Activate and update cache. Asysnchronous messages can be manually restarted.
    TOO_MANY_RECEIVERS_CASE_BE
More than one receiver found. Check your ID configuration to ensure that there is exactly one receiver for the synchronous message. Multiple receivers for synchronous interfaces are not permitted.
    Mapping Errors
    JCO_COMMUNICATION_FAILURE
Check whether RFC destination AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER is correctly configured
    NO_MAPPINGPROGRAM_FOUND
Ensure that mapping program exists and is activated. If it exists then update the cache.
    EXCEPTION_DURING_EXECUTE
This error occurs due to erroneous XML formatting. Check your mapping program and ensure that you supply valid input data.
    Messages stuck in queues
Check the queues using transactions SMQ1 (outbound)/SMQ2 (inbound). Resolve the displayed errors. You can cancel the messages from SXMB_MONI. Execute LUW if necessary and avoid deleting entries manually.
    Conversion Errors
Unable to convert the sender service XXXX to an ALE logical system
This error occurs in case of scenarios with IDoc adapters. Whenever you use business systems, make sure that the corresponding logical system name is maintained in the SLD.
Open your business system in the Integration Directory. Switch to Change mode. Access the menu path Service u2192 Adapter Specific Identifiers. Click the button that says u2018Compare with System Landscape Directoryu2019 and chose Apply. Save and activate your change list.
In case of business services, you can manually type a logical system name in the Adapter Specific Identifiers if required. This name should match the corresponding logical system name defined in the partner SAP systemu2019s partner profiles.
    Errors on the outbound side
Sometimes the link between SAP XI and the target system (say ERP) goes down and messages fail on the outbound side. It may not be possible to restart them from using RWB or the transactions like SXI_MONITOR/SXMB_MONI. In such cases, you can follow the procedure outlined in the following article - Dealing with errors on the outbound side.

    Hi Srini,
        Can you explain detail?
How you used ws to file with proxy..
I thing your creating outbound proxy. In that your calling the URL and passed some value and get the
response back. You passed that response to XI.If that may right then there is no need for sender
communication chennal and Sender Agreement.Create a Receiver Determination with your Business
        system Select your message interface.

  • XI 3.0 SP14 Synchronous SOAP- XI- ABAP Proxy - fails with "System Error"

    Hi All,
The synchronous response message fails at the stage "Receiver Identification".
It seems that the synchronous response XML has no "sender" attribute, so obviously the receiver determination fails.
In the message monitor I can see the correct payload coming from the ABAP proxy, so that part looks OK.
I have the same scenario working perfectly on another system landscape, so there might be a configuration side to it.
    Thanks is advance,
    Ofer

    HI Amol,
Did you check the Message type/Message Inetrface names in the Java Proxy ?
Also check for Receiever Determinations in the configuration.
I assume that , you have created the Communication Channel under the Business System created as Standalone Java System.. If not check this.
Go to SXI_CACHE and check for the Receiever Determination created in the Configuration...
    Hope this helps,
    regards,

  • RCVR_DETERMINATION.NO_RECEIVER_CASE_BE

    Hi,
I am trying to consume a web service (which published by a third party, out side of my network) through PI 7.11 . I have created the external definition via the web service WSDL then defined the Service Interfaces, Message Mappings and Operation Mapping in IR. Later i configured the scenario in ID and tested in Test Configuration in ID. It found correct receivers with the payload.
I also generated ABAP Proxy in ECC system and run test in SPROXY. It gave me "RCVR_DETERMINATION.NO_RECEIVER_CASE_BE No receiver could be determined" error message. I have run "http://<saphost>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full" many times but didnt help. I copied below TRACE message from SXMB_MONI.
I also noticed that there are two lines per test. One is sender and one is receiver but both Interfaces are same and outbound one.
    What could be the problem?

    Altug
