No refund, but got emails to confirm them
i recently refunded a couple of items that i had accidentally purchased and i have not gotten my money back. i got an email for each item i refunded to confirm that the refund had been successful, but i have had no money credited to me. please help!!!
If the amounts haven't been credited to your iTunes account (it's been longer than 24 hours since you received the emails and you've tried logging out and back into your account to see if your balance goes up ?) then contact iTunes Support again (we are fellow users on here) and refer to those emails/case numbers.

You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

I bought an iPhone 4S on my AT&T account as an upgrade on one of the lines. It is a Christmas gift. I don't want to activate it until Christmas so the recipient's current iPhone will continue to work. It is my understanding that their current iPhone won't work once the new once is activated. I got an email last night from the "iTunes Store" saying that if I don't activate the phone within the next 5 days, "we will automatically complete your activation." The email goes on to say "this has the potential to disrupt your existing phone service." How can I stop this automatic activation (and deactivation of the current iPhone) from taking place?

It's very, very hard to use a GSM phone without a SIM. In fact, it's impossible. This does not lend much credence to your claims to expert status. -
HT4098 No subscription but got email bill to auto-renew

OK, updates are included in the CCM, but what does that help when we have been waiting more than 12 months for updates on the CS6 AVCHD spanned clip bug and the caching bug in CS6, that still have not materialized? The reversal bug that has been deferred to CS Next and is still not solved in CC?
Do existing CCM users get the same special price offerings as new users? What about students who have finished their education, can they continue to subscribe after finishing their study at educational prices and for how long?
The conclusion is obvious, existing CCM subscribers are treated the same as completely new customers, gone are upgrading privileges. Where is the enticement to continue upgrading your software? -

They will not send you an e-mail. They send you an SMS, with the code to activate Whatsapp.
If you don't get the sms, wait 5 minutes with WhatsApp open. The timer will go from 5.00 to 0.00. If it is at 0.00 you can click it. You get the code via Phone. (Automatic) -

When I made my Itunes account, I didn't type in a rescue email address. Now, whenever I try to buy music, it says that "since this is the first time buying music on this computer, you must enter the answers to your security questions". Start here (change country if necessary) and navigate to 'Password and Security', reset your security questions using the link provided, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
If that doesn't help, you don't receive a reset email or you don't have a rescue address, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support. -
so i just got a new mac, and i am trying to sync my songs that i bought on itunes, and some of the worked, but a huge selection of them have a little exclamation mark beside it and it says it can't be downloaded, why?

Congratulations on your new Mac! It sounds like your purchased songs are not playing completely after you downloaded them. I recommend to following steps for an issue like this:
Symptoms
Occasionally, if a song purchased from the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC was not downloaded completely, the song may not play back fully. The song may abruptly stop during playback, and iTunes may start playing the next song in your library or playlist.
Resolution
If iTunes in the Cloud is available in your country, try the following steps to resolve the issue:
Delete the purchased song that is exhibiting the problem from your iTunes library.
Click on the Purchased link in the iTunes Store to view your previously purchased music.
Download your previously purchased song from this list.

Ten days ago i sent my ipod Nano for replacement (using the packaging Apple sent to me). Since then i have checked the progress online and all it shows is that they sent me the packaging, but not that they had received the ipod. I need to email or phone them, but can't seem to find either one. Is anyone able to help me?
You can track it on the carriers site - if you have a copy of the tracking label.
Depending on where it is going - if it is going by UPS - it may be held up due to Weather in Tennessee.
Anyway - the tracking will show when it was picked up, dropped off, and where it is sitting. -
