No Registration Code Emailed

After multiple attempts I've not received the emailed registration code to install the software. Any way I can check further??

I have finally received a registration key... This took about 1 1/2 hours from my first attempt. Perhaps I just needed patience, or one of my subsequent attempts at registration jogged the server into giving it up!!!
Let's hope it works now.

HT2240 My hard drive crashed and I want to reinstall Quick Time Pro. I have a record of the Registration Code, but can't work out how to download the Pro version once again.

How do I reinstall Quick Time Pro for the second time if I no longer have the original email even though I have the registration code??
My PC died and I want to reinstall on a new PC.

Download and install the "free" version of QuickTime Player from Apple.
Under its Edit menu choose Preferences / Registration and enter your info. This "unlocks" the Pro features found in the free download.

HELP. Where is my registration code?

I just bought Quicktime Pro and received the confirmation e-mail. No where in the e-mail does it list my registration code. I can see an ORDER NUMBER, a PRODUCT NUMBER, and even a PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER. The e-mail mentions 'To get started, enter your name and registration code exactly as they appear above...'
It does not appear above. Anywhere.
My online account has no info anywhere about my registration code either.
Help please! I even called support (1800MYAPPLE) and they all I got was a 'I can't help you, man.'

I've seen a few errors in the automated delivery of QuickTime Pro product registrations and you should be patient and persistent with the Apple Store to get a solution.
The product "key" is generated by the OS version you purchased and your account name used.
Ask if you can send a copy of the email to a supervisor or have them cancel your purchase and do a new purchase. They should be able to make sure the registration number is included in the email before it is sent to you.

Can't locate QTpro registration code

I recently made a QTpro purchase online but lost the details. Now, I want to find out the registration code again.
There's nothing under my 'software downloads' because I didn't download anything - they just sent me the reg-code via email for my existing QT7 player. My purchase invoice is there, but no reg code and nobody to contact for help ('cept you fine people).
Suggestions appreciated.

The Downloadable Software Purchase History should still list QT Po purchases. I have three listed in mine, even though none of them involved a download.
If QT Pro is still working on any machine, you can see the registration number by selecting Registration from the QuickTime Player menu.

Did you "save" and/or make a copy of your original registration? If so, then copy & paste your original info.
You probably mispelled your email addy and/or provided a different one than your original request.

What does "old movies" mean to you? File type, audio and/or video compression format(s)?

To which fix do you refer? Activatng QT 7 Pro or converting the files? Even with QT 7 Pro activated you may need to modify your QT codec component configuration depending on the file type and compression formats used to encode your "old movies." There may be many different problems here with each having one or more "fixes." Please try to be more specific regarding your questions. Converting a muxed VOB MPEG2/AC3 file would be very different different from converting an AVI DivX5/MP3 file depending on which application you are attempting to use.

Registration code for Crystal Reports Professional 8 needed

We purchased Crystal Reports several years back for using with Epicore Vista, our ERP. We've recently migrated our database to a new server and need to install Crystal Reports. However, all we have are the cd and serial number, not the registration code. Upon install, it takes us to a non-functional web address.

Apple Gave Me Invalid Registration Code!

ok soo i bought quicktime pro and when i went to put my registration code and registered user name in it says invalid now i thought it could be a simple typing error..No it wasnt i retyped it 10+ times and then i copy and pasted the info from the email into the information bars. i called to get some support from the o so reliable people at apple and they say my 90 day courtesy support is up soo i either have to troubleshooot online or pay that ridiculous price of $50 to fix i problem. This has not been the first problem ive had with my iMacG5 and I doubt it will be my last. If any of you big hearted people out theyre would have any info on what i can do pleez tell me

Since you have already done what most often seems to solve this problem, there is not much else to say. Other things that are sometimes suggested are to repair permissions, delete the old QT Preferences file, and if all else fails, download and run a new QT installer.

Unless you or someone else edited your original posting there's no "email below" in your post. If the email has a keycode in it you don't want to post it here. You don't want to share your keycode with everyone.
Do you see a 19 or 23 digit alpha-numeric keycode in the email you received? If so, that's your keycode. If not, let us know and we'll see if we can find out who you can contact to receive your keycode.

Non-Acceptance of Registration Code for Quick Time Pro 7

Electronically I purchased Qt Pro 7 after downloading the FREE Quick Time most current version 7.1.6. I've checked out "Everything" on my system, followed all instructions for upgrading on my system and STILL CANNOT get the registration code to work. I'm repeatedly told it's
"invalid". Very frustrated and have legitimately purchased the registration code. What is wrong - what can I do to get this to work?

Name must also match (exactly).

I lost my quicktime pro registration code

I already bought a quicktime 7 pro registration code twice.
My hard drive just crashed and I lost everything, including my registration code for quicktime 7 pro.
In the online store where you buy that code, you can login with your name and password, and you can see a history of your purchases, but only of the last 18 months.My purchase is a couple months older so I can't see it in my history.

Sorry, but Apple can no longer provide codes purchased more than 18 months ago. If you don't have a backup of either the email containing the code or the QuickTime preference files, then you'll have to purchase a key yet again, or find a third-party product that can do what you need.

The only download for QuickTime Player 7 is the free version. There is no "Pro" download.
Registration info is sent by email after you purchase it from the Apple Store.
