No request Idoc generated in BI

Hi Experts,
I'm trying to load transaction data into infoprovider but it's not getting through when i check in Moniters it's shows 'No request Idoc generated in BI'.
To resolve this issue then load data, what are the things need to be done.
Please drop your comments.

what is the source of the data flat file ,R/3 ?can you check whether data is reaching to PSA?is there any routine between?what you can do is go to the monitor click on the details and then go to the data package and simulate the data .then you will know where you got the problem.

Request iDoc and status iDoc correlation

Hello,
I have a strange problem.
In my XI 3.0, I have an iDoc2iDoc interface which used to work fine, until I installed patch level 14.
Now, when the acknowledgement (ALEAUD) comes back into my R/3 system, the iDoc system does not recognize it as a response for a specific request iDoc I've sent, but as an ordinary inbound iDoc.
After a short investigation, I found out that the iDoc number is not correlated, it seems like a problem in the iDoc adapter in the XI, that does not translate the iDoc number of the target system back into the iDoc number of the original system.
Has anyone met with this kind of problem ? any solutions ?

Hi Anand.
All of the partner profile and iDocs configuration are complete and correct.
I'll try to be a bit more specific:
Local R/3 sends iDoc MATMAS through XI 3.0 and receives ALEAUD iDoc as an applicational acknowledgement.
For the R/3 to be able to correlate between the inbound ALEAUD and the outbound MATMAS the iDoc system uses a field containing the iDoc number.
The problem is that ALEAUD has the number generated by the remote system and the MATMAS has the number of my local system, the XI is suposed to translate the remote iDoc number back to the local iDoc number.
I hope it's clearer now, and that someone can help.

Lets say.....
One customer sending X number of purchase orders in a day , so how many IDocs generated on that specific day for that specific customer .
So, Question is , How can we find the no of sales orders(IDocs) generated for the customers on the specific day ?

can any one tell me how can relate an idoc generated in SAP with the new idoc generated in a legacy system. I mean how could I identify, which idoc is generated for a particular idoc in legacy system and vice versa.

Error: Idoc name IDoc cannot find request IDoc in Integration Server

Hi,
I am getting an error while working on a scenario.
scenario is Idoc to file. when the Idoc is posted, i am getting the error "ALEAUDIT IDoc cannot find request IDoc in Integration Server" when i see the status in SXMB_MONI
I have tested the message mapping and configuration induvidually. They are working fine.
Kindly help me out in solving this issue.

Hi,
The AleAduit sent in the case of Idoc to File if the file is posted successfuly is not actually a App Ack, and that is why we get the info Ack not possible.
But, as the R3 might expect this Idoc, XI still sends it back to the Source R3 system.

I have used message S644(ZSD) for that, but how to write logic to get number of IDOC generated.

ALEAUDIT IDoc cannot find request IDoc in Integration Server

i m working with a scenario SAP ECC 7.0 -> IDoc -> PI -> IDoc -> R/3 4.6c
I m sending a purchase order (ORDERS.ORDERS05) from SAP ECC and i want to receive an acknowledgment from R/3. Unfortunately there are only zeros in the field E1ADHDR / E1STATE / DOCNUM, this leads to the error "ALEAUDIT IDoc cannot find request IDoc in Integration Server" on PI.
Does anybody know what to do in the R/3 system to send the original IDoc number in E1STATE / DOCNUM?

I needed to change the RCVPRT field to LS to force the receiving system to send the ALEAUD with original number at the right place. Strange reaction, but it is SAP software, he, he.

Request Idoc : Idoc ready to be transferred to application

I am getting the above error.
I am not able to process further.
In the details tab i am getting the following errors.
1 Extraction:missing messages
2.Transfer(Idoc and tRfc):ERRORS Occured
Request Idoc : Idoc ready to be transferred to application.
3. Processing : no data
4 Process Chains: Error Occured.
All of these errors are in Red.
I have cheked in BD87 WITHTHE IDOC NO. IT shows red status with Idoc enteries in tRFC queues
I don't know how to proceed further.
Please help in this issue asap.

1) Transact RFC error
tRFC Error - status running Yellow for long time (Transact RFC will be enabled in Status tab in RSMO).
Step 1: Goto Details, Status get the IDoc number,and go to BD87 in R/3,place the cursor in the RED IDoc entroes in tRFC
queue thats under outbound processing and click on display the IDOC which is on the menu bar.
Step 2: In the next screen click on Display tRFC calls (will take you to SM58 particular TRFC call)
place the cursor on the particular Transaction ID and go to EDIT in the menu bar --> press 'Execute LUW'
(Display tRFC calls (will take you to SM58 particular TRFC call) ---> select the TrasnID ---> EDIT ---> Execute LUW)
Rather than going to SM58 and executing LUW directly it is safer to go through BD87 giving the IDOC name as it will take you
to the particular TRFC request for that Idoc.
OR
Go into the JOB Overview of the Load there you should be able to find the Data Package ID.
(For this in RSMO Screen> Environment> there is a option for Job overview.)
This Data Package TID is Transaction ID in SM58.
OR
SM58 > Give * / user name or background (Aleremote) user name and execute.It will show you all the pending TRFC with
Transaction ID.
In the Status Text column you can see two status
Transation Recorded and Transaction Executing
Don't disturb, if the status is second one Transaction Executing. If the status is first one (Transation Recorded) manually
execute the "Execute LUWs"
OR
Directly go to SM58 > Give * / user name or background (Aleremote) user name and execute. It will show TRFCs to be executed
for that user. Find the particular TRFC (SM37 > Req name > TID from data packet with sysfail).select the TrasnID (SM58) --->
EDIT ---> Execute LUW
This should help.

Usage of ALE - idocs generated for BAPIs

I need to use - the std idocs generated for BUS2032 object - CREATEFROMDAT2 method to store the BAPI call ( BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 )data for those sales orders that could not be created.
If I want to use the SAP delivered BAPI ( BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 ) to call as it within an ABAP program - and then if the call did not go through - then log the data for BAPI into the corresponding idoc with the message type SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 ( idoc type SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT202 ) do I need to move the values from the BAPI structures to the idoc segments programatically ? Or since the idoc is linked to the BAPI - by definition, is there an implicit way to move data to the corresponding idoc segments and save the idoc .
Can anyone out there give me a code sample to do - what I have asked above ?

Hi,
I guess you can use function module ALE_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 to create idoc from bapi data. You can pass the entire data in internal tables that you are passing to BAPI into above mentioned function module and then it will create an Idoc for the same. Also populate the receivers in the internal table receiver.

Hello All,
Post system refresh, we are not able to execute the data loads.
While loading the Infopackage, the overall status is still showing in YELLOW status. but in the Transfer (IDOCs & TRFC), it shows an Error message as "Request IDoc : IDoc with errors added"
Yesterday immediately after the refresh, we were able to execute the master data loads (full loads)...
However, transaction loads (delta) is facing issues.
Today, we are facing the problem in both master and transaction data.
Please help!!!! Its a very critical issue!!!

ALE Change pointer idocs generated in wrong sequence

We are using the serialization group to generate the MATMAS and CLFMAS idocs with the sequence MATMAS generated first and then CLFMAS.
Normally,this seems to work fine with the idocs generated in the right sequence.
However, during a period of every 24hours, I could see a couple of MATMAS and CLFMAS idocs being generated in the WRONG sequence with CLFMAS generated first and not MATMAS as maintained in the serialization group.
What could be the reason?
I checked in the BDCP and BDCPV tables, the timestamps for the wrong sequence idocs seem to be correct with MATMAS before CLFMAS. However the actual idoc creation time is not in correct sequence.

verify the IDoc things no problem, connection and authorization between bw and r/3 established well.
try check in monitoring - menu environment
-> 'ale management' - in datawarehouse and in source system.
take a look oss note 520012.
Symptom
RSINFO Idocs with status 51 are repeatedly sent to the top. IDOCs with status 51 (document not posted) queue for ALE inbound processing. This may slow down the system.
Other terms
IDoc RSINFO, status 51, bd87, we05, RSRQST, R3 013
Reason and Prerequisites
The requests are started periodically and cause a R3 013 error message; the message is sent to the BW system but the requests retain a status 51. You can display the IDOCs via transaction we05. Enter RS* in the 'Logical message type' field and execute the process. You can also display the IDOCs with transaction bd87.
Solution
IDOCs with status 51 can be selected for deletion by running the 'RBDMANIN' report; do not use the 'Import in the background' indicator (you must manually remove the indicator).
Each relevant IDOC is then processed separately in the foreground and you can decide for each IDOC if you want to select it for deletion.

0 idocs generated for msg type cosmas

Hi everyone..
please help out with this idoc issue
I'm trying to send data with msg type COSMAS from 800 to 810 using BD16 as follows:
it just says 0 idocs generated.
I have again gone back and checked my customizations but can't figure it out.
the steps i have done are:
create and assign logical systems
open rfc connections from both c800 and c810
create model view and assign msg type in bd64 in c800.
create partner profiles in both c800 and c810.
open port from c800 .. .DO i have to open a port from c810 as well??
Some doubts I have :
do i have to do :
"Generate the partner profiles by selecting the navigation path from the main menu, Environment --> Generate Partner profiles"
from BD64 after i create the model view and add msg type COSMAS.
