No se activa el face time ni el imessage porque?

quiero activar el face time y el imessage y me dice esperando activacion he intentado de algunas maneras acer que se active y no he podido encontrar el problema, he restaurado de fabrica y tampoco, he intentado de todo y nada me podrian decir porque es el problema y como activar esos servicios

Hola, a la espera de mas respuestas, mi opinion es que realizes un reset para dejarlo con los valores de fabrica, esto implica salvar los archivos personales previamente para no perderlos y volver a instalar aplicaciones, pero seria la mejor forma de descartar un problema fisico del dispositivo WiFi, que de no ser esto, deberia funcionar bien en ese momento.
Si te decides a realizarlo, debes tener la bateria a plena carga para evitar un apagon en pleno proceso.

    The only way I have seen is to have each device use a if fervent email account, if they all are on the same email the FaceTime connection is either to a phone number or to an email address.  If they ar all on the same email, it is up to the user to decide which to use.

    Others have already told you about other ways to perform video chat/call functions, but I will warn you that if you are wanting to do "FaceTime" specifically, that can only be done using Apple products at this time.  Apple has not released the protocol for Facetime to third party developers, nor have they released any applications for other platforms themselves.

    I have done everything the support page says but I keep getting the grey box that says no network connection when I try to activate my Face Time.  Yet I have not changed any settings and Face Time was working fine last week.  The only thing that I have done at the beginning of the week was back up my iCloud. A info box popped up on the screen telling me to back it up, but I couldn't get the box to go away. I couldn't even turn my iPad off the normal way.  Instead I had to press both buttons at the same time to restart my iPad and since then I can't get Face Time or my IMessages to work.  But obviously my intent connection is fine since I can post this message.  Please help me.

    Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)

    I read some of the other posts on iAd/face time issues, and one person recommended that you replace your DNS address with googles 8.8.8.8
    I ran this by Apple senior tech Kirk, who said this woukd work, however you. May have issues with certain sites/apps. He said that if you did that, activated face time and/or iMessage then returned to settings/wifi/DNS and erased it, yor IP would replace it with the correct one.
    I did just that, as well as returning my firewalls to their default settings...
    It works get!!
    How cool is that!? Kudos to ALL the community of support!

    Where are you? What network are you on? Where did you get the iPhone?
    FaceTime is blocked in much of the Middle East due to the laws there. Face Time WILL NOT work on the US T-Mobile Network. In order for Face Time to activate, you MUST have a text messaging plan or at least be able to send them (not blocked by the carrier). If you purchased the phone in another country, you MUST be able to send an international text message.

    There is no such thing as a FaceTime App in the iPhone. So there is nothing for you to delete and reinstall. FaceTime is built in to the system via Contacts.
    Check and see if your carrier supports FaceTime. That may be the problem.
