No Sender messages in All Inboxes

When I open "All Inboxes" on my iPhone, there are over 100 apparent messages, with the notation No Sender" and anomalous dates (at least usually
12/21/69). All say "this message has no content". None of these "messages" appear in the listings for any of my actual email accounts.
What is the significance of these? How can I remove them -- when I hit the EDIT button, they have no checkbox to enable marking them for Trash?

Try a reset on the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone will reboot. If that does not correct it, then remove the email account and add it back.

Double tap the home button to bring up the multi-tasking bar, tap & hold any icon until they all start to wiggle, tap the red minus sign & close every app listed, tap home button when finished. Then reset your phone:

I am using Nokia N8 from past 2 months , recently i am facing a new problem with my N8.
whenever i try to text a msg it's always resting on Outbox with the resent notification ,i am trying several times to send manually too but no joy. i have checked the message centre too all setting were perfect , to test with the service i have tested with different mobiles services too but it doesn't work , But after i changed the sim to other phone i am able to send messages then i found that there is no problem with Network it 's with N8.....can someone please let me know is there any chance to fix this bug

Hi, I have the same problem with mine it started two days ago. I've updated the software but still have the issue. I've used my sim card in another phone and it works fine. I put another sim card in the N8 and had the same problem. Definately a phone problem. Called my network provider and the only option they gave me was returning it for repair. Seems rather major when the only problem I have is I can't send texts. Everything else still works as normal. I seem to remember having the same issue with my N95 a couple of years ago. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem? From other posts I read the software update should have solved the problem.

HELP! Iphone won't send messages AT ALL!

I have a iPhone 4 and I it was a hand me down from a relative. She had it for a couple years and now I have had it for about a year. I had the battery replaced once because it was completely dead and drained and caused my iPhone to not work.
I have recently ran into a another problem which just started yesterday. My messages whether its text or imessage will not send. It's actually quite a bit of problems. It will not show that it sent for me it just says "sending..." but a few of them will reach its destination and I'll get a reponse from a friend or family member. But it will still be "Sending..." also if I close the app all my messages will completely disappear
I also if I make a call or someone calls me they can't hear me.
I have done everything possible. I have reset it, reset network settings, have done a complete restore and it still is having the same problem. I have no idea what to do especially since I don't have internet connection at home.
Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm referring to imessage and SMS text. I've never had a problem before with sending without internet connection. I have Verizon and this problem has never happened.
And I'm not sure if this is coming off right but imessage or sms will just say "sending..." it won't say that it sent or even delievered. I can recieve messages from other people but they are delayed and don't come in on time. I tested my phone with a friend who was next to me and sent her a message and she recieved my message but on my phone it still said "sending..."
Any type of message I send says sending... also if I close my message app ALL my messages disappear they just delete and the message app is blank. My phone was working just fine on Jan. 21st but yesterday when I tried to text my boss it wouldn't send but he continued texting me.
At the moment I'm at a friend's connected to wifi and did a restore and the problem is still happening. I can access apps and internet connection is fine over wifi or using my 3G.
Also when I try to answer or make a call I can hear them but they can't hear me.
Whatever the problem is it's only effecting my send/recieve of messages and calls. Whether its over wifi or just 3G

Send message to SAP inbox - change message CREATOR

I'm sending a message to a user's SAP inbox using function module SO_OBJECT_SEND. By default, the message creator is set to sy-uname. I need to change this to a generic user e.g. 'SYSTEMUSER'. This is not the same as the SENDER/Author/Owner. I managed to change the sender by setting the parameter ORIGINATOR.
I referred to other forums but couldn't find any references to changing the creator. I tried passing the username via parameters SENDER and OWNER - in the Sap Inbox "document overview" the Author is set to SYSTEMUSER but the document creator in "document contents" still reflects my name.

You aren't issue a shutdown normal, are you?
In that case you have to wait until everyone has left Oracle.
But normally one uses shutdown immediate and users will be disconnected gracefully.
In that case a message is also not required, because everyone will get an error message, as soon as he/she attempts to do anything.
But heck, why are you shutting down during office hours in the first place, and why don't you communicate with those developers about a timeframe you can shutdown?

go to settings>messages
on "start new conversation from" you have to flag you phone no. instead of your mail address.

I'm trying to send mail to all the users in my mail server, but haven't been able to do it. I'm using a command called deliver which is found in /opt/iplanet/server5/bin/msg/store/bin . I've tried sending messages to all users but have been successful in sending only to one user. Got any ideas??

If you're familir with ldapmodify, you can locate the user's pab in the directory server, and remove what you find there, but, honestly, I'd talk to the user first.. . .. .
A user can work around removal of such, very easily. Any mail client, and a copy/paste will do it.

How to send Message Directly to Outlook through Workflow

Whenever any user creates a support ticket, a message should be sent to the support team(multiple users) directly to outlook.
My workflow is sending message to all the recepients SBWP though I am passing their outlook addresses.Now from SBWP I have to execute each workitem to send it to my outlook and so would each recepient would have to do which I think would be tedious for users.I also know that we can maintain the automatic forwarding settings in our SBWP /SO36 ,but then every user would have to maintain these settings in their SBWP which is I think not a right approach.Is there any way to achieve this dynamically.Can my message directly sit in the respective outlook inbox without going to SAP inbox?

If understood right, you are receiving as a text mail in the SAP Inbox. Then you forwarding the same to external Email right.
If yes, you can directly send it to External email. By assigning the receivers-rec_type = 'U'. See this [Program|https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/x/nYKdAw ].
Once the email sent, go to T.code SOST, once that email entry found there. Select it and execute, then check the external email. To send the email automatically, in the T.code SCOT configuration has to done. Check with Basis Team

How to send message to Client about Server shutdown.

I have made a Chatting Application using RMI.
I need to send messages to all the Clients when a Server shutdowns abnormally.
One way is that I use shutdown hook on the Server Application.
But, what if the power of the machine on which server is running goes off. How will the Client get to know that server is down.
I also want that If a Client shutdowns abnormally,it should send the message to the Server which in turn will send message to other Clients about the particular Client.

Before you make any call form client to server check that sever is available. This is easily done by intorudciing an rmi method that will return true e.g m_sever.isAvalable(); if server is availbel you will get ture if not then you will get an RMI Excpetion which you then trap and attemp to reconnect to the server (NAming.lookup() ) .. if several attempts fail then assume server is down.
When a client dies it throws an excpetion on the sErver :

Ok tried to send a message with my Ipad2 to my contacts, will only let me send to contacts with imessage.
I also have the iphone 4S and it will let me send message to all of my contacts.
Do I have to change a setting on my iPad?

The error you are seeing is normal, all it means is that the list will be truncated meaning you will not be able to see the full list of people in the CC field but you can add more and it will send the message to all of them.

Mail app displays No Subject, No Sender and No content in All Inboxes

On my iPad 2 in the mail app, when looking at mail in All Inboxes my iCloud emails display with No Sender, No Subject, and No Content. If I tap on it there is "nothing to display". If I go to the iCloud inbox everything displays fine. I have multiple inboxes which include an exchange, gmail and xfinity accounts. The emails from these accounts all display fine in the All Inbox view. The Exchange is my primary work account and the iCloud is my primary home accoun tso viewing both is convenient.
So far I have tried powering the iPad off and on. Shut the iCloud mail off and back on. Neither has worked. All messages display fine on my iPhone.
Any suggestions?

Quit the mail app completely and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Or ....
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
