No Serial Number. No Re-Install. Help!

I purchased the CC bundle w/photoshop and lightroom. PS is fine. Lightroom was demanding a serial number. I spent FOUR hours with Chat...three supervisors. (Whoever decided that was a good idea should spend hell in an elevator). I ended up uninstalling lightroom, but the option to reinstall isn't available. Help.

    I have a copy of Labview 6.0 (Full Development System) and also Labview 6.1.  I was able to find the serial number label in the package for version 6.0, but not for 6.1.  I do have 6.1 installed and working on my workstation.  Is it possible to determined the serial number for an installed copy of LabView?
    Would the serial number for version 6.1 be the same as the serial number for version 6.0 that I upgraded from?

    If you have registered your device, you can go to https://supportprofile.apple.com/ and log into your apple id.  Your devices appear there with serial numbers.
    Additionally, your serial number is included on the original receipt when purchased at any Apple Online or Apple Retail store, or any Authorized Apple Reseller.

    I am transferring my Photoshop CS5 from my old PC to my new PC.  I deactivated the old PC and I have the serial number.  I downloaded the two files I need from the 'CS5 download products' page.  I entered my serial number in the Adobe Installer screen and it worked and started to install Photoshop.  After it installed, I went to open Photoshop and it prompted me to enter my serial number again, so I did but this time it didn't work.  It said the serial number was invalid for the product.  Why did my serial number work to install it, but it won't work to open Photoshop?  What do I need to do?

    Then I would recommend either contacting our support team or try to register your software at http://www.adobe.com/.  If you are able to register your software then there is likely a software issue preventing the serial number from being accepted.  Before we proceed though we need to verify the serial number first.
    Please feel free to update this thread with the results of your attempt to register the serial number.

    There is no serial number and you don't need one. What you need for a subscription is to SIGN IN within Acrobat, so it knows the subscriptions you own.

    is your cs6 a upgrade?
    if so, after entering your cs6 serial number you will be prompted to select the qualifying product from a dropdown.  select the product you own and enter its serial number.
    after entering each serial number at the correct time installation will proceed.
    if no, what files (names and extensions) did you download and what are the file sizes shown on your hd?

    If it was an upgrade version, it may be you are being asked for the qualifying product S/N and are entering the new S/N instead. That would cause a problem.

    Close your iTunes,
    Go to command Prompt -
    (Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
    (Win XP SP2 &amp; above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
    In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
    netsh winsock reset
    Hit "ENTER" key
    Restart your computer.
    If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
    Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
    If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

    I just wanted to install Photoshop CS5 on my Windows 8.1 64bit machine, which also happenes to be a new machine. The serial number provided in my Adobe account is not accepted by the installer! The information I could gather from the "support" area points me to a problem which is caused by not properly uninstalling the previous install, am I right? I did not know this. Also, I am no native speaker and feel a little lost on this.
    Please help, I need to use my copy of PS CS5, thanks!

    I bought and downloaded CS4 upgrade. The first install on my desktop went fine. When trying to install the second on my laptop, the serial number box turns up a red x immediately upon typing it. I have verified my serial number and re-typed it numerous times. I did an on-line chat and after a half hour wait was told they couldn't help me. Gave me two phone numbers to call for licensing problem, both long distance. I called both numbers and got fax machines both times. This is frustrating, thus my screen name.....frustrated Brooks. Can anyone help?

    Technically you are only allowed 2 installs on your machine, which includes all versions.  If you have CS3 on the computer then you are at capacity and the system may know this.  This is a grey area but there was a thread on in today.
