I have bought used Black Berry 9300.
Den i updated to OS 6.
and since then i am unable to make or recieve ny call or sms.
Every time i dial, it displays that NO SERVICE CURRENTLY AVILABLE.
although i am in wireless coverage area and having very strong signals(almost full)

The point I think was to ensure that you knew exactly what was required. A customer service desk can have many interpretations from a BI perspective.
You could have :
1. Operational reports - calls attended per shift , Average number of calls per person , Seasonality in the calls coming in etc
2. Analytic views - Utilization of resources , Average call time and trending , customer satisfaction , average wait time
3. Strategic - Call volumes corresponding to campaigns etc , Employee churn and related call times
Based on these you would then have to construct your models which would be populated by data from the MySQL instance for you to report.
Else if you have BWA you could have data discovery instead or if you have HANA - you could do even more and if you have a HANA sidecar - you technically dont need BW. The possibilities are virtually endless - it depends on how you want to drive it and how the end user ( client ) sees value in the same. -

Was it purchased from an official Apple Store, not a reseller? Only Apple Stores sell official factory unlocked phones. The others sell hacked to unlock phones, and the unlocking is unstable.
Try these steps, as needed:
1. Reset phone - press both home and on/off buttons for at least 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
2. Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
3. Replace SIM card (and reset network settings again)
4. Restore Phone in iTunes using a backup
5. Restore in iTunes as new, without using a backup -
Itunes will no longer accept any of my credit cards. It says vcode doesn't match when it does. Customer service is no help. I have re-inputted the info in the account section of the apple store and in itunes--still says vcode doesn't match.

I have an iPhone 5 unlocked. I have been using it for few weeks but 4 days ago I turned it off and in the morning it had NoService. Called tmobile and apple costumer services no one helped. Did any one had this issue
If you got the Unlocked message it means it was successfully unlocked by AT&T. Apple will not relock or block it. They have no objections to it being used on T-Mobile. It is still under warrantee. Take to an Apple store. They can test it with a SIM from AT&T. If that doesn't work have them replace the phone. Have them verify that the new phone is unlocked. If it does work with the AT&T card then it is a T_Mobile problem.

The iPhone 4 and iPhone 5s use different sized sims. So you can't simply have inserted the 4's sim into the 5s.
If you got a new sim, was that sim activated without your carrier?
You need to contact your carrier if you wish to have your service on the 4 transferred to a sim that the 5s can use. -

ChetanFind out exactly where your friend purchased it. If they did not get it directly from Apple, it was most likely hacked, not legitimately unlocked.

Your phone is carrier locked to a carrier other than the one you are trying to use.
It was apparently hacked to unlock it prior to your attempt to update. Updating has re-locked it to the original carrier.
Contact them and find out what their policy is.

Hi Everybody! I am stuck in trying to help my brother who has iMac G5 with 10.4.6 to upgrade to 10.4.8 and to iTunes 7.0.2. It started as a problem of updating iTunes. iTunes installer says that it cannot install on this volume (which is iMac's HD).
