Why apple is banned facetime for Saudi Arabia ...??

Hi apple, recently my cousin gave me iPhone 4 16 GB ... but unfortunately facetime isn't available and after a research a found out facetime is banned for Saudi Arabia but i live in Bangladesh ... Can't make a video call with out Grameenphone 3G service because of banning facetime .... Need a update for location based video calling ... If skype isn't banned yet then why facetime .......????

Because the UAE and Saudi Arabian governments have banned it in their countries. iPhones originating from those countries will never have it.

we have separate elements for each payroll and the payrolls are linked to the relevant responsiblity.if we create separate Business group then we have to move all the employees and the elements to the particular business group right ?
if we install the legislations for Saudi arabia and UAE and the legislation defined in business group info is kuwait then the standard features applicable for each
legislation like GOSI monthly reports will it be available ?

No option for buying additional Skype NUMBER year ...

It is stunning how invisible this payment option which should be simple is.
I have a skype number. My initial payment was paypal, and for 3 months. Now, no matter where I look, I have the option of changing the payment type (to visa etc), cancelling the subscription, or paying another quarter. However, all the HELP everywhere says 'no problem' sign up for 3 month or a year. I'm completely stumped, after an hour of searching for what should take 3 minutes.

Yes, but you bought the phone from STC (your mobile network provider) - not from Apple. Apple do not operate locally there.

As it states there, the carrier (network provider) is responsible for iPhone support in Saudi Arabia.
Your phone is still under warranty, so your only option is to return it to STC.

ITunes in Saudi Arabia

I am a British expat working in Saudi Arabia. It seems that only the App store is available in Saudi Arabia. There does not seem to be any way to access music, TV or movies from the Saudi Arabia iTunes store. Is the correct? What determines what is available in each country and is there any way to get music downloads implemented in the Saudi Arabia store?
Is it possible to have a choice of Arabic or English on the iTunes signup screen for Saudi Arabia. If you choose Saudia Arabia as the country the following screen is only in Arabic!

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then the steps half-way down this page will give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
