No sound at all after windows re-install. Both x-fi and onboard! neo4-f

Well i just reinstalled Windows along with:
AMD 64 3700+
msi neo4-f
1gb ocz ddr400
250gb WD sata
x1900xt 512mb
x-fi xtrememusic
masscool 460w (made by sytrin)
and i am getting 0 sound. I cant get either of my onboard or my x-fi to work. I cant even get into windows with my x-fi installed.. it just keeps rebooting before it gets to the windows screen. I have the latest chipset drivers and have installed the latest realtek AC97 drivers as well (after uninstalling x-fi stuff)... What is going on?! The onboard sound worked fine before i reinstalled windows..

Please firstly make sure that your audio controller has been enabled in the bios; Then please check in the device manager to see whether there is yellow mark like"!" or "?" on the audio controller. If it is in that case, I suggest you uninstall the audio drivers and reisntall the drivers to have another try.

Sorry about that. One other thing to try is to try this in the command prompt:
Start - All Programs - Accessories and right click on Command Prompt, select "Run as Administrator" to open a command prompt. [For Windows 8 or 10: <Windows Logo> + x - Command Prompt(Admin)]
Reset WINSOCK entries to installation defaults: netsh winsock reset catalog
Reset IPv4 TCP/IP stack to installation defaults. netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
Reset IPv6 TCP/IP stack to installation defaults. netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log
Reboot the machine
If still having issues, you may need to uninstall your network adapter and install it again.

Reboot, as soon as you hear the chime press and hold the option key, when the Boot Manager appears select OSX.

That is an indication that the Skype extension isn't working properly.<br />
You can force an extension to install, but that doesn't mean that the extension will work, so you need to remove Skype and wait for an update.

You need to discard or save to an external disk and then discard some of the stuff we all tend to keep forever (movies, music, pictures, docs, apps no longer used, etc.). A clogged up disk also does not function ideally either.

If you have a brand new MacBook Pro or have installed Lion on an older one, you can only instal Windows 7 on Boot Camp (for some reason you can't use Vista or earlier). If you have a Windows 7 CD and a license, it's pretty easy to do via Boot Camp. See here for instructions: http://support.apple.com/manuals/#macos
If you install via Boot Camp, Windows 7 will run as fast as your computer is. Generally, MacBook Pros are very fast laptops, so you should be pretty good. That being said, just like any laptop, if it's a cheaper MacBook Pro, you won't have access to as capable graphics processing as more high-end machines. So if it's a newer game with crazy impressive graphics, you will likely not be able to tap into the highest settings on the game on any laptop.

I installed oracle 9ias. and then i hosted my form,report into that server . All was working properly.
at this time my database was into another machine.
then i installed oracle 9i database into the same machine
(as the oracle 9ias was installed)
at the instalation of oracle 9i database one error comes
and shows that Agent configuration Assistant Installation
fail.
but After installation of database it work properly.
there is no problem.
but when I try to run from through web(by using oracle 9ias)
it gives Internal error(500).
i check and find that my appache server for 9ias is working properly and in services of windows 2000 no error comes.
HOW CAN I INSTALL BOTH (ORACLE 9IAS AND ORACLE DATABASE )INTO SAME MACHINE.

The question is relevant, at least, for xp_logininfo, which will return an error if executed with one of these two logins, and with the “members” option:
exec xp_logininfo 'NT SERVICE\MSSQLSERVER', 'members'
Msg 15404, Level 16, State 5, Procedure xp_logininfo, Line 42
Could not obtain information about Windows NT group/user 'NT SERVICE\MSSQLSERVER’, error code 0x8ac.

Thank you all of you for your answers, but my question is rather why those logins are flagged as Windows group (type = ’G’ on sys.server_principals and isntgroup = 1 on sys.syslogins, respectively), if, and your answers point to that, they are NOT Windows
groups.
I think is better to clarify with an example: in order to use xp_logininfo with the “members” option only for Windows group, one will filter logins by “type = ’G’” or by “isntgroup = 1” from either sys.server_principals or sys.syslogins, respectively.
Any of those conditions will NOT filter out the NT SERVICE\MSSQLSERVER & NT SERVICE\SQLSERVERAGENT logins, and xp_logininfo will raise the above error for those, which is normal as they are not groups, and they cannot have members.
Oh, and from one of my systems:

Is it OK to install both Logic Pro and Logic Express on my computer?
I use Logic to perform live, but i only have 2 USB drives on my computer, and i use them during my performances, one for my keyboard, and one for my audio interface...........therefore, i dont have room to plug in the "node key" in order to use Logic Pro.
So is it ok for me to have Logic Express installed, too?? This way, I dont need to plug in the "node key" (or whatever it's called).
I know i can buy a USB hub, but i cant afford one right now.

Ned, thanks for responding. Internet access is not the problem, I will have a tower computer connected to Comcast.
Isolating the laptop from the internet is the issue.

"All his information" may or may not include things customarily stored in iCloud. Perhaps all the information is on both devices because they were both recently synced using the same iTunes sync.
Do you have to have iTunes Match? No. Many folks do not have iTunes Match. The music purchased from iTunes is always available to the purchaser. Other music is stored in iTunes on the person's computer.
