Hi,
Well, if you really have checked everything (including your phones) then the solution is send/take it back to Apple.
Good luck,

  • I just updated to windows 10 and I have no audio, everything else works fine

i have no Audio, sounds or volume afte the update/upgrade to Windows 10. This is NOT the case yesterday when I did not have Windows 10 updated/upgraded into my Sony Vaio Laptop. Everything else works fine, it's taking a usb logitech mouse among other things. My Audio jack will not function so earbuds will not do the trick. I have found a old PS3 usb headseat seems to work, following that logic a usb speaker set would do the same. If you have a HD Cable you can link your laptop to a HD TV and use the TV's speakers. What can I do to fix my audio problem?

I am glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue by following jshanholtz suggestion (Thank you by the way). I'll save this on my bookmark and will refer to this thread if there will be post with the same issue.

  • ITunes, app store, iBooks store, etc won't load and I can't figure out why. I tried rebooting and it didn't help. Everything else works fine. Help please?

iTunes, app store , iBooks store, etc won't load and I don't know why. Everything else works fine, and I've rebooted it. The problem is still there and I know I have a good Internet connection. Help please?

Have you tried disconnecting and re-connecting to your network ?. And when you say rebooted do you mean a reset ? If not then try that : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
You could also try closing those apps completely. From the home screen (i.e. not with any of those apps 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the iTunes, App Store and iBooks apps to close them, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.

Shouldn't be difficult but can help if you tell us what options you picked on how you want to sync your music as there is more than on option/way.

    Next,
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Go to Settings>iCloud and delete the iCloud account from the iPod,. Note this does not delete the account, only deletes it from the iPod. Then sign back in.
    - Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
    - Backup and then restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

  • Can I get help with podcasts?  When I try to open the podcasts, itunes crashes, says "itunes has detected a problem and must close", or the spanish equivalent since my xp is in spanish.  everything else works fine, it even downloads podcasts and syncs.

Can I get help with podcasts?  When I try to open the podcasts tab, itunes crashes, says "itunes has detected a problem and must close", or the spanish equivalent since my xp is in spanish.  everything else works fine, it even downloads podcasts and syncs.

The only other thing I can suggest is to use the Repair option for iTunes.
Download the iTunes programme (do not uninstall your current iTunes) and then "install" the new copy. At some stage you should see an option to "install" or "Repair". Take the Repair option.
Once you've done that, if you still have a problem, I don't know what else to suggest, except to search through the discussions to see if anyone else has had the problem and managed to fix it.

  • Why is the new firefox constantly blinking on my screen? everything else is fine but firefox now blinks and is unusable in 4.0

why is the new firefox constantly blinking on my screen? everything else is fine but firefox now blinks and is unusable in 4.0

Hi DGuerra, based on a past thread, the missing comments may be related to using avast! and its browser add-on(s).
Firefox is so easy to customize that it's not really surprising to find differences between two systems. These can relate to the menu choices (orange Firefox button or classic menu bar), toolbar layouts, and of course, add-ons.
If you have a preference for one setup versus another, hopefully these articles can equalize some of those layout issues:
    * [[Display the Firefox button menu instead of the menu toolbar]]
    * [[Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars]]
You can compare extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:
    * Ctrl+Shift+a
    * orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions.
Perhaps you can get the two side-by-side to make it easier, or to extract a text list, you can use the troubleshooting information page. Either:
    * Help > Troubleshooting Information
    * type or paste about:support in the address bar and press Enter
The button in the upper left corner "Copy text to clipboard" will grab the configuration information from entire page.

Safari pages are darkened and unresponsive. Internet works fine. Syncing to MacBook didn't help. Everything else works fine, including a different browser and apps that use the internet. Safari responds to searches and bookmark changes, but pages are not clickable. Help, please.

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 seconds, after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. Also have you cleared the cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cache (and Clear History). Also, if your equipment list is correct, you update to 4.3.3

    Hello Travel Mom 1016
All you would have to do is change the iTunes Store Country, simply go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region. After that select store that you want to use.

  • I can't download PDF's from iCloud.  Everything else downloads fine.  Any suggestions?

I can't download PDF's from iCloud.  Everything else downloads fine.  Any suggestions?

Ok, and is this on your Mac in the native Mail application, or on your Mac using iCloud webmail at http://www.icloud.com/ in a web browser? If the latter, which web browser?
When you say you "can't download" - do you actually mean download and save to your hard drive as a file, or do you mean you can't view PDFs inside the mail application?
What happens exactly when you try to download/view these PDFs? Any error message?

  • This an IPOD I bought used.  Everything else works fine.  It syncs to my computer and plays my music but will not connect to the USB interface in my car. My wife's IPOD, which seems to be identical, works fine.  Any ideas?

This an IPOD I bought used.  Everything else works fine.  It syncs to my computer and plays my music but will not connect to the USB interface in my car. My wife's IPOD, which seems to be identical, works fine. I should say it connects but then immediately disconnects.  Any ideas?

Then my last suggestion is to Reset it, while connected to the BMW Audio.
Toggle the Hold switch, make sure you dont see the red mark when you do the  next step
Reset the iPod -> Press Menu and Center button simultaneously for about 10 secs or till the Apple Logo comes ON
    Then release the buttons
    Select your preferred language.

  • Blue Screen (after restart) but everything else is fine.

    Hi,
I have an Xserve 2.3Ghz DP that is running fine a dandy except that the monitor connected to it shows just a blue screen. (no Dock, no menu bar). The strange thing is that when Retrospect starts up for it's automatic daily backup, the menu bar appears but it has only "retrospect options" available, the apple menu is all greyed out. Another anomaly is that during the startup procedure, I can see the grey apple "centered" onscreen, then the blue progress bar appears with all the normal information. But as soon as it's past those screens, the display just goes to a solid blue.
As I said before, everything else seems fine, my retrospect backups are happening as scheduled.
I use this server to burn and verify all my archives, so I really appreciated having a monitor connected. I've tried three other monitors all of them display just blue.
I thought maybe the Dock was hidden, it's not. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Turn off the modem while you're trying to access the router. And turn off any software firewalls or browser proxy settings.
The box said windows xp or better... So I installed Linux!

I have upgraded to Mavericks, iphoto is now saying my version is out dated, everything else is fine this is the only problem. Tried looking for updates etc, to no avail.....any ideas???

Check your version of iPhoto. If it is iPhoto 08 7.1.5 from OSX days it is old and if you want a current version you will need to purchase it on the Apple App store.

  • My HP will not print a photo from the computer file. everything else works fine. The memory slot

My hp office jet pro L7680 suddenly will not print a photo from the computer.  shows in the printer que.  Memory slot light blinks.  Everything else works fine.  N.

Something to chek, open a document, press CMMAND P, this will bring up the print screen, you can click on the arrow to expand the options
Then click on the presets and make sure that the preset you want is selected.
From the preset drop menu you can select Plain paper best or fast draft, which should then be color.
    Hope this helps

  • Finder not working / Everything else is fine

My desktop is empty, except for the spinning beachball; ForceQuit shows Finder as "not responding." The Dock and all other programs are working fine.
I know what caused the problem: I inadvertently flooded my desktop by saving thousands of files onto it -- from Quicktime I chose "Save as JPG Sequence" for exporting a 5 minute video clip (I'm trying to export a Flash animation in a state that will load onto YouTube, and have been trying everything! Had no idea this option was going to create thousands of separate files).
So anyway, I need to delete these thousands of files from my desktop, and then (I hope) everything will be fine. Thing is, I don't know how to get at them to delete them. There's got to be an easy way...I can see the files when I go into other programs and choose "Open" and navigate to the desktop.
    Advice please. Thanks!

I was excited to see this response because it sounded like the solution I needed. But it didn't work. We're running 10.4.11. My husband tried to copy more than several hundred jpg files to the finder by accident. When he realized what was happening, he canceled the action (he THINKS he canceled it before 150 files could have been copied, but he can't be sure). Now his hard disk icon does not appear on the desktop, though it does appear in a strange new window (along with a Network icon). He CAN access files and applications, and even run several applications, but can't get the hard disk back on the desktop.
I followed the instructions referred to here, but when I ran the script, I got this error message:
mv: rename (Users/usersname/Desktop/*.jpg to /Users/usersname/Desktop/DesktopItems/*.jpg: No such file or directory. (I've replaced his name with "username" in the above.) A DesktopItems folder did get created on the desktop, but it's empty.
Other things I've tried: Starting up from the installation disk and running Disk Utility to repair permissions and Repair disk (it needed no repair) and reset the startup disk; reinstalling OS 10.4.6 and then upgrading to 10.4.11; used Onyx to verify the disk (it says it's okay).
One other weirdness has started -- his Logitech wireless keyboard seems to have loss some of its key mapping. The Alt (Command) key is acting like the Start (Option) key and vice versa. But this might not have anything to do with the big problem of a malfunctioning Finder.
Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
