I have updtaed my windows as regular update but after that no sound from speakers. laptop is showing everything is fine and all sound drivers all working fine so whenever i clicked on scan for hardware changes in device manager menu then speakesr starts wooking fine so every time i have to make that step to enable speaker
help me
already i have uninstalled drivers and updated with default updater but same issue occurs in next boot

Hi,
Try the following.
Open windows Control Panel, open Windows Update, select 'View update history' in the left hand pane and then select 'Installed updates' link in the following window.
Locate update KB2962407, right click it and select Uninstall. When done, restart the notebook, open windows Control Panel, open Windows Update and select 'Check for updates'. You'll see the update you just uninstalled being offered again - right click and select 'Hide Update'.
After this you may or may not need to delete and reload the Audio driver - if you do, the procedure for using recovery manager to reinstall Software and Drivers is detailed in the relevant document on the link below.

Itunes content is not incliuded in the backup that itunes performs.
Audiobooks are not part of icloud and cannot be redownloaded.
You can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception.

You need to do the basic troubleshooting steps described in the User Guide, Appendix B.
Restart phone
Reset phone
Restore in iTunes using a backup
Restore in iTunes as new, without using a backup
If restoring as new doesn't help, there is a hardware failure in the phone that needs evaluation by Apple.

If you are on Version 11.0.1 rather than 11 Apple put it back in
View > Show Duplicates

Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

I believe you will find you can again sync Photos if you delete the "iPod Photo Cache", but predict that any subsequent attempt will fail. In my case, the enxt sync removes all the photos again - I've seen other reports of error messages upon sync. Mine just fails silently. :-)

Why does a sound from Jampack suddenly not play (after it was working fine)

Have a track-----French Horn part written in and was all playing fine. However, at a certain point it just won't play the French Horn part and/or even play the french horn sound or any of the new horn sounds. But the part is there (i see the midi notes and it plays it back on just a piano sound).
Nothing muted/soled, etc. However, if I start an entirely new session/song, then it plays back a new horn part fine.
Even if I create just a new track it won't play the part on the old session.

What you are reporting is a known Premiere Elements 12 issue, the loss of sound from numbered Audio Tracks and Soundtrack after narration has been added to the project with the program's Narration Tool.
It was only looked at in another thread earlier this evening and resolved.
Premier Elements 12 for Mac - After narration, only Narration track plays back.
The fix suggested by Llamadude99 and variations there of seem to be the answer. Please go through the link above and the links within in the for even more background on the issue. I have not been able to reproduce the problem in Premiere Elements 12/12.1 Windows with a desktop microphone (computer jack connection) in order to get at the core of the issue first hand.
Some background questions...what computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 running on? And what type of microphone are you using for creating narration with the Premiere Elements 12 Narration Tool? Are you using Premiere Elements 12 or the Premiere Elements 12.1 Update obtained via the project's Help Menu/Update?

I hear no sound from my hp dv7 laptop after windows update

And, in all of a sudden, i have no sound at my hp laptop, right after I updated my windows vista. I tried the ''system restore'' solution, but it did not solve the problem. I cant even play the test sound, because I see the error message : ''failed to play test tone''.
My model number is dv7-2030eV and my product number is NQ560EA#B1A. My operating system is windows vista 32-bit.

Hi diboz. "enlightlanka" made a good point, a driver reinstall would be a good step. If reinstalling doesn't resolve this issue, here are some more steps you can try.

[SOLVED]no sound in both headphone and speaker after update (alsa)

No sound after update. But, I can hear sound in headphone after install pulseaudio, while there is no sound in speaker (after plugging out headphone). I have tried some methods in related wiki articles, such as alsa and pulseaudio, but not works.
My enviroment is arch64, kde. I have installed lib32-alsa-plugins lib32-libpulse lib32-openal.
Anything others I can do? Thanks for advance.

As you have already gone into alsamixer to ensure the appropriate channels are unmuted & set at the desired level, have you also gone into your KDE systems settings -> Multimedia -> Audio and Video Settings & rechecked your settings?

Windows 10 IDT High Definition Audio Codec doesn't work properly on Hp Envy 20d001-la after update

I'm using a Windows 10 just updated pc, Hp Envy 20 d001la, and I'm having problems with my speakers, they work with IDT High Definition Audio Codec driver. It has beatsAudio available, but the bass don't sound the right way, I can barely hear it. It has a low quality sound... the worst quality. This problem isn't new for me, when upgraded to Windows 8.1, also the problem apeared, when the driver released with a new version, specificly for Windows 8.1, but how did I solve it? I only installed the Original Audio Controller found on Hp Support & drivers page (It was designed for work on Windows 8 64 bits). So, I know Windows 10 is newer than ever, and sure of some bugs or little corrections after updating. But when I try to install the Windows 8 Original controller to get the extreme sound quality again, it can't be installed. The problem says: "Operating system doesn't has the requirements" The new drivers have low sound quality (driver Windows 8.1 & Windows 10 versions) If I could install the Windows 8 version driver, I'm sure the sound quality returns. Thanks a lot, I've tried the solution you've given me, (extracted the setup file with winrar on a folder and search for the driver as you said) but an error message shows: "There are not compatible drivers on the selected folder, try with one for Windows x64" It happens with both drivers I have, W8 & W8.1 versions. And also I have other problem, I didn't connect the headphones when trying solving the problem, and when I connected them, a surprise: The speakers didn't shutdown, they continue playing sounds and the headphones and speakers were playing sound at the same time. I've checked for the internal connector and The connector is clean. Then I tried to install W8.0 IDT setup manually clicking on the files extracted, the process finished succesfully, and system restarted, the sound quality came again, but still when I connect the headphones, the speakers don't shutdown and sometimes music stops. The problem is with all versions of driver I tried, the W10 got by Windows update, the found on Device Manager, the W8 , W8.1installed manually, But not worked.I hope in a future upade the problem could be solved, because I listen to music always only on headphones to avoid disturb others. IOS 6.1.3 photo won't sync(from iTunes iPad/iPhone) to after update

After update both my iPad and iPhone to 6.1.3 a few days ago, I just found that both devices doesn't have anything in the Photos app! I have a lot of product sample pictures in a few albums, but just can't get them sync to the device anymore! When the sycn started, I can see the albums got created on the device, and the number of pictures need to be sync... it display "Syncing 0 of 1391", after maybe 1 minute, it stopped, nothing get sync.
I only select the albums I want in iTunes to sync, no event selected... that work perfectly fine before until this update.
No difference if wire or wifi.
My wife's iphone got different issue. She sync to her own iMac, when select a few events, all pictures all sync to the phone, but no events created! so all photos all show up in the "Photos", but nothing in "Events".
Just found that if I select 1 event, I can sync 1 album... but when I try the second time, it didn't work again!. After a lot of combinations of "events" and "albums" selections and many syncs, I finally got the pictures I want to my devices... by the behaviors are very unpredicatable, something definiatelly broken here!
Anybody see similare issues?

YES! Updated to 6.1.3 and can't sync at all. Either by cable, bluetooth, or wifi. My mac won't recognize my iphone at all. Doesn't even show up in finder. Can't sync anything from iTunes as iTunes won't recognize my iPhone either.

Wireless printing - from shipping sites - not working after update to iOS7

I am no longer able to print shipping labels from PayPal or USPS after updating to iOS7. I am able to print emails, etc. from other sites online - just not shipping labels. Is anyone else having the same problem? Is there a fix?

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
Then restart the device.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, then swipe the slider to power off.
Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Then try printing.
