No sound in APP CS3

Hello!
I've got a problem with Adobe Premiere Pro CS3.
I bought new camera Praktica DVC 10.4 HDMI. When I import film to the program, there is no sound on the timeline. The same happens with After Effects CS3. In Windows Movie Maker and the other programs, the sound works.
I don't know what to do. Can you help me?

  • Music or sound equalizer app

Any suggestions for a sound equalizer app that runs on TB v 2.2.0?  I use Spotify, so don't need another media player with integrated equalizer.  I can find some apps for v.2.3.0, but I don't want to wait for that update.
    Thanks in advance.

    Double Post.

  • I have no sound in apps.  I have tried the side mute button and rebooting.

I have no sound in apps.  I have tried the side mute button and rebooting.  I have no access to volume on the control panel swipes from the bottom.  Seems I lost sounds after the last ios 7.1.1 update.

HI, I was fine until I posted a video link from CNN to FaceBook, then none of those videos have sound in FB, no sound in news post links, no sound in any games. I can hear YouTube, downloaded music, alert sounds. I re-booted. I UN-linked the video that caused this. I reset the iPad to original settings...nothing has worked. Any clue? Thanks!

  • Why cant i add my own sound to apps like facebook e mail and twitter

why cant i add my own sounds to apps like facebook e mail twitter

"add my own sounds to" - do you mean notification sounds??  If so, they are set by the App developer and can't be changed (other than disable).
"Why" - this is a user-to-user support forum.  No one here can answer "why" Apple does or doesn't do anything.

  • No sound in app

no sound in app but sound ok during call

    Hello, Aaalaboudi.
I would make sure the Ring/Silent switch is not switched to silent as some applications will not play sound if Silent Mode is engaged.  If the issue persists, here are some helpful troubleshooting steps.

  • No sound with apps and alerts unless headphones are in. Everything else works well. I tried resetting but it didn't solve problem.

No sound with apps and alerts. Everything else works. Tried resetting, didn't solve problem. Apps have sound with headphones only

Have you got notifications muted ? Only notifications (including games) get muted, so the Music and Videos apps, and headphones, still get sound.
Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can mute notifications by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad, or via the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon far left; press home again to exit the taskbar. The function that isn't on the side switch is set via the taskbar instead : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4085

  • Why is there no sound for apps since updating to iOS6

Since I updated my phone (4s)  to iOS6, there is no sound for apps like netflix, youtube, audio book, music or even for any of my games, but it works perfectly fine when I make/take a call.  I reset my phone and everything.  Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions?

I've not had the problem, but basic troubleshooting steps outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device.
Try those steps in order until your problem is solved.

  • LTE - Volume buttons, sound and apps

I guess this just another one of those issues that comes with having a phone OS installed on a tablet?
Using the volume buttons when on the home screen automatically adjusts the sound levels for the ringtone instead of the general volume level for like.. everything.. as it would otherwise be intended.
Also, when turning off volume completely through the shortcut button, sound from apps is still enabled.
Is there a workaround to this?
Managed to get the shortcut and volume buttons to work up to my expectations with these 2 apps.
Volume Sync Links the mute call volume to media volume as well (shortcut). Works for both mute on and off. (Free).
Volume Sync Pro Links all the different volumes together to go up and down together with ringtone volume (side buttons). Originally designed for mobiles, the UI can be a bit buggy on tablet and might not be able to select which volumes should be synced. Works well with sync all though. (Not free but relatively cheap)
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

Found a couple of apps to enable the functionality of the shortcut and volume buttons to be as I expected, so I'm posting links here in case others stumble upon this annoyance.
Volume Sync will link the mute for call volume with media volume (shortcut). Works both for mute on and off. (FREE)
Volume Sync Pro will actively sync volume up and down for call sound through the side buttons to all the other volumes. Originally designed for phones, the options do not properly show up on the Z2 tablet, so it might be a bit complicated to choose which volumes to sync, but syncing all is relatively easy. (Not free but relatively cheap)

  • What does the "add more sounds" in app purchase cost in GarageBand?

I ask because there is no indication of the cost when Apple asks for my ID and Password. In IOS completing that would mean I own it.
    Thanks

if you open the Mac App Store app and find GarageBand the side bar under "Top In-App Purchases" says "Complete set of content $4.99" (US)

  • Can anyone recommend a decent, totally free sound equalizer app or program to work across different applications on my Mac?

Can anyone recommend a decent, totally free sound equalizer app or program to work across different applications on my Mac?
    I am running OS 10.9.2.
    Thanks!

NeoOffice was a OS X adaptation of OpenOffice because there wasn't a OS X version when the "Mac" came back from the dead basically.
Sun which owned OpenOffice, was bought by Oracle, which all the developers left finding out Oracle wasn't going to support OpenOffice anymore.
The developers of OpenOffice went and formed LibreOffice, which got some serious cash donations and now is the new fork of OpenOffice.
So if you have files in NeoOffice, OpenOffice or Microsoft Office, they will work just fine in LibreOffice.
LibreOffice is getitng all the attention now that's it's truly "free" and many more developers worldwide are looking at the code and contributing to it.
So LibreOffice is what you need. It's also cross platform, Linux, OS X or Windows. AND free. (but you should contribute funds)

  • Do macs have sounds for apps like clicking in safari or minimizing windows?

Do macs have sounds for apps like clicking in safari or minimizing windows?
If so how do I turn them on? Thanks

That looks like what I want, but when I tried to install it I get an error:
"You cannot open Xounds preferences pane on this computer. Contact the developer of this software for a newer version."
Do you think this is because of the intel chips?
    Thanks

  • Looking for a sound editing app I can sync between Mac and iPod Touch

I have old interviews I conducted as part of an old job. I want to put them on to my new iPod Touch to listen to while traveling. Since I am only interested in specific topics and passages I need to bookmark where in these hours-long interviews these passages are.
I can get these interviews from my Mac into my Touch easily with iTunes, but I cannot bookmark or make notations in iTunes. There is a plethora of apps that will playback and edit/bookmark sound files for the Touch, but all of the ones I have found will only do this for files recorded with that app and they will only upload or email to my Mac but not send files from Mac to the Touch.
If anyone has any thoughts on an app I have missed or a work around I would be forever grateful.

LAN Manager authentication level was already set to "Send LM & NTLM - use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated" according to a web tutorial. I changed it to the option you recommended above.
Still, only the public folder is visible.
By the way - this is a brand new install of Windows 7. Almost nothing has been altered from its stock just-installed state.
It is connected to my Mac via a cat-6 ethernet cable which is plugged into my Mac Pro's second ethernet port. I did this because the PC is a Maya workstation, and I do not want to slow it down by installing all of our corporation's IT-required software that slows our systems down. It is not connected to the open internet in any way - just file sharing to my Mac.
My Mac is 192.168.123.130, the Win7 box is 192.168.123.132. Both have a subnet of 255.255.255.0 and a gateway of 192.168.123.130. I am UNABLE to ping the PC from the Mac. I am ABLE to ping the Mac from the PC.

  • Sounds on apps no longer work

Even before my upgrade to IO5, the sounds for some of my apps (games, etc.) stopped working.  Any easy fix on this?  Thanks.

If you lose sounds for keyboard clicks, games or other apps, email notifications and other notifications, system sounds have been muted.
System sounds can be muted and controlled two different ways. The screen lock rotation can be controlled in the same manner as well - Either via the side switch or in the task bar .....
Settings>General>Use Side Switch to: Mute System sounds. If this option is selected, the switch on the side of the iPad above the volume rocker will mute system sounds.
If you choose Lock Screen Rotation, then the switch locks the screen. If the screen is locked, you will see a lock icon in the upper right corner next to the battery indicator gauge.
If you have the side switch set to lock screen rotation then the system sound control is in the task bar. Double tap the home button and in the task bar at the bottom, swipe all the way to the right. The speaker icon is all the way to the left. Tap on it and system sounds will return.
If you have the side switch set to mute system sounds, then the screen lock rotation can be accessed via the task bar in the same manner as described above.
This support article from Apple explains how the side switch works.

  • Loss of sound in apps presumably using Adobe Flash Player

In recent weeks, wherever Flash is in the background e.g. BBC iPlayer (on Chrome or IE), Avast notification pop-ups, Skype start-up, sound clips on Amazon etc - the sound has stopped working. Usually takes a reboot to get it back. The speakers test okay, so assume it's the Flash. Flash is a nightmare to remove. If anyone knows how to quickly tell Adobe to look into this and fix the bug, much obliged.

I'm also experiencing this problem on my iPad2.  Music and sound effects otherwise work in other apps, but no sound plays in the Where's My Water app after the iOS5 install.

  • System sound disables app sound.

Certain apps unexpectedly have this issue. This applies to Garageband for example.
It has been like this forever, and it hasn't been fixed.

Example system sounds — alarm, Siri.
