No sound in windows 7... plz help

I'm looking for 15 days and did not find the solution
i am installed windows 7 in boot camp 4 on a macbook air (2011) os 10.7.4 . Anyway everything works fine with me, except the sound, I have reinstalled the Realtek several times and no success. I would like to know an way to solve this problem, thanks!I

Does not work - does not compute - does not suggest why.
What happens?
R2.68 is current for Windows 7 64-bit
Realtek High Definition Audio Driver R2.68-Win 7/Vista 32/64
http://www.download3k.com/files/WDM_A406.exe
tehre are zip and there are .exe
just go to Realtek.com
Notebooks like the Air may be different.
Audio in Device Manager shows "realtek" I assume.

photos not getting added up to my photostream. It's showing some kinda registry error in my windows. Plz help!!

    Hi Melissa_C!
I have an article for you that may help shed light on this circumstance:
    iCloud: My Photo Stream FAQ
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4486
How long are My Photo Stream photos stored in iCloud?
The photos you upload to My Photo Stream are stored in iCloud for 30 days to give your devices plenty of time to connect and download them.
How many photos are stored in My Photo Stream on my devices and computers?
iCloud pushes all your photos to the My Photo Stream album on your devices and computers, and manages them efficiently, so you don’t run out of storage space.
Your iOS devices keep a rolling collection of your last 1000 photos in the My Photo Stream album. From there, you can browse your recent photos or move the ones you like to your Camera Roll or another album to keep them on your device forever.
Because your Mac and PC have more storage than your iOS devices, you can choose to have all of your My Photo Stream photos automatically downloaded. In iPhoto or Aperture preferences on your Mac, select Photos (or Photo Stream) > My Photo Stream > Automatic Import. All of your photo stream photos will be imported into your Events, Projects, Photos, Faces, and Places folders in iPhoto or Aperture. On your PC with My Photo Stream enabled in the Control Panel, all of your photos will be imported into C:\\Users\<user name>\Pictures\iCloud Photos\My Photo Stream. For iCloud Control Panel 2.0 to 2.1.2 users, the path isC:\\Users\<user name>\Pictures\Photo Stream\My Photo Stream .
Thanks for being a part of the Apple Support Communities!

  • Awful sound in Windows...help

I am using iMAC 24", today I installed Windows XP by using Boot Camp, evrything works perfect, but the sound is terrible in windows, especially when u click sonething, it sounds like something covered the speakers...So I updated the Boot camp and audio driver to the latest one, still dose't work...
    Any help?

I should add that on my Imac volume is not the issue - poor quality sound is! Sounds like the music is coming through an old pc speaker from the early 90's when pc weren't supposed to have sound!
If Apple is going to sell computers to the people that have to use Windows but would like to own a Mac they must do a better job of good drivers for the Windows side.
    Problems plaguing the Bootcamp:
    1. Fans don't run at a high enough level to deal with the heat.
    2. Wireless dropouts on the Windows side.
    3. Terrible sound quality in Windows on an Imac 3.06 GHZ.
    4. Two or three finger right click instead of lower right corner right click.
(This has caused several of my clients to steer away from buying Apple)!

  • Error message while trying to download Itunes for Windows Vista.plz help!

I've been trying to install itunes 9 on windows vista system. During the install, it says "error occurred during installation of assembly policy 8.0.microsoft.vc80.CRT, version 8.0.50727.403 type win 32 policy public key token=1fc8b3b901e18e3bprocess architecture=x86 Quicktime installs OK, but Itunes install is interruped -- Apple Support install portion is rolled back after this error pops up. I went thru suggested Apple troubleshooting options, got same error. Ran install as administrator from desktop, also did not work. Tried installing both thru apple software updater and directly from Apple website -- still get error. I am also having trouble downloading new updates for my computer, has anyoone exp this?? I am so frustrated, I have a new nano and can't use it

    Interesting.
Okay, let's try some general principles troubleshooting with this one, then.
    (1) Do you currently have a copy of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package installed on that PC? If so, try downloading the following security update:
[Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package ATL Security Update|http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=766a6af7-ec73-4 0ff-b072-9112bab119c2&displaylang=en#filelist]
Does iTunes install for you after applying that update?
    (2) If no joy there, head into your Windows Update and click on the Update History. Have a lot of Updates also been failing for you recently? If so, doubleclick on the entries for the failed updates to bring up more information on each. What error codes appear for you for the failed updates? (Precise spelling, please.)

  • Xserve in a Windows environment - plz help!!

Hi, I have created the array thru the raid admin. It took over 30hrs for my array to finish (i have the 7TB). After its done, Windows detects the volume as "unreadable." I cannot format/mount that array. I have rebooted both host and the xserve. Am i missing something or is the array corrupted already? The device manager does show that the Apple Xserve RAID volumes are detected. Can anyone shed some light into this...thx

I see you're using Windows 2000. Windows 2000 has a limit of 2 TB for a LUN. Which means it has a conniption about the Xserve RAID LUNs, which show up as 3 TB apiece, or thereabouts.
Go to RAID Admin (now that you're finished formatting), and select "Advanced" and then slice the RAID sets into 2 LUNs apiece. Once you've done that, reboot the Windows box, and it will see 4 LUNs of about 1.5-1.7 TB apiece (don't recall the exact size; haven't worked with a 7 TB RAID yet). If you don't want 4 volumes, then upgrade them to dynamic disks in Disk Administrator, and then concatenate the volumes (I'd recommend concatenating volumes from the same side of the RAID, or striping volumes when you go to opposite sides of the RAID). Striping on the same side of the RAID could create some extra disk I/O activity, because the heads will do a lot of extra seeking on the same platters.

  • Plz help withen 5 min,how 2 call MS.World doc

    friends there is a problum....
My team lead give me assignment 2 open a MS.Word Doc file from form 61 in windows environment
plz help me what can i do.

    what do you want exactly?
open the word-document per host-command? It's easy, when you know the paths and the word-documents.
or in web with the client_host-command.
If you want to interact with the word, then you should create a channel to the document via OLE2 or client_OLE2 - packages. There are many examples here in the forum. Search for word and ole2.
    try it

when i attach my iphone 4 with computer it shows one of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it,now what can i do ..plz help me

I would first try unplugging All the USB devices plugged into your computer, and then plug back in just the iPhone and see if that is recognized.  Also, do you have the latest version of iTunes for Windows installed on your PC, as you need to?
    Hope this helps

    Hi AwesomeSauce14,
Do we configure any proxy settings for Internet Connection? Did Windows Store work before?
Please first take a try with the
Apps troubleshooter, if this won't work, please follow the steps below to reset Windows store cache:
    a) Press Windows key + X;
    b) Select Search,
    c) Type in WSReset.exe
    d) Then right click on the Wsreset, select Run as administrator;
    e) Restart the computer and check.
    Best regards

    I'd try the following document:
Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store
(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)
