No sound recognized in GB from my mulitmix12firewire

I'm using an 1.33 GHz powerbook with 512 MB so I meet the requirements, and I think the computer recognizes the sound input from the mixer, but I can't get any sound into GB3. Any ideas? I installed the most recent driver as well.

To expand on iSteve's answer a little, since GB can record up to 8 tracks simultaneously, you can assign any channel (or pairs of channels) to any track you wish. IOW, if you had 4 singers and 4 mics, they could each have their own track (of course sound isolation is another issue)

Here are the steps for AirPlay:
Before starting Azul from your (running iOS 5.x/6.x) home screen where have have all your apps we need to turn on mirroring
On your iPhone 4S/5 or iPad 2 or 3, double-click the Home Button to view your recently-used apps.
Swipe all the way to the right to until you see the icon.
Note: If the icon does not appear, go to the "If AirPlay Mirroring is not visible or available on your mobile iOS device" section.
Tap the icon to see the list of available AirPlay devices.
Enable AirPlay Mirroring in this menu by tapping on an available Apple TV, then sliding the Mirroring slider to ON.
Now you should be seeing your iPad/iPhone on your TV.
Start up Azul now and using the settings icon on the top right corner go to the option that say "TV out" ON.
When you do that you will see an Orange screen
Now click "Done" and play the video you want to watch and it will AirPlay

Thank you Meta, but I could not get the calendar and contact sync with Gmail to work. Apple support already suggested to use Google or a Windows PC. Maybe I should actually reset and try my old Windows PC. Seriously, ... can this be the solution after a Mac OS update for pure Apple users?

Lightroom 4.4 not recognizing RAW files from supported cameras

I started to get problems with Lightroom not recognizing RAW files from my Fuji XE-1 and Canon 5D Mark 3 cameras but I thought it was a problem with RC. After downloading some files today in 4.4 without a problem I encountered the same error message (unable to inport listed RAW files) again. The files open fine in Bridge. Any idea what is causing this problem?

I use a Mac with the latest version of Mountain Lion OS. The image files are being imported from the cards; in the case of the Fuji an SD card inserted in the card reader slot on the Mac and in the case of the Canon a CF flash card in a card reader attached to the Mac.

If you have a Macbook that supports thunderbolt just connect it with a hdmi cable (if you want picture as well). If your mac doesn't support thunderbolt you could connect via the standard headphone jack. But still it depends on what you want to do. So...

What does your tv support (hdmi, digital audio (s/pidf?)?

I have a brand new MacBook Pro. All of the sound (music) is coming from the right internal speaker. It is balanced properly in the Audio prefs and the MIDI prefs...Headphones are balanced fine too. it's PRAM reset and extremely harmless. on of the things it will do is boot from your internal hard drive, so if you're using a different hard drive to run your os you'll have to revert back to that the way you did before. but I doubt that's your case. again, harmless but make sure you follow the instructions to the T and report back

Elitebook 2540p: Faint sound and static coming from speakers...Need Help!

I am having issues with my new 2540P. I can hear faint sound and static coming from my speakers as well as my headphones when I plug into the jack. I first started having this issue when I plugged additional speakers into the jack and USB while talking on Skype..
I am running Win7. I tried troubleshooting drivers and hardware, disabling and enabling, and a system restore going back one day...but no luck. When I disable the speakers, I stopped hearing even the faint sound. I also tried plugging and unplugging the jack 20 times.
Is it possible that this is a hardware failure (jack and/or sound card)?
Does anyone have other suggestions?

I am running XP and have same problem. Sound now gone after "pop". Customer services suggests hardware failure and send back to factory. Flashing BIOS and updating IDT audio driver will not fix the problem.
Possible speaker failure or audio chip failure.

My iTouch was working perfectly fine til it was connected to the school speaker for my dance. When I used it afterwards (with my headphones), the sound only came out from the right phone. I tried using my spare earphones and still no sound from the left. The headphones/earphones are working fine as I tested it with my laptop and mom's iPhone. So the real problem's with my iTouch!

If you connect your iPod with your computer, and if you can hear from both channels, that it is clearly something wrong with the earphone jack, there are few cases reported the dust in the earphone (metal parts?) causing the problem.

Is there a setting to turn the sound "off" when capturing from tape into an HD project -- so that I can continue to use other programs (like iTunes) while capturing, without hearing the audio from what's being captured?

I don't know if I can offer help on your question, but depending on your computer set up, I personally would try to avoid running any other programs when using FC, especially during a tape transfer.
I'm wondering if the volume controller on the camera itself might also adjust the loudness coming from the transfer in FC without actually affecting the sound transfer.

This was EXACTLY what I needed about the purchases I made from my device. However, is there a way to re-download other ones you've made from a computer? Because I realized some of them were not just purchased from my device.

Most PC based headset with built in mic's will not work without using a device like the Griffin iMic.
