No stereo music from Curve 8310 to Motorokr S9

I have had my ATT BB 8310 for almost a year and recently bought a Motorokr S9 Bluetooth Stereo Headset to use at the gym.  (tired of getting tied-up in the wire!  )  Anyway, I successfully paired the S9 and everything works (Phone audio, music controls, etc.) except the music still comes out of the BB!  I called Moto and they said it should work (I have 4.5.0.182 in the BB).  When I power-up the S9, I get a connection message on the BB saying Successfully Connected and green checks for Hands-Free, Stereo Audio, and A/V Remote Control.  But the music still plays out of the BB, not the S9.
Has anyone had this problem?  Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
TIA

did you ever find out how to fix this issue, I ma having the same problem.  When I looked up the manual for the S9, it stated that there is a music note symbol on the BT, I don't see it?

  • Transfering music from iTunes to my motorokr

I have just gotten a motorokr phone and am trying to transfer music from iTunes to it. First I used a card reader and the card that came with the phone. It worked once and then the reader quit coming up on my desktop. It was not reading the card anymore. Then, after talking to Motorola help, I used the usb cable and my phone to upload the music . The same thing happened. After successfully using it once, it doesn't show up on my desktop. Any info or help for this problem?

    hi ssr!
let's try an experiment. try switching off your antivirus and antispyware prior to trying a synch. does the wee darling behave herself a bit better when you try that?
    keep us posted.

  • Can't import Stereo music from record pla

I have a Soundblaster Audigy 2 sound card and am in the process of transferring music from a numer of records to my computer. I have connected two RCA jacks to the record player and this in turn is plugged into the computer via a "Y" connector to the LINE IN socket. When capturing, my editing program shows the two tracks, however only one has music on it. The other is just a straight line. I tried switching the two RCA plgs on the recorder and the tracks then swap places, but still only one records. I?checked my cable as best I could and it seems fine. Is it not possible to record stereo using this line in connection ? Please help. Thank you.

    Your adapter look like this,
    <img alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket[/img] src="http://i0.photobucket.com/albums/a7/stormy352/2740883l.jpg">
or are the two RCA connectors the same color? If they are the same what you have is a splitter and not a stereo adapter, and that would be why you are only seeing one channel when you try and record onto the computer.

My pc seems to be recognizing the curve but I cant figure out how to send music to it. Can anyone tell me or point me to a tutorial or something? Thank you. Sorry if this questions been asked before. I tried looking but didnt really see anything that helped.

    Hi,
    You are right wrong procedure.
There's a reason they call me Bifocals
Here is how to setup the connection between the PC and BB,
Just stop before the desktop manager part:

  • Can I send music from Mac Mini to my home stereo via Bluetooth connection?

I recently purchased a new Intel Mini with built in Bluetooth, and I wondering if I could use the Bluetooth transmitter to send iTunes music from the Mini to my home stereo system? If so, I assume that I would need to purchase a Bluetooth receiver of some sort to connect to the audio input on my stereo? Any ideas on which make/model of receiver would work with the Mini?

    Hi.
Unfortunately, you cannot use the bluetooth module to transmit audio to your stereo.
Why? Because Tiger does not support the A2DP bluetooth profile (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile), which is required to broadcast stereo audio over bluetooth.
Apparently, Leopard will support this profile (you'll have to wait for its final specs).
Meanwhile, there are a couple of wireless (wi-fi) options available, including the Apple Express with AirTunes.

  • Hi, I`d like to connect my Ipad wirelessly to a stereo to listen to my music from the iTunes library on streaming, but also to movies online, games, Goear-) and so on.  I guess I can do that using an Airport express connected to the stereo and via airplay

Hi, I`d like to connect my Ipad wirelessly to a stereo to listen to my music from the iTunes library on streaming, but also to movies online, games, Goear…) and so on.  I guess I can do that using an Airport express connected to the stereo and via airplay to my Ipad. My question is, can I listen to all the audio that come out from the ipad (movies online, games, Goear…) or only to the music from iTunes library? I`d appreciate any help. Alex.

On the iPad you can stream videos, photos, or music from the Video, Photos, Music, and YouTube apps to an Apple TV OR just stream music to an AirPort Express Base Station.

  • Music from external HD- iMac- Airport Express- stereo receiver- speakers?

Can I stream my music from my external HD to my iMac (current set-up, which works) to a new Airport Express which will be connected to a stereo receiver and speakers, and avoid going through my older D-Link router? In other words, will my (fairly new) iMac talk wirelessly to a new AE?
Reading all the posts about various ways to set this up is giving me a headache ....
    Thanks in advance.

The default "out-of-the-box" mode of the AX is a wireless router. That means that the AX will broadcast its own wireless network when powered-up. Since you already have a wireless router you, in effect, will have two wireless networks operating at the same time if you leave the AX in its default configuration ... and why you would have to change to the wireless network created by the AX in order to stream iTunes.
The inconvenience of this, of course, is that you would have to switch to the D-Link's wireless network when you want Internet access and to the AX's when streaming. To overcome this problem, the AX would need to be configured to "join a wireless network"; in this case, that would be the network created by the D-Link. Once the AX is joined, you will be able to access the Internet & stream iTunes simultaneously.
To reconfigure the AX to do so, I suggest that you first access the AX's wireless network from your iMac's built-in AirPort (on the menubar). (Note: The default network name of the AX would be something like AirPort Network xxxxxx, where the x's are the last six digits of the AX's AirPort ID (printed on the label attached to the AX).) Then use the AirPort Utility, in "Assist Me" mode, and follow the directions to join a wireless network.

  • Can I use my ipod touch as a airplay receiver to hook up to my stereo and play my itunes music from my computer?

I just was wondering, Can I use my ipod touch as a airplay receiver to hook up to my stereo and play my itunes music from my computer?

I believe there's got to be a way you can use the ipod touch as a airplay receiver to use on the stereo.
The ipod touch has a port for plugging in earphones, that can also be used to plug a stereo into it.
Now somebody just has to make an app for using on ipod touch or iphone to plug directly into the stereos input
jack to play itunes music from your computer wirelessly, other than the ipod being plugged into the stereo with a wire.

  • How can I change my BB curve 8310 from spanish OS to English OS?

Hi I just bought an unlocked curve 8310. I am a BB newbie. Can I change the OS from Spanish to English? I am in Bangkok

This isn't possible in Mac OS 9.2.2 and earlier without doing a full installation of the Spanish version of the OS, which requires an installation disk containing it.

  • BB Curve 8310 w/Jabra BT8040 Music Cut Outs

I listen to streaming radio (Pandora) through my BlackBerry Curve 8310 and had no trouble with standard wired headphones. Yesterday I got a Jabra BT8040 bluetooth headset and everything works great except that intermittently the music cuts out and then back on. I've noticed that every time this happens, the double arrows appear in the upper right hand of the phone screen indicating that the phone is sending or receiving data. Is this a buffering or cache issue that is interfering with the signal to the headset? I'm hoping that this is a simple fix 'cause the headset works great otherwise.

    Hi
I should imagine you have not had a reply due to including such a huge amount of meaningless dribble with your post. We are just ordinary users and not used to dealing with such complexities. So lets have a look at the question alone
i am using 8310 curve which reboots radomly, it doesnt reboot in standby mode or while plugged in pc through usb, but if i use it randomly as like hearing music or making a call or texting anyone it reboots, so plz can anyone help me in this case, i would be greatful, here is my event log collected using jl_cmder, thankyou.
The Blackberry is designed to be reset by removing the battery whilst the device is powered-on. Leave the battery out for a minute or 2.
See if that resolves the problem.

  • Since my upgrade to IOS 6, cannot control music from car stereo

Since upgrading to IOS 6 I cannot control the music from my car stereo, nor are the artist, song, or album  names no longer displayed. Worked with IOS 5.

Do you drive a BMW? If so, my friend has the same problem. It is a problem with your car's software, probably, not the iPhone.

  • Organizing Music on the Curve 8310

I am new to the smartphone (and to MP3 players, also).  I am trying to load music from my computer to my Curve.  I have all my songs named and organized by album on the computer, however, when they transfer to the curve, the names are lost and they are no longer organized by album.  Can someone please help with this?

I would like to know the same for my Bold, it sorts it into its own "genres" but I want to listen to the tracks as I've organised them on the PC!
    Any ideas?

  • How to stream music from stereo onto Airport wireless system

I have an Imac and 2 stereo systems connected to their own airport express.  I can stream music from Itunes on my Imac to either stereo with no problem using airfoil software.  My question is can I use the apple network to play music FROM one stereo to the other stereo's speakers.  I want to do this because i have an old turntable connected to one stereo and would like to listen to it on my other stereo speakers sometimes.

I'm having the same but have thought of a solution.
First, it is a shame that others such as Tesserax are familiar with the capabilities of said products but offer no real creative solutions.  At one time I did consider myself the finest most creative solution providing technician in Los Angeles, yes working for the finest company on the planet (use your imagination), however, my time although not shortlived, did come to an end due to disagreement or two.  Long Live Vinyl, Praise the Turntable Sir (or Madam).
Now, Think outside the box.  No the stereo won't do it.  No the turntable won't.  Let's face it the impedance of the turntable's audio out is of no issue since you'd like to connect the stereo to the MBP (nice job on using fancy words kinda out of context Tesserax, way to cop out.).  So, given that the unit in question does have a stereo in, and the stereo itself does have a stereo out, then we do need something to bridge the connection.  Within this theory is a few options. So what's it gonna be my friend, wired, or wireless?
    1. Connect MBP and Stereo (example implying that there is an RCA audio output, can be subbed with a headphone jack of 1/8 or 1/4 inch varieties)
-Wired connection, STEREO to RCA/female 1/8 stereo to CABLE 1/8 stereo on both ends to MBP audio input.
-Wireless connection, STEREO to RCA/female 1/8 stereo to BLUETOOTH TRANSMITTER to BLUETOOTH RECEIVER to MBP audio input.
    2. Software
         -Purchase Airfoil
-Fire up GarageBand create an audio track and monitor the input of the track (MBP audio in).
-Tell Airfoil to stream audio anywhere you want on your network.
    3. BAM enjoy, you can even get airfoil speakers, a great app, to do the dirty work of other airplay supported goodies.  That will turn your iOS stuffs, other macs, PCs, all into zones to stream to.
I haven't tested this yet, sounds pretty obvious, kicking myself for not thinking of it earlier.
