No Symbols and Elements in Webgallery

I try to do a web gallery, but when I choose web gallery I can see all my photos but no symbols to edit the web gallery. Just two of them one for the viewer and one to protect the viewer.
Where and how can I do some changes to the template and design of the web-gallery? Where are the symbols and elements to control it?

I only got the list "all Projects" and the thumbnails but the screen part with the theme stock and columsn and rows I don't have.
How to create them?

Symbols and elements disappearing in chrome 37 for mac and windows.

Hi, hoping someone can help. I have made an animation I hope to be full width in EA. It works perfectly in ie9-11, Safari and firefox. However the background element vanishes in Chrome unless i zoom in 67%. This is also effecting another layer that covers the stage on occasion. The 2 layers are set within the bounds of the stage.
I think this may have something to do with the known issue:
Webkit (Safari, Chrome) browsers-only: Responsive scaling with symbols breaks element z-order when viewport is larger than the Stage. (3632270)
I have replicated the same issue using a simple svg box instead of the image. I have also resized the background image so it sits well within the centre of the stage and it still vanishes.
I have tried to manually add a z index to all the symbols. This hasn't worked.
I have also tried the sym.$("element").css("-webkit-backface-visibility","hidden") method mentioned in another thread. This also doesn't work.
My only fix seems to currently be using javascript to adjust the zoom in chrome upon loading the page. I really dont like doing this and want (need) to find a permanent solution to this issue.
Please LINK to my project. Note the project is not full screen in this example and you will see the elements vanish and appear if you toggle the zoom in chrome between 67% and 100%.
This issue doesn't effect the mac version of Safari at all.
I would really appreciate any advice on this matter.

Same here, Edge 2014.0.1 , Chrome Desktop 37 lot of texts are missed (arrows), In Chrome 36 mobile works fine
some of these texts show if I reduce the browser size,
some more symbols disappear when other symbols are showed or animated.

It is unbelievable that such an expensive software does not provide a proper lay out wit a high screen resolution!
It is also unbelivable that it is not possible to get a qualified employee of ADOBE on the phone in Germany.

Copying and Element

I've created an element consisting of three paragraphs of text and animated within the element on its own timeline. This element has been turned into a symbol. We'll call this element "original".
I then copied original in order to make a second, similar element, and named the copy duplicate. When I double click on duplicate in order to modify it's timeline, I keep drilling down into original.
I've tried copy/paste from inside the Elements panel on the right and I've tried copy/paste from within the main stage timeline. In both cases, the remaned copy (duplicate) does not open and allow me to make changes without those changes being effected on the timeline of original.
I don't want a second, identical iteration of original, I want to use original as a template to build out a similar but different element/symbol called duplicate.
I am running the most current copy of EA - downloaded last night.

Version 3 of EA:
You can use the same symbol and change it's content dynamically whether it is text or images.
Give us a little more details on what you are doing.
I usually make array of text and images and then use the array to load what I want in the symbol.
I created this example for another user who wanted to change the image of a symbol. If you have text you can do the same thing. I updated for you with text for you to see how it is done:

You could also have the array made differently if you have more different elements:

Whenever i start my macbook pro the screen remains gray with the apple symbol and the circle timer below. The screen stays this way even if i leave it for hours.

When i turn on my macbook a box appears telling me i need to restart my computer (in different languages) and in order to do so i have to press on the off button for a lil while. Even after doing this the same box appears and it never restarts correctly. This box appears every single time. I rarely turn my computer off. I just place it on sleep mode and restarts it only when i get prompted to. I brought it to genius and they couldnt figure out what the problem is so i was told it needed to be shipped to get fixed. I didnt have anything backed up. All i want saved are the pictures because i went to 2 events where i was the assigned photographer and i didnt get to save it to an external memory. Genius said that when shipped i cant give instructions like make sure to save the pictures and if they are unable to, call me if they should go on with the process. I was wishful thinking that to fix the problem they might not even have to touch the pictures memory part. I brought my MBP back home hoping it will miraculously starts and id be able to back it up but now all it does when i turn it on is the screen remains gray with the apple symbol and the circle timer below. The screen stays this way even if i leave it on for hours. Please help me fix this!!! cant i really specify to the technicians at apple to please make sure not to erase the pictures? Is there no other way to turn on my mac? I only need it to work ones.

Please check 2 things in your computer.
1. Right click 'My Computer' => Manage => Services & Applications => Services. Look for Apple Mobile Service at the top. Status must be STARTED. If stop, please start it.
2. Open iTunes in computer. For Windows 7, go to iTunes Store => Authorise this Computer => key-in your Apple ID and password when prompted. For Windows 8, press ALT and S together. A pop-up window would show information of authorising computer. Click Authorise this Computer => key-in your Apple ID and password when prompted.

What is the subject for the pending job?
The clock icon makes me think that this is a scheduled delivery app trying to print and it is stuck in pending.
The best solution for this is to cancel the pending jobs and the them perform a network reboot.
1. Disconnect the power cord from the back of your router, then power off the printer. Wait about 20 seconds.
2. Reconnect the power cord to your router, wait 30 seconds, and turn the printer back on.
After performing those steps, try to use your ePrint again and let me know if it works.

I just purchased an IMac with lion and I tryed to install an old math program that is for winmac running systems. When I try to boot the cd it comes up with a notepad window with a bunch of weird symbols and codes but the program will not start up.

I just purchase my first IMac with lion and I was trying to install a math program I bought 6 years ago. When I went to boot it off the disk while following the program instructions a window popped up with a note pad format with symbols and codes but the program would not download or open. How do I get this program to work? It is a mac compatible program by the way.

Your Mac probably does not know with which application to open the file and is opening a file with a text editor that really needs to be opened by the application itself. Try starting the application first, then use the File > open command to open the file.
As varjak paw comments, there isn't a "winmac" so that's not telling us anything.
Note that it is possible that software purchased 6 years ago may no longer run on your computer. Once we know what it is we can help more.

Dreamweaver CC automatically deletes code in code view and elements in design view

When I open a file in Dreamweaver, it automatically shows a * next to the filename - showing it has been edited.
Then often when I select some code in code view, or an element in design view (such as a table, an image, some text) it is suddenly deleted.
The problem is especially bad (happens without fail) if I am switching between programs. But also happens when I'm not switching.
I do not have this problem on a different user account.
I have reinstalled Dreamweaver three times now. Also renamed preference and configuration folders. Tried with a wired mouse and keyboard. Nothing has worked.
I can't think what I did to cause this. I installed MAMP recently - but have uninstalled it correctly I think.
I had an issue with one file in which there were about 30 Spry collapsible panels. I kept getting this warning:
"A script in file Macintosh HD:Applications:Adobe Dreamweaver CC:Configuration:Shared:Spry:DesignTime:EditingUtils.js has been running for a long time. Do you want to continue?"
I have to click 'yes' many times to get into the file, and the warning keeps coming up while the file is open.
However, my big issue of DW CC deleting code and elements happens whether or not this particular file is open.
So this may have nothing to do with it.
Any ideas anyone?
Adobe's customer service has not helped. In fact, I have not even been able to get through to anyone on the phone - having waited literally hours listening to music, and getting shunted from person to person. And then their promised 'call backs' never happen.

You've got a bad/corrupted user account. Create a new one with Admin level priveleges and delete your old user.

The screen on my ipod touch is frozen with the iTunes symbol and the connection cord. I don't know how to get past this. Has been like this for over a week. Need help PLEASE.

Recovery Mode
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
3.While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: Data will be lost. You may have to repeat the above many times.

Raw updates needed for CS5 and Elements 11?

I have several adobe products. I want to install the latest raw updates for CS5 Photoshop and Elements 11. The app. manager tells me I have the latest updates. My CS6 product updated the newest raw product but not my others. I would like to get phone support for these issues - is there a phone number that connects to real people? The %^*()^ support section on the web takes me around in circles - very frustrating. Any help out there?

the good old argument is at what point do you stop supporting stuff? Elements is now up to 13.
I assume Adobe would argue you have cc already why are you still using cs5?
As I read it, the new 8.7 raw is only good for cs6 and above. They won't make 2 versions of raw, so I assume you are still on 7.4 for cs5?
On that basis, alas stick with your cs6 to do the newer stuff you need.
