No systems visible in E2E analysis
Hi Expert,
I have configured root cause analysis and it work fine wit user admin (profile sap_all).
Now I have created a new user called "support" with these roles:
- SAP_SOLMANDIAG_SAPSUPPORT
- SAP_DBA_DISP
- SAP_OP_DSWP_BPM
- SAP_OP_DSWP_CSA
- SAP_OP_DSWP_EWA
- SAP_OP_DSWP_SM
- SAP_RCA_DISP
- SAP_RCA_EXE
- SAP_SM_USER_ADMIN
- SAP_SMWORK_DIAG
With this user if I go to solman_workcenter ->root cause analysis->End-To-End Analysis I can't see any systems under "system id" column instead with user solman_admin I can see all systems.
Can anyone tell me how resolve this issue?
In security guide there aren't other relvant role for this scenario..

In solman_workcenter - RCE- E2E analysis tabs change,trace is not appering
Hi,
Initisaled EHp1 and done initial and basic configuration using Transaction SOLMAN_SETUP successfully.
SMD + wily installed succeesfully in satellite system system
I can see the satellite system data in Introscope Webview
Extractor Framework jobs are running fine.
But In Solution manager, in transaction Solman_Workcenter->root cause analysis->E2E Analysis i am not getting Workload Analysis, Change Analysis and exception analysis tabs.
just i am getting systems in E2E analysis. why above tabs are not showing
besides standard View there is no tabs.

Now i am able to see the worload,trace analysis tabs .. but under workload,trace analysis etc no data is showing.
1) under workload analysis -> P07 Enterprise portal ->J2ee
it's saying that no applicaqtion data found and for some tabs empty (just white) screen is showing and for some tabs it's

Your system landscape definition in SMSY seems to be wrong. The products selected at the Setup Wizard for the managed system must exist in SMSY in order to run the extractos correctly.
Please refer to the Root Cause Analysis Landscape Guide available
at http://service.sap.com/diagnostics -> media library for additional information.
1) Upgrade CIM model according to note 669669.
2) Download the latest version of note 1468591 and apply it using SNOTE
3) Check note 1259109, download the latest configuration file and apply it
Additionally, it is highly recommended to patch your LM-SERVICE SP09
with the latest patch (1) according to note 1599627.

In Tcode- KKAK Actual result analysis for the sales order , revenue is not visable with in result analysis for sales order.
Can you please give your suggestion how can it get update tehre.
And also let me know this KkAK transaction details can see after creation of billing document or before billing document creationThe show interface command should give you a lot of details on the link usage.

System Performance Modelling: Performance analysis results CSV interpretation

I would like to know how to reproduce the graphs that the SDK produces for PS and PL performance. The SDK dumps a CSV at the end of an analysis run, but I am having trouble working out the Excel algorithms that will replicate the graph the SDK shows. I'd like to be able to have copies of the graphs that I can interrogate retrospectively, rather than having to re-run the tests to get the numbers out.
I think I have worked out the excel calculations to give me the raw numbers for PL average latency and transactions graphs, but am struggling to replicate the throughput graph. I am also having problems replicating the PS graphs.
I've read UG1145 and the associated app note XAPP1219, but there is no mention of how to interpret the csv file to get the same numbers that are presented in the SDK.
Any help appreciated.

Error reading table TOBJ - System Error when accessing Analysis of Change Requests
Hi Experts,
When I am trying to access Status Report or Processing time I get the following errors:
Error reading Table TOBJ - system error, An error occurred when getting data from the
processor and Log not found (in main memory).
I am not sure how this table gets populated or how to check for inconsistencies.
We have already checked the patch levels and they are on the same level for all environments.
We never had these errors in our Dev and Qa environments. We recently got a new TREX environment, could that be causing any of these errors.
Any ideas how to troubleshoot this problem?

BIAC in portal - only analysis pattern visible
Hi,
I'm running BI Administration Cockpit in Portal, implemented as described in SAP Note 934848 Collective note: (FAQ) BI Administration Cockpit.
However, although all implementation steps completed the monitoring queries cannot run in Portal. The system return only the analysis pattern with all the buttons, without the actual query.
The query can be run in preview mode directly from portal content, so connection should be ok. Also authorizations cross checked.
The analysis pattern is used as default for normal reporting so it cannot be inactivated.
Any idea where's the problem and how to solve/work around it?
Also, is there a possibility to migrate the SAP delivery 3.x web templates to 7.0 version? I'd rather keep 7.0 objects only active in the system.

I had the same problem, I fixed it with the parameter ms/redirect_version = 1.
You can see the note 972514.
You must configure the message server of the ABAP Web Application Server in such a way that it uses HTTP return code 307 (temporary redirect - for HTTP 1.1) instead of HTTP return codes 301 (moved temporarily; use new URL) or 302 (moved temporarily; use same URL).
Most Web browsers (such as MS Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox) interpret this in such a way that they send the POST parameters to the server that is the target of the HTTP redirect. Note that the use of HTTP 1.1 for the Web browser is mandatory because return code 307 is available only as of version HTTP 1.1.
Set the ms/redirect_version parameter to value 1 and restart your ABAP Web Application Server.

and
No RFC Read User (SOLMANSOX001 or SM_SID) was found at ABAP Host=HOST sys=00 client=001 for roles assignment. Please make sure you have run the RFC creation assistant for this system, in SMSY. If a user name different from the default 'SM_<SID>' or 'SOLMAN<SID><CLIENT>' was specified in the SMSY RFC creation assistant, you need to assign by hand the following roles & profiles to the Read RFC User : SAP_SATELLITE_E2E (role), S_AI_SMD_E2E (profile)

Then navigate Basic Settings > Solution Manager System Landscape > Create Systems > Generate RFC Connections
You can:
Assign an existing RFC destination to a client with Assign and Check RFC Destinations.
Generate RFC destinations for your managed systems
Change existing RFC connections.
Delete RFC destinations.
Resolve RFC Generation Errors

In our solman 7.1 system the job E2E BI HOUSEKEEPING finished but the spool has different errors & there st22 dumps too.
Found this note 1844955 but my question is :
1. We have not been using End to End analysis tab in solman workcenter tcode -> root cause analysis so is this job still necessary to run in solman ?
2. If not, its been running for a while what would be the affect of un-scheduling the job now ?

E2E BI HOUSEKEEPING is must run job in solution manager. it is actually needed for your BI house cleaning.
1. We have not been using End to End analysis tab in solman workcenter tcode -> root cause analysis so is this job still necessary to run in solman ?
In 7.1, there is no dedicated guided concept for RCA, if you have done managed system configuration iteself, most of the extractors were active for the system, the data collection and storing to BI has started. You must have this housekeeping job. Recently solution manager has UPL integration too. All these features would go long term if you have proper housekeeping activity scheduled. hence please make this job running without fail.
2. If not, its been running for a while what would be the affect of un-scheduling the job now ?
3. Do I have to carry out any steps to check if doesn't affect any steps in solman or connected systems ?
This is the independent job, will not affect any other scheduled jobs.

BRAIN 605 when calling Workload analysis in Solman 4.0 EHP1
Hello!
I am running an solution Manager system with release 4.0 EHP1 (brandnew).
I have the problem that some BI functionalities on the SMD do not work correctly.
´For example I am calling the following application:
E2E Analysis -> select a system -> klick on workload analysis -> chose the second tab Application Server ABAP. Here for example in the workload summary I get the folloing eror message:
Technical Information for Message:
The requested query 0CCMSMTPH/0CCMSMTPH_WA_Q0001_H does not exist on the current server
Notification Number BRAIN 605
Other queries like for example the User load are working. Does someone have an explanation? How can I check if the query really is not existing of if it has a problem?

Logical System is not appearing in Informer tab to check SOD's
Hi GRC Experts,
I have an issue with logical system to run risk analysis.
I created logical system by following the Config guide, added physical system and generated rules (RAR Configuration>>Logical Systems>>Generate Rule) for that logical system.
I haven't generated rules for the physical system (RAR Config>>Rule Upload>>Generate Rules) since I dont want more rules to be displayed in the reports.
However I do not see logical system as an option in Risk Analysis (informer Tab) and Config>>Schedule background job for BAtch Risk Analysis>> under system as well.
It would be great if any one advice me on this.

can't execute sod checks on a logical system - logical systems are only intended to eliminate the need to add the same rule set over and over for the same types of systems
