No Target values and Ratiings displayeed in SL report

Hi ,
I have configured Service level reporting for R3 system in solution manager, in Key perfromance indicatiors node->target KPI TAb->i have provided teh target values for the KPI's.
The report is generating every week, but in the report for KPI section, i m missing the target values and the ratings in my generated report.
Area Indicator Actual Value Target value Rating Trend
In the above columns i dont see any data/values under target value and rating , though i have already maintained this in set up SL reporting

Thanks all. I had found the answer. It should be transaction ME3L, change layout to select "Released value" and mark the column to show total value.

Contract target value

Dear guru.
I have a contract with release strategy.
I change target value and the release strategy is reset.
I have created a purchase order before change contract target value.
If i change the purchase order value the system check if this change exceed the contract target value(EKKO-KTWRT) . But this new value isnu2019t released !!
For me the system must check that the purchase order change exceed the total value at time of release(EKKO-RLWRT).
What do you think about this ?

Can an Input Parameter be used as Target Value in Chart ?

It seems like a target value can only be entered as a fixed value, and not be pulled from an input parameter. It seems like input parameters can only be used for filters. Is this true?

Uhm, ok, I got it.
In fact, the target must be a constant value and as you said, there isn't a easy way to change it.
One tricky idea would be use a combo chart (bar and line).
Create a new dataObject called "target", add a column called "target" for target value and other column called "group" for the value used in your bar chart to grouping the series, and values with the same target for every possible group.
Then, change your view to combo chart, configuring the same bar chart and add the new dataObject "target", configuring as line chart, using the same grouping.
You can also expand this idea and include a date column if you can search for some historical data, so you can see in the graph the "evolution" of your target against the data.
Just one idea...

How to Assign a default value and Increement in my Target table ........?

In my target table I want to Increment a value and store it in the table ........
the increement shud start frm ...........5001,5002,5003..................etc
How can I achieve this...........?
I created an numeric Variable and in assigned the default as 5000 nad action as Historize.........
In the target Datastore ......I assigned VAR+1.......
but in the Target column I got 5001 for all the columns........
Which way is the best way to deal with the Variables.......

I have created a sequence........whether I need to mention the schema and table name ,column.........also ( I gave all the information) and Increement column =1 and saved it .......
Then I follwed the procedure as u have mentioned .....
And in the Target field also I gave the same the same.......for tat column I gave choose (target for execution).
And I directly ran the interface ..........

Open Target Quantity and Open Target Value in Contract

Hi,
When we execute transaction 'ME3N', it displays the report which is having columns as 'Open Target Quantity' and 'Open Target Value'. I have the similar requirement to read this 'Open Target Quantity' and 'Open Target Value' of contract.
Is there any table which stores these values or is there any function module which gives the value of 'Open Target Quantity' and 'Open Target Value'.

Entering Source and Target Values in Value Mapping

Hi,
Is there any auomative way of entering source and target values in Value Mapping or FixValues instead of manually entering the values.
I have around 400 values to be entered on both sides.....just thinking of an easy way to do it....

Contract Version not created when WK Contract (target value) is changed.

Hi there,
Problem with the Version Management on a WK Contract.
When we change the contract targ. value on some of our contracts the new version is not created accordingly. This is only on some of our contracts
Version Mgmnt is correctly configured and the release strategy in place to be triggered when the target value changes. It does work correctly for some contracts.
We receive the following message when we change the targ. value:
"No new version created because a message has not yet been transferred"= Message 027
Can anyone help or advise?

Contract Target Value to PO

Dear All,
I am having a Service PR with value 2,695,929.00 USD, also one contract with Target Value 7000000 SAR, but in the service specification of contract, value is 5.00 SAR.
Now I had created release order with ref to both PR and Contract, and PO had captured 5.00 SAR from contract service specification. But the buyer had changed the currency as well as value in PO to 2,695,929.00 USD which exeeds contract value. System message 06/042 and SE/347 is set to the status "E". Still for the above process system not showing Error "Target value of contract & exceeded by & &".
Please advice.

Mapping multiple source value to one target value in value mapping

Hello experts,
In my scenario, i need to map more than one source value to one target value in value mapping. Like:
1        TenderPickup
2        TenderLoan
7        TenderPickup
101     TenderPickup
102     TenderLoan
107     TenderPickup
But when I enter the same target value for the second time and try to save it, it gives me an error saying value mapping already exists.
But this should logically be allowed. How can this be done. Please provide a solution.

Hi Prabhu,
When i right click on the target field, it gives me only 3 options:
1) Insert Row
2) Delete Value Mapping
3) Value Mapping in all agencies
I dont see nay option for duplicating rows.
What I hae done is in ID i clicked on TOOLS and then VALUE MAPPING. I checked the option "Value Mapping Agencies" and gave my source and target agencies detials. Then i clicked on DISPLY and in the next page I have 3 columns - Value for <source agency>, Value for <target agency> and Group name.
When I give duplicate values in the column Vlaue for <target agency>, it doesnt allow me to and if i right click in this column, i get the above mentioend options.
Please point out where i m going wrong.

Release PO created more than target value in contract

System at times creates release PO even though the accumulated value of released Purchase orders is greater than contract target value. We have the config settings in place to stop this. And it works OK all the time but fails sometimes !. We have batch job in place that runs every 20 minutes to create release POs. We are able to see in the job log (at 2:00 pm run) that system has stopped release PO creation. In the next run (at 2:20 pm), it has created the PO strangely! We checked if there is any change (config, variant, PR, contract) in this 20 minutes time gap between batch job runs but there is not any.
This issue is not replicable. It does not happen often. But couple of weeks back it happened once. And it has happened today. Any pointers would be helpful.

It seems the message 06 042 was not issued in 2.20 job run. Hope the issue can be resolved by the KBA: 1929354 - Message 06 042 'Target value of contract & exceeded by & &' or the note: 1590695 - 06042 - target value check in release order fails
Please refer the KBA and revert back.

Im quite knew in XI version 7.0.
How come Only the constants are showing up in the target values. my constant values are only doc_type and partn_role.
The rest are data from sql. How can I solve this..Please help.

How to put identical target value in value mapping table

Hi all ,
         I am implementing a value mapping function .Problem is occuring for repetated target value.for ex: if key is GL001 GL002 GL003 and destination value is 4 5 4 then its creating problem for identical values i.e for both GL001 & GLOO3 its not accepting 4 .Same manner for many diffrent glncode i have identical values.not understanding how to deal with these identical values please guide me as its very urgent.

you can try this out....
First you create a value mapping table in ID like:
AWSYS   GLNCODE
GLOO1     10
GLOO2     20
(without GLOO3).
now in your message mapping do the following mapping:
                          Contant[GLOO1]
                               |
                               |(then)
AWSYS-------------> equals---->if----------------->Value Mapping---->GLNCODE
                    |          |(else)
                    |          |
Constant[GLOO3]-----|        AWSYS

Mapping conversion of source value 4448601.75 to target value 448601

Mapping conversion of source value 4448601.75 to target value 4448601 or source value 999999.99 to target value 999999
Here standard functions like round, floor, ceil..etc, will not work because they will convert source value 4448601.75 to 4448602 and source value 999999.99 to 1000000.
Also i may have blank or white spaces coming in front of the source value from R/3 side like _____999999.99 and i want the value at the target side as _____999999. Here _____ representing blank or white spaces.
How i will do the mapping, can someone help me out.

No....! The floor function can be used. It returns the largest integer that is not greater than the passed value. However this will also trim the spaces.
So u can write a UDF that accept the number and substring till the decimal point and returns it.
Try this.. It works..
public String converv(String a,Container container)
return a.substring(0,a.indexOf('.'));

How to show value and unit in different columns

Hi All,
I need ABAP help for the below requirement in BI7.0
Data source contains the field Amount in local currency (Data source is flat file of CSV format)
Amount in local currency
       1000 INR
       2000 INR
       1000 GBP
       2000 EUR
I have to get this value in target like below( value and unit should be in different columns)
Amount in local currency              0currency
       1000                                           INR
       2000                                           INR
       1000                                           GBP
       2000                                           EUR
Can any one help me how to declare the data type for Amount in local currency and how to show this value in two columns in the target.
