I think your post might carry a bit weight if you used a bit of punctuation, or limited the smiley faces to one or two . Regardless, I think a lot of legitimate editors will be looking at other options, be it lightworks or packages with standard licensing choices.
Premiere is my preferred editing software, and while it may eventually make sense for me to upgrade my CS5.5 to a CC subscription for my own freelance contracting business, I'm not happy to do so. I'm not happy with changes in CS6 and I'm not in favor of subscription over owning. However, the subscription model is a poor choice for the non profit where I work. There it would be well more expensive for us, as there is no tax advantage, and in the past we would only upgrade licences every two to three releases. There are six editing seats there and we will have to discuss if we want to keep them Adobe editing system or start shopping.
I really think this sucks because I've been settled and happy with Premiere for years. I don't want to deal with change.

When you subscribe to the cloud you get ALL of the offered applications and services whether you choose to use them or not. There is no individual module plan.

I just got a petition web address regarding Adobe's initiative to only come out with a Cloud Version of CS and I assume every other of their software. Personally I dont' like "renting" or leasing, but having my own copy, car, house, appliances, software.

Adobe’s repeated evasion on this matter is deeply troubling and implies the worst — that LR5 is the end of the line. Over here, Adobe has said “The Photoshop team will provide bug fixes and security updates for Photoshop CS6 while it is still available for purchase.” No such assurance was made for Lightroom. That makes it very difficult to take it on faith that there will ever be any new features added to non-cloud Lightroom after LR5. -
Is the old games on the AppStore going to be free?
I am almost broke from pay real money for old games like need for speed shift or gta III I can just barely pay my rent. It is not cool.
How was the device returned? If it was through the mail, it takes time to get there and once it gets there you have up to 6 business days for it to be confirmed returned. If you returned it to the store you should have gotten a return receipt, and it would be an easy process. I think it's more they have to verify the return before they can change the date. Let's say they changed your date and they never got the device back, you would be charged the full retail price of the device. I hope this info helps.

You don't actually store anything in iCloud with regard to media files. iCloud backs up your purchases. You can delete the songs and videos from your iPad and then download them again via the purchased tab in iTunes.
This only applies if you purchased the content from iTunes and if you use the same Apple ID to download them again that you used to buy them with originally. Not all movies are available for free downloads either. Not all iTunes purchase are available for downloading again in all countries.

You can, but I would wait, until you have have been working with Photos for some time and are sure, that everything migrated well. There may be hidden flaws in your library and teething problems with Photos. Don't be in a hurry to abandon iPhoto completely. You may need to go back, until bugs have been fixed. Th Photos Library does not duplicate the photos in your iPhoto Library. the media files are shared and do not need extra space: See: Photos saves disk space by sharing images with your iPhoto or Aperture libraries - Apple Support

If you have enough iCloud storage. But Photos will still need space for local thumbnails on all devices.

You have to store the music or movies on your device to listen to or watch them. Music and movies purchased from the iTunes store is already in iCloud (but not stored in your iCloud account) as it can be redownloaded from the iTunes store if necessary. Movies from Flixter cannot be stored in iCloud, and music not purchased from theiTunes store can only be stored in iCloud if you subscribe to iTunes Match.
If you need to free up space on your device, import your purchased media to your iTunes library if it isn't already there by connecting your device to your computer, opening iTunes and going to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases. Then sync something off your device to free up space. -
My kids have downloaded tons of free games apps from iTunes. I need to free some iCloud space without having to upgrade my account. How do I delete those apps in the cloud?
Apps can't be deleted from iCloud as they only reside in the App store. Also, the apps themselves aren't taking up space in your iCloud account. They only thing in your iCloud account would be the app data that is backed up as part of their iCloud backup, but this generally doesn't use much space. You can check how much is being used, and eliminate specific apps from being included in the backup, by going to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage on their device, tapping the name of their device under Backups, then checking the apps listed under Backup Options (tap Show All Apps to see them all). Turn an app to Off to exclude its app data from being backed up.

I have already backed up all the itunes files on two different external drives. And I have already set up icloud and itunes match. I am still paranoid about deleting the files from my MBP, but I need to free the space. What steps should I take to delete the files. And can I still keep itunes (w/o all the music files) on my laptop and access the music from the cloud? I know I can run them with the external drive plugged in, but looking for a way to do it w/o pluggin in.
I have tried that as well. The purchased songs are not in my playlists and they are still there. I manually deleted them on the phone but the sync puts them right back on there.

Understanding iOS device capacity
You can sync and download many different types of content on your device. Some types of content (such as music and videos) typically take more space than others (such as notes and books). The amount of space taken by an app depends on the app's purpose; complex or graphically intense apps usually take more space than simpler apps.
If your device is near its capacity, you can remove some of the less used content to make room for more.

I recently upgraded to an iPhone 5 and I have this synced with my previous iCloud account. My problem is my old iPhone 4 is taking up 2.5 GB of space in the cloud. Is there a way to delete this iphone from the icloud so I can free up space as it is not needed anymore?

You can see what your iCloud storage is used for and delete any unwanted content at settings > iCloud > backup & storage > manage...... -

I have all my music in iTunes and have "Music Match" turned on. Apparently, I also have music on my iPhone 5. I need to free up space on my iPhone. If I delete the music on my iPhone, will it still be available to me on my phone via the cloud?
The same is true for photo's. I have too many photo's on my phone taking up space. Now I realize I can remove a lot of the photo's via sync options, but ...This can happen if iTunes gets confused about what is and isn't on the device. These steps should resolve.

I just bought the new ipod touch, but when I try to sync it I get told to use the cloud and download from there. How do I sync it to my itunes so that I get all my songs without going through cloud? Otherwise if this isn't possible I am taking this back!
