No Verification Email- shipping label.

Beginning last week, I've no longer received any verification emails from PayPal when I purchase a shipping label.  This is the one whose subject is, "You created a shipping label with PayPal Shipping".  If I root through my account summary I can find them, but it's inconvenient.  This was a sudden thing.   Anyone else have this problem or better yet, a solution? ThanksPony

now i am not receiving any payment email notifications. luckily the invoices ares still arriving to my customers email as I just recieved payment from 2 invoices that I sent out a today. just got another shipping label confirmation email from august 6 though Hopefully paypal can get this fixed quickly because it's highly annoying

  • Rewards Account Verification Email

    Good day;
    I was setting up my BestBuy.com account, in which I tried to link my RewardZone Member ID. The verification email was sent to another email, an email I do not know of.
    I have two main doubts:
    1. How can I verify my account if the email was sent to an email that i do not know of?
    2. Does the verification email contain sensitive information such as my account's email and password?

    If the verification email was sent to a different email address, then that could mean that you have an older email address on file; however, it does appear that your My Best Buy account is linked to a BestBuy.com account.  The verification email does not include any sensitive information.  Please send me a private message with the below information and I will make sure everything is up-to-date.  You can send a private message by clicking on the blue button in my signature labeled "Private Message."

  • Edge Turn-In Shipping Label

    I need a shipping label to turn in my old phone used for Edge up.  The label links included in the recent order under my verizon only include links for returning the new phone.  I need a link that prints a label for a turn-in phone, not a return (phone has a problem and I don't want it) label.  I never received a shipping label with the phone and need to get this back to avoid paying fees...All links mentioned in other threads just take me to my order and the labels are not what I need.  The email from verizon to send in my phone only takes me to Edge FAQ, which does not go over the turn in process.  Help please.

    The labels on the order do not indicate Edge.  There is a label to return the phone I just received and some ones below that that require a reason for the return.  Edge turn in is not an option.  Nor does it state the Device ID of the turn in.
    Perhaps to eliminate confusion, as from this forum site I see many threads on this, add Edge turn in to the options.  In order to get a label to print I had to arbitrarily pick a fault reason in addition to writing my Device ID and Info on the details line.

    I can't get the pop up preview to come up when printing shipping labels through paypal. When I click the pay and print I get nothing but it does charge me. I can see it and print no problem through IE but not Firefox. I also can do a reprint of the label through my email confirmation. Paypal is listed under the exceptions in pop up blocker. I have tried re-installing Firefox and turning off pop up blocker but nothing seems to work. Thanks for any help or suggestions you may have.

    Usually, you receive this notification if you enabled the option to back up via iCloud but you have not backed up for a while. If you want to back up your device via iTunes then you have to disable the option to back up to iCloud (Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > iCloud Backup off).

    As you may read in similar threads on the forum, there are a few things we can try that should help you login BestBuy.com.  The first thing I would suggest we do is make sure your information is up-to-date.  We will then want to temporarily delink your accounts (BestBuy.com and My Best Buy) and reset your password.
    While looking over your information, I noticed that you currently have two My Best Buy accounts and both are linked to two different BestBuy.com accounts.  I would also suggest that we look into possibly merging those two accounts.  Any points/certificates in the secondary account will transfer over to your primary account following the merge.

  • Didn't Receive A Return Shipping Label

    First of all, sorry if this is the wrong board, I couldn't figure out which one this would go under. So basically, I'm trying to send in my laptop for a repair and I was told I would be given a return shipping label, but when the box came, I did not recieve the label. I'm wondering what to do next? How do I get the label? 

    Call Apple at 1-800-MY-APPLE. When I ordered mine earlier this year it only took a few minutes for the email confirmation to arrive. Have you received other new email messages for others?

  • How can I delete my iCloud account when it is sending a verification email to an address which is no longer accessible?

    I recently changed my old iTunes User id from an old, defunct, and inaccessible email address to a new and active one.  To do this I went to iTunes 'Manage your Account'.  At the same time, I changed my password, and this has been working fine.
    However, I now need to change my iCloud account, so I read up on it and saw that I needed to delete my old iCloud account and set up a new one with the new iTunes user id.  When I tried to delete the iCloud account, it sent a verification email to the old, defunct email address, and will not allow me to go any further until I confirm the verification.
    The problem is of course that I can't access the old email address to confirm the verification that iCloud has sent to it.
    Solutions already tried:
    Go into iTunes and 'Manage my account' - this doesn't work as there is no option to manage the iCloud account here, only the iTunes account
    Reset the iTunes account to the old email address - this doesn't work, as it still sends a verification to the old email address, and I can't access it to confirm
    Contacting Apple by email - tried this but they didn't seem to have a clue what I was talking about!
    Does anyone out there have any bright ideas?  All welcome!

    Just changed my Apple ID but after I was done I realized the email I used as my ID is wrong.  Now when I try to sign into iTunes I am being asked to verify the new ID using the verification email sent to the new email, problem being that that new email is wrong and I can't access it.  How can I log back into my account to change that email?  Help please.

    My new iTunes account that I created for work keeps telling me that my email address is not yet verified.  So I send a verification email to my main (another) email address, and then when I get a verification email to that address, it says that my email address is already verified.

    You can resend the verification email by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right click Resend under your Primary Email Address.

  • Security question verification email is set to a different email than my apple ID

    Oddly enough, the Itunes store will not let me purchase new msuic without verifying my account now, even though I made a purchase on this computer about a week ago. It wants me to verify via my billing information and security questions. However, I can only remember one of my secert questions, and when I attempt to reset my security questions via email, it appears that the verification email is sent to the wrong address - not to my apple ID email. The email is sent to a .au email instead of my .com one. Just to be clear, I do not own or have access to the .au email address.
    Can someone point me in the right direction to have this problem resolved?

    The reset link will show the rescue email address that you have on your iTunes account - it can't be the same as your primary email address (not alternate email addresses), so it will be different.
    You won't be able to change the address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

  • I updated to iOS 8 on iPhone 5s and now iMessage will not verify my email. It has said "Verifyng" since yesterday, but has not sent a verification email. I checked my iCloud settings for that email address and it shows "pending".

I have also tried Adding it as a new email address several times, but get the same outcome.  I can still send/ receive texts from my phone number, just not from the email address.
         In my iCloud settings under Contact Information for that email address and it shows "pending".  When I select "Resend Verification Email" I get "Cannot Connect to iCloud".
