No way to scrolling down the report page thru keyboard

hi gentlemen....coming back to my old question which is still unanswered for a long time(n I dont know why u peeps r not answering for this). I wanna know that scrolling(arrow)keys on keyboard dont work in the report output screen if the report is longer one in length. although PageUp,PageDown,Home & End keys work to scroll pagewise, but arrow keys r not working with in a single page. can somebody tell me its solution???

I click on 'Bookmarks" (there is no option there about 'edit') and then in the drop down menu I click on "Bookmark this page" and then the box that opens will only show 5 of the folders; none of the arrow help. There is nothing about 'edit'. Why is this so complicated?

I can't scroll down the profile page on Facebook app, resetting the phone by pressing down the home and sleep buttons for 15 seconds to reset the phone didn't work, deleting and re-installing the app didn't solve it either, is there any solution to the problem? Thanks!

Tap Settings / General / Reset / Reset Network Settings.
Restart your iPhone.
Hold down the sleep / wake button until you see the red slider then swipe to power off. Then hold down the sleep / wake button until you see the Apple logo.
I realize you are using the FB app but try deleting cookies.
Tap Settings / Safari.
Clear Cookies
Try again.

Is there a way to load embedded html as you scroll down the page?

I'm embedding chart.js charts into a muse site and they animate in as soon as they are loaded. What I'd like to do if possible is have each graph animate on as you scroll down the page in a parallax scrolling manner. Is it possible to trigger the code to load not at the same time as the page but instead by using a scrolling effect trigger?

From time to time Firefox will not allow me to scroll down a web page, when I scroll down it will jump right back to the top of the web page. Any ideas?

Sometimes when on firefox when I try to scroll down a web page it will immediately jump right back to the top of the web page as soon release the mouse button. When it starts happening it will do this on all open tabs on all web sites.
Just closing Firefox and reopening it does not help, only way I have found to fix this is to reset my computer.

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

My home page is MSN and whenever I scroll down the page, the "Bing Web Search" menu drops down and covers part of the page in Windows XP. How can I prevent this from happening?

This only happens on the home page. The drop down appears as soon as the "Bing Web Search" at the top of the page disappears as one scrolls down the page and remains visible until I scroll all the way back to the top of the home page.

Try to use the SearchReset extension to reset some preferences to the default values.

Why is Safari Scrolling Down The Page Automatically? This started 3-Days ago... Also we keep getting the "MacKeep - PopUp" Everytime we Click on an Item in the Original Screen.
We have All the Latest Update for OS X 10.9.5
This is Clearly a Software Issue I have spoken to others who are experiencing the same.
How do we Fix This Bug in Safari?

You may have installed the "VSearch" trojan, perhaps under a different name. Remove it as follows.
Malware is constantly changing to get around the defenses against it. The instructions in this comment are valid as of now, as far as I know. They won't necessarily be valid in the future. Anyone finding this comment a few days or more after it was posted should look for more recent discussions or start a new one.
Back up all data before proceeding.
Step 1
From the Safari menu bar, select
          Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
Uninstall any extensions you don't know you need, including any that have the word "Spigot," "Trovi," or "Conduit" in the description. If in doubt, uninstall all extensions. Do the equivalent for the Firefox and Chrome browsers, if you use either of those.
Reset the home page and default search engine in all the browsers, if it was changed.
Step 2
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
/Library/LaunchAgents/com.vsearch.agent.plist
Right-click or control-click the line and select
          Services ▹ Reveal in Finder (or just Reveal)

Yes, you'll simply need to open up your docs-to-go program and once you've accessed the program, select the document your needing to view. After selecting the document using the stylus tap in the upper left corner of the screen and you'll see a drop down menu populate (from the File option), Next select preferences and lastly, place a check mark next to the page scroll on Five-Way device.

If it's happening on all sites, then assuming that it's Safari that you're using, have you tried clearing it's cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cache (other browsers should have similar options, possibly within the actual app instead of within Settings). You could also try closing the app completely : from the home screen double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app (or whichever browser you're using) to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
If it's only happening on a particular site then there may be content on that site that isn't supported on the iPad e.g. flash, java, silverlight

The figures you mention only make sense on your intranet. Are you still using the same wireless router. The verizon one is somewhat limited as far as max wireless-n performace. For one thing it only has a 2.4 radio. I like many people who wanted wireless-n performance before they even added a wireless-n gigabit router, have my own handling my wireless-n network.

Many of my photos appear briefly as I scroll down the page then disappear leaving a box outlined with a broken-line. The menu bar says that I have 300 pictures hidden, but I am unable to get them unhidden.

I am experiencing difficulty with iPhoto '11. Some of more recent photos can not be accessed. As I scroll down the page of photos, the most recent ones appear briefly, then disappear to be replaced with a box outlined by a broken-line. The menu bar says that I have 317 photos hidden. Hiding photos is not something that I normally do, can't imagine why these are hidden. Anyway, when I try to unhide the photos, I can view them as an event, but if I click on a single photo, or try to move it into an album, the photo does not display. Instead I get a dark exclamation point within a triangle. Another problem with these same photos is on the event page there is no key photo for these events only a dark screen. I can't find an answer to my problem. Has anyone experienced this? What is the problem and how can I correct it?

The ! turns up when iPhoto loses the connection between the thumbnail in the iPhoto Window and the file it represents.
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

Safari will not let me scroll down the page , it defaults to the top, this seems to have started after moving to Maverick.

I recenty upgraded to Maverick, I now find Safari has become erratic , it will not allow me to scroll down on a page it keeps defaulting back to the top , I do not have the same problemc with FireFox, only Safari.
I have tried restarting with a holding down option command PR and it did not help.
Thoughts ?

Thanks for the reply. I did what you said. And the Time Warner page AND the dnsrsearch.com disappeared. However, now I still do not get Safari when I touch the Safari icon. Instead, it goes to a plain white page with an Apple icon, a Disney icon and ESPN icon and a Yahoo icon in a straight row across the top (under time and such and under a shaded out bar that says "Search or enter an address".) If I touch the search bar it DOES give me a keyboard below. and I can search now, but nowhere does it say that I am on Safari. (I believe there was a shaded out word google on the grey bar, but not sure) AND -- why do those 4 icons appear in a row left to right on a blank white page when I click the Safari button? It really is truly bizarre. Never did that before. It went to Safari, lol.

Text Starts Scrolling down the page when i type

Im a law student and take an extensive amount of notes in class on my laptop. I tried switching from MS word to Pages, but intermittently run into problems that have caused me to stop using pages. Ill be typing, and all of the sudden my notes will start scrolling down the screen rapidly. ill look up a few pages and ill see it inserted a HUGE gap between the first word i typed and the second, usually about a page. My notes instantly turn from ~14 pages to~20+ every time i type an additional letter. I try closing the document, reopening it, no luck. I can then not use that file any longer, and start a new one. One the new one, same thing, after about 1-3 pages of typed notes, it starts scrolling down the page again. any ideas?? i really want to use pages, but can't until it stops this nonsense. thanks in advance

Is this a blank page on which this occurs, or has it been formatted with vertical numbering? I use Pages extensively and have never run into such a thing. It almost seems like a sticky 'return' key. If there is some other formatting, there may be an 'image wrap' occurring that would make it jump beyond the image to the next page.
It's a curious dilemma.

Go to the "inspector"-click on the "table" icon-then "headers and footers" where you can set the number of headers or footers you want and click/unclick "freeze". You can also do that directly from the button bar on the "header-footer" buttons
