No WF event triggered from PR coming from MRP

Hi every one, I have some Purchase Requisitions coming from MRP process, those PR doesnu2019t trigger any Workflow event to start a Workflow to approve them up (client requirement). The regular PR (manually) does trigger the traditional event.
My question is..what can I do to make the system generate the regular PR event u201CBUS2105-RELEASESTEPCREATEDu201D as a triggering event for those purchase requisitions coming from the MRP?
The SAP installation is:
SAP ERP Central Component 5.0
SAP_BASIS and SAP_ABA = R:640 L:0017 SP: SAPKB64017
Any recommendation?

You need to do the configuration in SPRO.
SPRO>>Material Management>>Purchasing>>Purchase Requisition>>Release Procedure>>Procedure with Classification.
Under this section you will find
1. Edit Characteristics
2. Edit Classes
3. Setup Procedure with classification
4. Check Release Strategies
You will find the documentation for each step, the documentation provided is very good and self explanatory. Do the config for each above mentioned steps in the given sequence and our event REELASESTEPCREATED gets triggered.
Please revert back if you face any problem.

Without using scripts, is there any way to have rectangles or textboxes act on values coming from a data file? If not, does anyone know or have some scripting suggestions to do that. For examplle if the value in a textbox was greater than 10 coming from a data record, could the textbox change color, or any other attribute to make it change from record to recortd as it is being viewed or printed?

Unable to create a PDF from Word or from Clipboard coming from Word

Until a few days ago, I had no problem creating a PDF file from a Word document, or from a Word-generated clipboard item. Now this does not work anymore. I have entirely re-installed Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro (successfully), but I still cannot create the PDF coming from the above sources. I now also (sometimes) have the same issue when a clipboard item comes from Excel. No problem with any other source data, i.e. PowerPoint, Web pages, etc.

Answering "Yes" goes through a lengthy process (successfully), but still does not create my PDF. Both my Word and Excel programs are Microsoft 2007 Professional.
Any suggestions?

No updates recently - except possibly whatever Microsoft updates automatically (security, etc.).
What is quite strange is this specific isolated instance:
If I am in a Word document, then highlight and select (Ctrl C) a range of text, then go to Acrobat 9 Pro and try to create a PDF from that clipboard text, I get the above error. However, if I select text from another program, such as a web page, then Acrobat does not complain when I try to create a PDF from the clipboard, and everything proceeds as expected.
So that makes one think that the issue is with Word; however, I sometimes (and "sometimes" is the operative word) get the error when taking text from Excel. But sometimes not.
Is it Microsoft? But that is strange, as all this worked a few days ago - specifically on Friday 9/3. I use this feature daily,
And, as I mentioned before, trying to create a PDF from an entire Word file also does not work (create from File).

Saving all results from requests coming from a script?

What EVENT triggers, just before coming out from adobe?

For some reason we don not want to use Adobe's COMMENTS part.
So, we want to keep 2 text fields, 1st is for comments histiry(readOnly) and 2nd is to write comments, so, i kept 2 text fields with MULTIPLE LINES option, fine.
We do not have any SUBMIT or any other button on the form. Instead we are using some other button (its nothing doing with Adobe, its not on the form, its outside of adobe) to process it.
So, as soon as user clicks this out_side_adobe_button, i need to do the following,
- check is user entred any comments?
- if so, transfer that to commentary_history field
- when user open the same form, user will see his prevoous comment in history field and he can write another comment in 2nf field.
Pls. let me know What is the CORRECT EVENT to get it done? i tried PRE-SAVE but, did not worked!

Suggestions for library management in Aperture, coming from iPhoto

A little background....
I have been an iPhoto user for a number of years, using a Sony W1. Recently, I have upgraded to a new Canon Powershot G7, and with this almost DSLR-like camera, am finding that I am taking WAY more pictures, and getting better pictures too! The faster shutter speeds, and the excellent continuous modes on the G7 (and a 2 gig memory card) are meaning that even shooting my 13 month oldd son, I have way more images to look through.
My current workflow was simply import into iPhoto, basic edits w/ iPhoto, and use PSE 4 for more significant edits. I am trying the 30-day demo of Aperture, and so far, even though the UI is immense and somewhat intimdating, I am beginnng to learn the basics with various web resources, and Apple's Quicktime tutorials, and I like the robustness of the program as well.
My question(s) are as follows. I did the iPhoto import into Aperture, but now am not "thrilled" with my existing library structure in APerture, from this massive import.. Having the separate iPhoto Library folder in Aperture, and all the albums/rolls, just doesn't seem very well manageable. I ended up cancelling/deleting Previews, because of how long it was taking (10gig iPhoto import) I feel I just use "Projects" more, and then selectively set Previews for projects, and export to iPhoto or elsewhere. I guess I am asking for some advise from someone coming from iPhoto albums, who has not necessary used lots of metadata within iPhoto, rather just static albums. I pretty sure I want to use Aperture Library managed mode (not referenced) and am willing to export out of Aperture to iPhoto for the wife to use.
I am willing to redo the import selectively if I had some suggestions from you Aperture experts . Currently, I have been organizing pictures of my kid(s) by month (at least in his 1st year), and creating separate albums (in iPhoto) for special occasions. Maybe with the organization powers of Aperture, there is a better way..

Calendar events show coming from someone else

Why do my calendar invites appear to be coming from my daughter who is no longer associated with my icloud account? It even drops her off of the list of invitees.

I proof-read and still managed to see a mistake after hitting "send." Clarification: the out-of-office reply was to a message I did not send, or rather, I had no knowledge of having sent. And if I had not received the out-of-office reply, I would not have known that it was sent.

Is it possible to create a trigger in HANA that on creation of a new row in a particular table, creates an event that goes to a sharepoint portal and triggers a mail and a push notification to MS BI mobile users?

I have the same req, we did like below the problem is resolved.
1. Craete Event in SM62 in BW , Event name = ECCTOBW.
2. Assign that Event in BW and give Parameter name = ECCTOBW_P. (Param is directly give in BW)
(In Case of dataloads, create Process chain and give thios Event and Parameter in Start-->Event) and Activate and Exexute the Processc Chain.
3. Then Run the below program in ECC then check your processc hain, it will trigger.
This is the way how to use the Events triggers in different system.

Measuring digital signals coming from the HSDIO (PXI-6542) with the DMM (PXI-4070)

in attachment you can find the program I'm using for my measurement: I'm generating and acquiring digital signals with the PXI-6542 and at some trigger point of one of those digital signals I'd like to capture the measured values on a plot with the Digital MultiMeter (PXI-4070).
It does work if you configure the generation repeat mode as continuous, but if you do have a finite repetition (repeat count is 1) it doesn't react on the trigger, as if it can't find a trigger. On the other hand, if you have a finite repeat count of 30 or more it does react and triggers correctly again.
First I though it had something to do with autocalibration before the measurement takes place, but If you do a highlight execution (stepping through the program) it looks like it measures before the generation session is initialized.
Is there a way to measure correctly when the repeat count is only 1?

Hey Jürgen. I apologize that you haven't gotten an answer yet to your post. I looked at your code and had some questions. What is the source of your trigger to your DMM? I see that you're exporting the data active event to PFI1, and your comments indicate that PFI1 and PFI2 are connected to give you a start trigger for your digital acquisition. Exporting the data active event with a finite or continuous pulse should only give you a single edge per run, though - you wouldn't get a pulse each time. Is your trigger coming from a data line? I didn't see any line in your included data that would indicate a single pulse.
The other thing that I noticed is that you've got no timing dependency between your HSDIO code and your DMM code - they're in parallel with each other. Thus you could get different results run-to-run, since it's not deterministic as to which parallel "thread" that LV will start on first. LV may switch back and forth several times, but let's say that LV reaches the HSDIO Start command before reaching the DMM Start command - in that case, the HSDIO device may finish it's entire operation before the DMM ever starts looking for a trigger, and thus never get the trigger at all. I'm not sure why this would explain why you're seeing the finite case work and the continuous case not, but I wanted to point it out because it could bite you down the road.
I hope some of this this helps get you going in the right direction. I'd also suggest posting HW-centric questions in the appropriate form. There are Digital forums and DMM forums that might help you reach people that will be more familiar with your particular hardware.

Hello Yiannis,
If I understand you correctly, you want to synchronize your analog input and analog output that are started by a trigger on the analog input board. If you don't want to use the RTSI lines, your best bet is to export the AI Sample Clock and then read it in to the AO board. There is an example on ni.com called DAQmx - Synchronized AIAO Shared Clock. It appears to be having techincal issues so I have attached the example below. To export ai/sampleclock, use DAQmx Export Signal.vi after Get Terminal Name with Device Prefix.vi. Export Sample Clock to PFI3 (There are only connections between the sample clock and PCI3/4/8/9). Connect PFI3 on your AI board to PFI0 on your AO board (with a wire). Then change the source for the AO Timing.vi to Devx/PFI0. If you want to do triggering, stick the DAQmx Trigger.vi between the Timing property node and the DAQmx Start.vi on the AI task. I have shown how to do this in the modified version below. Where in the world is this coming from?

I've recently been contracted to build an application for my employer. Great. The project is really straight forward and its going along nicely ... all except for this simple bit here.

Myeh - I'm not really in any rush. I work from home as a private contractor. I tell you - it is so much more ... relaxed? ... than when I was working for my previous employer. My current employer wants the product finished by June. Thats when they have a big push of students coming in and want the new software ready for them. So, I've got a while - and it definitely wont take me that long to complete. I just figured that there must be something to the fuss about IDEs and how they simplify things. And, tonight, I found that that is a load of horseshit.

I had a guy once ask me to write an application for his son who is obsessed with the television show Alias. He said he wanted a program that did exactly what this Alias program did on the show in a particular episode. When asked if I was familiar with it, I said no. So what does this goofball do? He goes and buys the show on DVD and brings it to me. We watch it - he takes me to the point in the show and says "That! Right there! That's what he wants!!"
Astonished (and somewhat dumbfounded) I ask him, "You're aware of the fact that I am not going to be capable of writing an application that remotely logs into a secret NSA super-computer via satellite ...... right?" He then proceeded to tell me to make it look like it does. Just make up all sorts of stuff - just as long as it looks the same.
The worst part .... that wasn't the only request of the type that I've received. (Granted, the others were by kids - usually 14 or 15 that thought that I'd do it for 10 or so bucks.) Because I obviously have time to waste on such things ...

IPad making notification sound even though I disabled them all, where is it coming from?

Okay so since updating to iOS7, there is something triggering random notifications on my iPad. It's making a two note notification sound. There's no banner or badge or anything that is associated with it. I went into notification center and have literally turned off every single sound notification (but leaving the sound switch on). The iPad still makes the notification sound.
I was thinking it was coming from the OS itself, but I went and browsed the sounds under Settings->Sounds and couldn't find the one that I'm hearing (although I suppose that doesn't rule anything out).
Any ideas on where it could be coming from?

I have an iPhone 5 and an iPad Mini, but I only had the problem on the iPad Mini. My problem was a little different than yours, but this fix may work for you.

I saw a post from an apple rep telling a iOS 6 user to turn the side switch on to un-mute the sounds. A no-brainier yes, but it made me wonder if the side switch may have been temporarily "confused" after updating to iOS 7 because it added the new settings screen that swipes up from the bottom of the screen. I was using my side-switch to lock the screen rotation and it was in the "off" (down) position (red visible) and none of my notifications were sounding. So I flipped it up and down a couple times which didn't solve the problem. So logically, I proceeded to what inevitably solved the problem...
Go to Settings > General / "Use Side Switch To" and select the opposite of what you are currently using. I had mine on Lock Rotation, so I selected Mute. Then flip your switch up and down slowly a couple of times to see that the confirmation on the screen is correct. You may have to go back to settings again and select the other choice if you originally had Mute selected, I don't know because I originally had Lock Rotation in use.
Hopefully, this will fix your notification sounds (and the lock sound when you press the power button). After using this fix, you can set the use of the side switch to your preference and still have all of your notification sounds!

How do I figure where is the data in a materialized view coming from

Hi: when I run select NAME, OWNER from dba_mview_refresh_times, I see a number of materialized views. How do I find more details about this view i.e where is the data coming from and which fields. The source table that is in another database changed. But the view on my database where the materialized view exist has not changed. I want to confirm from where is data coming in this view
