No Windows Feature in CS4?!?

I just installed CS4 (Illustrator and Photoshop). Normally at any given time, I have 20 or more windows open, but minimized depending on which client I have peering over my shoulder. To my surprise, unless I'm missing something, I now have to close each project and reopen another one every time I switch gears?? What gives? I feel like I just fell asleep and woke up back in 1985.
Sure there's some wow factor in the new blob tool. Whoopie. If I can no longer multitask from window to window, I may as well be handcuffed.
Does anyone know if Adobe thought to add their own proprietary feature for this? or if there is a way to minimize the workspace without minimizing the whole program?
(I'm going back to 10.0. I've had enough change for a lifetime already!)

After literally 12 hours, 2 re-installs, searching everywhere, asking on here, I found the solution.
Sorry if it seems obvious to most but I'm going to explain incase anyone else ever gets this issue again.
I had stupidly forgotten to include my Graphics card/integrated to mobo (i got it mixed up with my processor), it is an ATI Radeon x1270, and dispite Vista and every driver website saying the driver was up to date, it wasn't, by a long shot.
AMD distribute its drivers via the Catalyst Control Centre Software, so you need this to update ya drivers. Once i did that it worked fine and dandy.

Moral of the story: no playback in Premier, it is almost definately the Graphics Card driver!

Can't open more than one window in PS-CS4 - Snow Leopard

Just got CS4 and have anew iMac.
I tried to open more than one image in PS and it won't let me.
It simply replaces the image that's currently open. If I close that window,

The documents aren't replacing each other - what you're experiencing is the new "tabbed windows" feature in CS4. Next time you try to open 2 documents, look at the bottom of the "Window" menu and you'll see that both documents are actually open. Then look at the window's title bar and you'll see two "tabs", similar to what some web browsers do with multiple open windows. Just click on the tab of the window you want in the foreground.
If you'd prefer to go back to the CS3 method, go to "Preferences>Interface" and un-check the "open documents as tabs" checkbox.

Unable to install windows features on windows server 2012 core datacenter

If I attempt to install, remove, or get windows features via powershell in windows server 2012 core datacenter I get the following error:

The server is running all Microsoft updates. Rebooting doesn't help. I've checked the event logs and I don't see anything relevant.

Hi,
I would like to suggest you first run get-windowsfeature command on the core locally not remotely. And if it works, then try to remote run it.
Invoke-Command -ComputerName CORE1 {get-WindowsFeature }

Windows feature page blank

Hi everyone. I got a envy h8-1513c running on windows 8 64-bit. I went on my windows feature page and I mistakenly unchecked all the features. At this time, no applications or programs were working. I paniqued and I went back to the windows features page and I checked all the features...Unfortunately, it did not solve the issue: I was still not able to run the windows updates and to open files, apps or programs. I ran the BIOS update and when the system restarted to configure the update, the automatic repair started itself. The nb restarted and everything is working fine. Now I'm able to run windows update, open files, apps and programs. However, when I go to the windows features page, it's just blank. . .what can I do to fill it out again. . . does it really matter if it's blank, I mean the nb is working fine so maybe it's not that bad...please help me for this. I have a lot of questions in my mind :-(

Solved : Turn Windows features on or off is blank or empty while opening

Successfully solved : Turn windows features on or off blank fix
If you are going to enable or disable or installing any feature in windows 7, you have to do the setup through “Turn Windows features on or off” in
Programs and Features.
When you click on it, Windows Features dialog will appear asking you to “Please wait” and it will start searching for a list of windows features such
as games, indexing service, internet information services (IIS) and etc that you can turn on or off. Windows Features is actually pretty much the same as Add/Remove Windows Component in Windows XP. You can also run Windows Features by typing optionalfeatures.exe
at run or command prompt.
ISSUE:
In Windows 7 while going to enable “ Turn Windows features on or off “ in programs and features left side option the dialog it will be came out empty
or blank.
Normally you can able to see “please wait” initially after it tries to list out all the features, but if the machine having issue then it totally shows blank.
For this issue Microsoft has created a knowledge base 931712 to acknowledge the problem and also provided 2 solutions to resolve this issue. but this solution is didn't work & it will not rectify this issue.
SOLUTION:
Download System Update Readiness Tool from Microsoft and install the machine. Please select OS compatible package(OS & supporting bit
version) and download the file.

Is there a way to implement the windows 7 shake-window (minimize all except shaken window) feature in openbox?

At any rate, the things you can make Openbox do are all laid out in the big list of 'Actions' (http://openbox.org/wiki/Help:Actions#ToggleShowDesktop) - ToggleShowDesktop coming closest to what you're describing (basically, it's minimize all and shift focus to desktop). No obvious way to make exceptions, though.
As for _how_ you do it, there's the Bindings list. I dont use much mouse in OB, so you'll have to find it yourself.

Can Acrobat XI be installed on a Windows PC where CS4 (which includes Acrobat Pro 9) is installed?
I have previously been told by Adobe tech support that the applications included in CS4 cannot be upgraded individually, and my guess would be that Acrobat XI and Acrobat Pro 9 cannot coexist on the same machine. But I wanted to check and make sure.

Acrobat Pro XI frequent crashes when using New Window feature

As a lawyer using Acrobat Pro XI to review legal documents, I find the New Window feature invaluable since it lets me view different parts of the same document at the same time. However, when I use this feature I encounter frequent crashes, more often if I insert a comment in one of the windows. Inserting those comments are very important to me. Is there any way to avoid the crashes while using the New Window and Comment features together?

Cannot use Snagit 8's scrolling window feature with Firefox anymore.

Snagit 8 is a screen capture program. It has a scrolling window feature that captures the whole web page. After the last FF update it no longer functions. It only captures what is viewed on the screen and no longer scrolls down to capture the whole page. I can still do this in IE (blah).

I am having an issue where the windows features under Internet Information Services/World Wide Web Services/Application Development Features will not install. Specifically those which are clicked on when one clicks on ASP.NET. All necessary versions
of ASP.NET are installed. IIS 7 is installed.

1. Unable to install counter strings because the SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ASP.NET_64\Performance key could not be opened or accessed. The first DWORD in the Data section contains the Win32 error code.
The error code is: 020000000E0E0000
2. Installing the performance counter strings for service ASP.NET_64 (ASP.NET_64) failed. The first DWORD in the Data section contains the error code.
The error code is: 02000000C9120000
I am thinking that the performace key is somehow not accessable due to some security feature.

Multi window feature has gone

I updated the firefox mobile for Android and as a consequence firefox icon was removed from my galaxy note 2 multi window tray. Is there any method to get this feature back? If not can I reinstall a firefox version that supports this feature?
Note: I've already tried Firefox 21.0 BETA version. There is no change.

I've just found out that the developers have removed this because an user reported some icons that appear on screen can block some pixels if application. However, that is ridiculous to remove it. If so , the user must turn multi window feature off. There was no need to remove it.
