NoClassDefFoundError: ServiceFactory

Question

Here is the console output I receive after running my ant build.xml file:
Buildfile: ~/SetResultTask/build/build.xml

~/SetResultTask/build/build.xml:8: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/xml/rpc/ServiceFactory
Total time: 180 milliseconds
I replaced most of the pathname with ~ for privacy's sake.
The build.xml file is:

The AntTask that I wrote that uses the javax.xml.rpc library is as follows:

So I added a zipfileset to the jar task, and now my program gets a little farther and more into the webservice before failing.
The jar task now looks like:
<target name="jar" depends="compile">
     <jar destfile="${output}/WebClient.jar" basedir="${output}" excludes="WebClient.jar">
          <zipfileset src="../../../libs/jaxrpc.jar" includes="**/*" excludes="META-INF/*" />
     </jar>
</target>
And I now get a ClassNotFoundException. It says it cannot find the org.apache.axis.client.ServiceFactory but I am importing the javax.xml.rpc.ServiceFactory, so I don't even know why it is trying to find the axis version of ServiceFactory. Any help is appreciated.
