Nokia 5310 image sequence not available??

i just bought this phone 2 days ago. everything was ok but not all.
Firstly, the image sequence mode is not available yet? why? my sroll is on it and it does not bold up. should i wait for updates?
Secondly, the respond time is quite slow. Sometimes it even restart itself. Wait for updates too? or send to Nokia??
btw, i'm using a 1gb micro sd..

you must change the resolution to 640x480 or smaller to take advantage of image sequence.  at it's highest setting of 640x480, you only get three images in sequence.  at the smallest, 160x120, you get six images in sequence, the sequences of images is placed in a folder in your image gallery.

• Binary images description not available

I scanned some pages from a book on my Epson scanner which converted them to jpg files. I then tried to import those images into iPhoto to clean up the edges but it won't import. Every time the program crashes. I've restarted and repaired permissions. Below are the problem details that are sent to Apple. What stood out in my eye was the phrase, "Binary images description not available".
Could someone tell me why this is happening and what I might be able to do to fix it.
Cheers,
sws

• Image Processor not available

I have CS3 and in Bridge, I do not have the Image Processor option available. Does anyone know what may be causing that? I do have it available in PhotoShop but I want to access it through Bridge. Using OS 10.5
thanks

I looked in my preferences for Bridge and cannot find anywhere that mentions
Image Processor.
It should be visible in the Start up scripts section of the Bridge
preferences.
But if it did work before and suddenly stopped a restart for Bridge holding
down option key to refresh preferences should do the trick.
If it never worked and it is present and working in PS itself but not
visible in the Bridge Start up preferences your install did not work
properly I'm afraid.

• Multiple overlays on a page. Image sequence not working...

Hello,
I made a page with - in order of appearance (and layers) - a static background, 2 separate HTML5 web overlays and an image sequence overlay (containing 36 transparant PNGs).
The web overlays work fine, but somehow I cannot get the image sequence to auto-play. It works when I use tap to play, but I would really like it to auto-start.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? All content is on separate layers. All image sequence images are numbered. I've tried to play with the delay (all overlays starting at the same time, all different, you name it...).
Hope someone has the solution.
Marinka

Hi!
Exactly my problem (thankfully). But this thread went nowhere …
I am still experiencing these difficulties, 14 months later.
Has this been resolved? Are overlays like these not possible?
Cheers

• Show Default Image when actual Image is not available

Hi,
The Customer is using BI Publisher to generate a Report with the Inventory Item Details. This report also shows an Image of the Item. These Image files are stored in a different server.
We are able to dynamically show the Image based on the Item Numbers using the URL{} tag.
We are facing an issue when there is an Item when there exists an Item with no corresponding Image File. The PDF is generated without any image. In such cases, the requirement is need to display a Default Image showing "NO IMAGE".
During XML Extraction, we do not know whether the Image file is available in the server.
How do we handle this specific requirement.
Any assistance is highly appreciated.
Thanks and Regards,
Balachander.

Having raised a service request with Oracle, it would seem that this is not possible -
"Unfortunately, In the BIP core, there is no functionality to test that a file ( containing an image ) exists or not ."
The problem I have is that the URL referencing the image is concatenated and includes the XML item for a reference number. That reference number, and therefore the XML item, is always available but the image that corresponds to it is not - so I can't test for a null or false return because BI Publisher does not recognise the concatenated string of the url as having a returned value.
This would be a problem if the layout options in Word were more flexible (better) - being able to add an image to the background of a table or cell would have solved my problem but, sadly, that is not possible in the version of Word I'm using (2003). I'm not sure whether it's possible in newer versions though?

• Nokia belle battery monitor not available in your ...

Hi,
I live in Taiwan and have a newly purchased Nokia 701. I would like to install the  Nokia Battery Monitor V3.0 which I gather to be designed for Nokia Belle.
When I search for it on the Nokia Store I get no results. When I try to follow the link
http://store.ovi.com/content/132519
I get the message
Sorry, this item is not available for your country.
And if I try
http://store.ovi.com/content/132519/download
then I get an internal server error.
Does anyone know whether there is a good reason why this app is not available here, even in an English version, which is all I want.
Alternately, does anyone know where else I might get it from, or have the email address from the Nokia store for support issues about the product?
With thanks
Alan Watson
Solved!
Go to Solution.

Thanks again for your help. I am finding the monitor very useful for checking the battery level and the statistics on usage especially informative.
I will not press 'solved' if only because I think it should be available to Nokia customers everywhere first.
Thanks
Alan

• Images are not "available" in SRM MDM 5.5 SP5 catalog

Hello,
We have SRM MDM 5.5 P5 and we have uploaded photos in the record table. But images do not appear in the catalog "detail view". Instead we get the default "image not availble" red image.
Is special customizing/setting required to be able to watch images in catalogs?
Thanks in advance.
Will reward points.
Le Radis.
Edited by: Le Radis on Feb 7, 2008 4:31 PM

Hi Le,
There could be the 3 reason while images are not displaying on the catalog end:
1. check all the setting in Data manager as mentioned below which are required:
add JPG to MIME Types table
you should see 2 entries in Hyperlink Types table (link and rendered)
add the 2 types of hyperlink types to the Hyperlink table
In the Catalog Items table, you can then add hyperlink records for catalogue items.
2. Just check with the OCI mapping has been configured properly via UI:
go for UI, then login with user as "Master" and choose option as "Shopping Cart" then click on "OCI Mapping" and then field mapping window will open and check for the following entry as tejas mentioned:
NEW-ITEM_ATTACHMENT : Hyperlink-URL
NEW-ITEM_ATTACHMENT_TITLE :Hyperlink-URL Description
3. go for the User specific Configuration in UI as i have mentioned earlier:
Add the image field in your customization then save the configuration.then check on the catalog end.
otherwise customize your setting to the Specific user (you can choose the user from the dropdown combo box ),save the customization and try to login with this perticular user on the catalog end then check for the images.
Hope this will solve your problem.

Any ideas why I can't import this image sequence? I have full read/write permissions on the folder.

Get rid of the double underscore after the warrenMatte part. It may confuse the automated sequence filtering. Use Automator to rename the files...

• Fiery features : image shift not available

my office recently changed printers to a canon imagepress C1+ and i upgraded to a new computer running 10.6.3. we have downloaded and installed the latest driver from canon.
the "full properties" glitch is mentioned at in this forum thread, as is a workaround. however, for some reason *image shift* is NOT in the list of features i can add to the +quick access+ pane.
this is an important feature from the user end, as we need to print double-sided and this corrects the placement of the second side. any suggestions welcome.

There are two EFI (Fiery) RIPS available for the imagePRESS C1+. There is the imagePRESS-T1/T2 and the imagePRESS-Q1/Q2. The 1 indicates that the RIP is using system v1.x while the 2 indicates the RIP is running system v2.x. For the imagePRESS-Q2 and imagePRESS-T2, there is a now a 10.6 driver available that does not suffer the same restrictions as the 10.5 driver. You can download this driver via the following link...
http://www.usa.canon.com/opd/controller?act=OPDSoftwareAct&fcategoryid=2478&mode lid=17921
If you are using a T1, then you can download the 10.6 driver via the following link...
http://www.usa.canon.com/opd/controller?act=OPDSoftwareAct&fcategoryid=2478&mode lid=14778
Note that if you have a Q1 or T1, ie it is running system v1.x, then you will need to get the firmware on the RIP updated by a service technician to v2.x so that you can use this driver.

• Actions have to be done manually/ image size not available

i have a foder opened up in bridge , all photos selected, I go to tools/photoshop/batch/I choose my own action, web 1400, which includes reducing to 1400 px, reduce resolution, and saving to jpeg.
In set, i choose my own actions, source: folder, choose the original folder, destination:folder, create new folder,ok.
i have to do all the oks and saves by clicking manually, all in the end is fine, but that's odd.
OR FROM PHOTOSHOP/windows/actions; it just wont work all together; My action is called web1400, includes 3 commands::
2 image size (for reducing size, resolution) and save to jpeg.
I select  web 1400, then I click the play icon (3rd from left) . that brings the selection down 1 step to image size and a window appears:  image size is not currently available.

You should make sure that your printer is selected in Page Setup, rather than the generic Any Printer. You may need to look for it in Options... when you choose it in PowerPoint.

• Import Image Sequence not importing all images

I have a sequence of 99 JPG images that I am trying to import into Premiere Pro. These images were created by an export from Lightroom.
When I perform the import starting at the first image, only 35 images are imported.
If I import the sequence starting at the 34th image, only 2 images are imported.
If I import the sequence starting at the 35th image, only 1 image is imported (and it is imported as an image file it appears).
If I import the sequence starting at the 36th image, the remaining images are imported.
I have tried a number of different settings for the export from lightroom, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. For example, if I export as TIFF I see the exact same problem. If I export as JPG using a smaller image size I see the exact same problem.
I have tried "Replace Footage..." to no effect.
When I inspect the image files using an image view there appear to be no issues with the files. File sizes are consistent and not inordinantly large (~5MB).
The filenames are all properly numbered as expected by Premiere Pro.
I have done this successfully dozens of times before this problem arose, and I have done it successfully a number of times since the problem arose. The problem appears to happen only with this particular set of images.
I can work around the problem by importing the images as two separate imports (one starting at the first image and a second starting at the 36th image) and putting them both in a single sequence. In fact, this spliced sequence looks as expected with no missing frames or anything else untoward that I can see.
I've poked around with this for a couple days, and cannot discern any other factors that may be causing this.
Does anybody have any idea what might be going on?

I checked the filenames again and they're properly sequenced with no extra or missing spaces or anything else that doesn't follow the pattern of the first 34 images. In fact, I took a screenshot of this, and in doing so I figured out what the problem is.
Here's a screenshot of the directory with all the images.
As I was reviewing this screenshot, I noticed that the "Date" column goes over midnight. Images 0001-0034 all took place before midnight, and images 0035-0099 took place after midnight.
This column shows the capture time of the images, coming from the camera and through the export from Lightroom. This is different from the creation date of the exported file, which is shown in the "Date modified" column (cropped out of screenshot). In other words, you can see that I took the pictures on February 25 and 26, but exported them on March 1.
To verify that this might be the problem I used "Edit Capture Time..." in Lightroom to shift all the images an hour earlier. This means that there is no longer a date change in the sequence as they all have capture times before midnight. I then exported the images from Lightroom again, and imported them into Premiere Pro.
When I do this, all the images are imported into Lightroom successfully.
I realize this is only one data point, but it sounds like Premiere Pro is maybe using the capture time as part of its sequencing heuristics, and for some reason it isn't handling a date change properly. Or maybe something else is afoot.
What do you think?

• Bug with Image Sequence ( not loading/using all files ) for time lapse creation

Hello everybody!
PhotoShop CC 2014
I am looking to create a time lapse out of 240 still photos that I took with my DSLR, but I am facing what probably is a bug, or a mistake on my part.
I have all the photos in JPEG format with proper naming & sequential numbers ( DSC001 to DSC240 ).
I'm creating a new document, selecting Film & Video, then by using the Layer -> Video Layers -> New Video Layer from file... and selecting the first image of the sequence I load the photos.
Since the output is 1080p, and my photos are captured at 24MP, I convert them to a Smart Object as requested by photoshop when trying to resize them to fit them in the 1080p resolution.
I then set the time lapse frame rate to 24fps and when I proceed to Render the video, in the Render Video dialogue, the frames to be used in the "Range" section are less than the frames that I've got.
Instead of 240, it shows 219.
I have the "Allow Frame Skipping" option unchecked of course
Your help is really appreciated!

I've been using this method:
How to Pan and Zoom Video in Photoshop CS6 | The Complete Picture with Julieanne Kost | Adobe TV
But, I'm going to give yours a go later on, cheers
