Nokia 6131 Set Number as Default

Hi everyone. Before my brand new Nokia 6131 I had an oldie Nokia 6560 and one of the "features" was, when i choose a number as default, such number goes to the top of the list inside the contact...well...in Nokia 6131 it doesn't work out. I has a white square around the mobile icon and that's it. For example.
What you see is:
Contact Name
+5491158000000
+5491150000000 (This is the default, but is placed under a non default) Weird but true...
Any Idea?

Yeah, I know it's weird...but let me go deeper. I changed the number of the stored phone that was not set as primary and nothing happended. Deleted the non primary...added again and nothing happened. Delete primary, added again and nothing happended. Added the mobile telephone that i wanted again after adding the primary and......voila!!!
Anyway I will check for updates.

Nokia N95 8Gb Calendar alarm default setting

I have searched high and low here and in the user manual however, have not found the answer to my query, so I hope you will forgive me if this topic has been covered before.
I use the Calendar extensively to remind myself of appointments and birthdays etc. When making a new entry I choose Meeting and go through the process of creating that new entry entering the Subject, Location, Start time, End time, Start Date, End date and when you get to the Alarm setting is is set to the default of OFF. I want to know if this can be changed to Default to ON. It is driving me a little crazy that, as you are setting something to remind you, surely the alarm default should be ON.
Please stop me from going crazy...

The reason the alarm is defaulted to off, is that you can set your calender to homescreen and see meetings and to do notes, plus if it's a meeting the alarm probably needs to be set prior to the meeting ( so you have time to get there). If it was set automatically to say 30 minutes before, it wouln't really help if you were 2 hrs away. Besides which it takes about a second to turn it on !

Jetz API on nokia 6131 secure element

i've developed an applet that uses the Jetz Api in order to write on nokia 6131 mifare.
When i try to upload the applet i receive this error:

I succeed in uploading another applet that doesn't use JetZ Api.

Nokia 6131 time and date

The time and date setting on my Nokia 6131 keeps going back to the default setting every time i switch the phone on . ( I turn off the phone overnight ) No other memories are affected only the time and date. I have had the phone 2 1/2 years ,this has just started to happen 2 weeks ago.
Has anyone got any ideas on what could be the problem please.

The age of the phone leads me to think that the auxillary battery (which powers the clock even when the phone is off) is dead. You can head to a Nokia Care Center to get it fixed.

How to set number of rows in "Rows Per Page Selector" in Interactive Report

Hi Guys,
Is there any way to set the number of rows in "Rows Per Page Selector" in Interactive Report. By default it is set to 15.
I know one way is to change the number of rows when you are running the report and then set that as 'Default Report Setting'.
If anybody is aware of any other way, please let me know.

can you please specify your question more clearly. If you are on NW 7.0 you can determine a number of colums for your filter item with following command:

If you meant the amount of rows within the analysis item you can use following command within your analysis item:
BLOCK_ROWS_SIZE (numbers of rows displayed at once)

Voicemail is a cell phone carrier function. Contact your carrier to see if they have this option. If not, i'm sure you can download a sound file from the internet with a greeting and add your name. Then play it back on you PC while holding your iPhone near the speaker when recording the greeting to voicemail.

You can use the phone with your australian number provided international roaming is enabled. You will be charged more ( for messaging & talking )than that in Australia since you will be using someone's else's network.

If the default code doesn't work it will have been changed at some point. If you can't remember it, please visit a Nokia Care Point where the phone can get reset. Hard drive configuration is not set to factory default. Refurbished Acer Iconia W3-810

This tablet was purchased refurbished. As soon as I got it, I went to create my backup and message is "Hard drive configuration is not set to the factory default. Backup aborted. I had already sent it in once to the seller for repair services and it was sent back not repaired. They now say I can send it in again but seems a waste of time. I called Acer and they said I would need to purchase the recovery disk which should have already been provided to me. It does have a valid SNID number. I checked.   If there is anyone else who came up against this problem, I would love to know what you did to resolve it. Second problem. Large font had been created where is overscans the entire page so reading the Control Panel is impossible. The warranty dept created a new user account with new settings as they were unable to fix the font problem so they ignored it. This is another reason I wanted to do a factory reset. Hoping Acer will be kind enough to just send me the disk.   I've learned alot about refurbished products. Never again.

I am not pretty entirely sure what was your cause for the error, but I believe this workaround can be useful, even to some of the users)  I learnt a tough lesson and I am now careful on what third party soft wares one must use especially for partitioning related events using windows 8 GPT structure. This article specifically relates to windows 8 (which I was using) although similar steps may work as well in windows 7 Points note:Most newer windows devices now use the GPT partitioning system compared to the traditional MBR system.It can be very difficult to reinstall windows on a partition with GPT format.One must be careful on what 3rd party portioning tools they use. It is not recommend to use some 3rd party tools to resize partitions as these may mess the hard drive configuration in such a way that it will be very difficult to restore to factory settings (especially for devices pre-loaded with OEM-Windows 8)It is recommended to use the in-built Disk management utility to shrink/resize partitions.First and foremost, it is recommended to use system file scanner to check any files that may be corrupted (and most of these are normally fixed by sfc)Press Windows key + X, select ‘Command prompt (Admin)’. Enter the following command “sfc /scannow” (without quotes) and the system will start scanning the system. That's a good point, and I should have taken the time to point that out.
It's not particularly important that Nokia has chosen to offer free plug-ins for a limited number of their mobile handsets not presently supported by iSync. The really important thing here is that a manufacturer has actually chosen to support the technology at all!
I do support a vibrant developer community, and think that Nova Media and others who have taken the time to create plug-ins and, who continue to support them, deserve to be compensated for their efforts. It worth noting that Nova Media was out front with support for Nokia mobile handsets about a year before Nokia itself chose to offer support. And, as Jan points out, they continue to support units that Nokia itself does not.
