  • Nokia 6280 flash player

I am looking for flash player for my nokia 6280 V.05.92 RM-78 Lot of themes and clips won't work i cant find any player. Is there any option in new software for backlight time control.

I just want to add my voice to the calls for a fix for this bug. Worse, even though the backlight goes off sometimes even when playing a game, it comes on randomly after the keypad has locked, then again about a minute later, and then again after that! Crazy!

  • Nokia 6230i Mp3 Player Problem

Well Fair enough, I put some music onto my mobile from the Pc Suite and plugged in the nokia headphones (That Came With The Mobile)
It only played out the right Speaker(Ear) Why>?? So i looked for awhile for an option that could switch it to sterio or something, No option found for that. Has anyone had this problem before or know how to fix it?
I tested multiple files onto the mobile. All in .mp3 format
    Using a Nokia 6230i
    Since: December, 2006.

It is indeed a bit difficult to know exactly whats the problem since the phone not with me. However only thing I suggest that ensure that you have copied the file that is fully compatible to play on 6230i. IF you still feel you have copied the right file the option left now is to visit a Nokia Care
If my post has helped you please click the white star on the right

  • FM Radio in MP3 Player Not Work

The FM Radio Autoscan function of my newly bought 256MB MuVo TX FM MP3 player does not seem to be functioning properly.
During the st time I performed autoscanning, the player was only able to register a few radio channels. Channels like 93.3FM and 92.4FM were missing. Hence, I tried a second time. Again, some of the channels were missing after autoscanning was completed.
I brought the MP3 player with me while I travelled on the bus and tried listening to the few channels and realised that the channels which I could receive on my player depended on the region the bus was in. At some places, all the preset channels were available for listening. At certain areas, only 2 preset channels could be heard.
After I went back home, I decided to try my luck at the autoscanning again. This time, I was not able to get ANY channels registered on my player. I have tried umpteen times but to no avail.
Are the radio and autoscan functions of my player faulty?

    fischeri,
That is normal for auto-scanning. Auto scanning depend greatly on the reciption of the radio signal. If the signal is not strong enough, the auto scanning will not lock and register the station and will continue to scroll to the next strongest available signal. Can you manually lock the preset station?

  • Nokia 6280 casing lost

    Hi,
I have a slide Nokia 6280, one night by accident I lost the back of the casing that clicks around the silver border and has a little hole for the lens of the camera to see through, and holds the battery in. I don't like having my battery held in with tape and would like to replace the back casing of my phone. Would really appreciate any help or suggestions.
    Cheers

Its, easy. Just go to nearest Nokia centre / shop. buy and ask them to replace the casing. Always buy the original one. Little expensive, but worth to buy.

  • N80 MP3 Player Controls Gone Crazy??

    Hi there,
    Just recently received my N80
    v3.0618.0.2
    23-05-2006
    RM-92
    NOKIA N80 (45.02)
The problem I am having is with the mp3 player.
Some mp3 tracks are over an hour long (long radio shows or dj mixes).
When I try and fast forward through to say 01:10:00 (HH:MMS)
    it doesn't quite work correctly.
The player just goes to a random place, and also displays the incorrect time - for eg: if i fwd to 01:10:00 and then release the fast fwd button, the display could show 00:13:00 even though the location of where I fast forwarded to is different. And in any case, the display of 00:13:00 doesn't mean it's at 13 minutes.. it could in fact be at 48 minutes (or whatever).
    The same applies to rewinding.
    Is this a bug?
Has this been fixed with newer firmware updates?
    Anyone else have this problem?
Should I ask for a replacement unit?
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

So far, you're the first person I've heard of who has seen 0318 first hand - all other reports have been mere rumour - so I suspect there's nothing newer available yet.Message Edited by patc on 17-Jul-2006

  • Nokia 6280, a way to make it louder?

    Hi all
I have a nokia 6280 atm and I listen to alot of music with the headphones. The thing is, when im like stuck in traffic for example the music seems really quite. My mp3 player used to go mauch louder. I even set the volume on maximum. Is there any way to make it even louder or buy better headphones?
p.s. ive bought a headphone adapter so i can plug it into normal headphones but it still is pretty quiet compared to my old mp3 player

If you have firmware 5.92 or newer, you could try raising the equalisers up...although I dont understand how your audio volume is decreasing...mines loud..working fine...at least in my opinion.

  • Can I transfer my itunes to a MP3 player?  newbie, help please

Hi, I need your help. I have a HP Media Center PC with all bells and whistles. I just learned about itunes. I downloaded a free song. I have also gotten 5 songs for free from a website called Connect (run by Sony).
what I was expecting to do was to go to Radio shack and purchase an MP3 player for $59.99. It's about all I can afford.
then I found out that the songs I downloaded from Connect cannot be transferred to an mp3 player unless it is a Sony MP3 player. The mp3 player in Radio Shack was not a Sony. but I did ask the salesman if I could do itunes with this and he said "sure". but I'm not sure now. I have read about all kinds of formats with downloading these songs. such as OPENMG format and something called ATRAC. See where I'm getting confused?
What I need to know is this: If I purchase songs from itunes and it goes on my hard drive, can I then purchase the mp3 player and transfer the songs so I can go for a walk and play my mp3 player. I can't afford an ipod.
Do I have to buy a special mp3 player to be able to use itunes. I can't find any information on this on the site.
I am a disabled person and could use some help.
thanks to anybody who can help me. Just need to know exactly what I should be buying to play songs on and do I have to download the songs in a special way or does itunes just do it for me. Also, I don't have an apple computer. but I have an APPLE user ID. Very confusing.

Okay, let me see if I have this right.
I have a HP Pavillion Media Center. this should allow me to burn cds, right? I have never done this in my life but believe me I learn fast. I have two drives that I'm looking at right now on my tower.
The top drive says LightScribe DVD+-/CD Writer
The other drive says CD rom.
I presume, to burn a cd (or whatever it's called), I use the top Lightscribe thing, right?
so I guess I have to get a blank cd rewritable thing, place it in the top drive and copy the sonic stage (sony) songs onto that right? then I can get the ipod and transfer from the newly burned cd into the ipod, right?
I have absolutely no idea how to accomplish this but I'm willing to at least do the first step and burn the cd.
Now, here's my question. Many years ago, when I had my other HP pavillion,it came with a re-writable drive. I tried to burn something to it and I did not know what I was doing. I do remember that the cd was some kind of RW thing.
I probably have one of those in my house. They are over 5 years old. Is this what I have to use to put the songs on it.
do I have to go to the computer store and buy a new blank cd-rw (if that is indeed what I will be using).
I want to know exactly what kind of blank cd thing I have to put in the drive. And do I use the one marked Lightscribe.
See, once I know what to do, I'll figure out how to do it.
I'm going to search my room to find one of the old blank ones but I won't use it until you say, "yes, use it.".
I know I used to have a case of them. Never used them but they are still around.
Are they still compatible with my windows xp, HP Pavillion media center.
And I should tell you what I tried to do last night. I was researching all about converting files and I saw something that said "drag the files into your itunes folder and you should have the songs in their". so stupid me, I go to my start menu, open up the explore thing, I find the "sonic stage" thing, I see the itunes thing, I dragged and sonic stage into the itunes thing and sure enough, right in front of me a little message popped up showing me it was "copying files to itunes". So I said "holy sh*t, I actually did it", "i'm going to see my songs in my itunes folder". Well, that didn't happen. I opened up my itunes library and only my original itunes song was there. No songs from the sonic stage library was put in.
I have no idea what was copied into what. So what exactly did I do?
thanks for any help about the cd burning thing.
I mean, I have this HP Pavillion Media Center and I want to be able to figure out how to use it before I turn 80.
    Thanks much.

  • How do I build a simple MP3 player in Flash?

I have recently redesigned my website and need to make
several mp3 files available for playback. I'm a voiceover talent,
and I need to have my demos readily available to those who visit my
    website to hear my work.
I built the site using Dreamweaver (there's a little bit of
Flash content there, but the site itself is not a Flash site). I
know just anough about using Flash to be dangerous. :-) At the
present time, I just embedded my 11 demos on a page, with each demo
appearing TWICE -- once with the Windows Media Player embedded and
once with the Quick Time player embedded -- to allow for maximum
compatibility. But with 22 media players embedded in the page,
well, you can pretty much guess what happens -- the page takes a
freakin' eternity to load. No one's going to wait that long.
In a previous version of my website, I had deployed a
third-party app called Wimpy Button to achieve this functionality
(www.wimpyplayer.com). Wimpy button is a very simple little Flash
app that is designed to achieve precisely the functionality I need.
But now when I launch the Wimpy Button Maker (the first step to
creating the player), I get an error message that I think is
telling me that either a .dll file required by the program is not
there on my computer OR that a program I have since installed on my
computer is either using or has overwritten that .dll file. Either
way, the Wimpy solution is not working for me. So naturally, since
Wimpy was doing all this in Flash, I figured the most logical place
to turn was to Flash itself. I'm hoping to create my own little
playback interface that I can place in multiple instances on the
webpage, with each one set to trigger playback of a different .mp3
    file.
Here's an example of something similar to what I'd like to
    end up with. Visit
    http://randybrown.voice123.com.
There, you'll see a series of players down the right-hand side of
the page, and each one triggers playback of a different .mp3 file.
A closer look at the .swf file can be seen at
    http://voice123.com/swf/small_player.swf
, so, as you can see, the graphic itself ain't that complicated. I
know I can build the graphics file (or something similar) without
    too much difficulty.
But getting it to have the functionality I need to deploy for
this purpose is where I'm lost. I just don't have enough experience
with Flash to have much of a clue.
Can anyone walk me through the steps involved?
Your thoughtful answer would be MUCH appreciated.
    Randy

The best MP3 player I ever found for flash uses xspf
playlists and xml - really cool and easy to use/implement. Check it
    at
    http://musicplayer.sourceforge.net/
This player will go through a playlist you determine, or can jump
from track to track. It takes a little bit of testing to set up,
but is much simpler than writing your own player - and it's free.

  • Looking for a MP3 player for audiobo

I am looking for an mp3 player that meets these requirements. Creative Labs lists like 50 mp3 plays and no easy way to compare features. So does anyone know if anyone sells anything with these features:?- bookmarking: where I can 'save' a place in a audiobook and go listen to other stuff and come back to where I left off. The 'resume' feature on some devices is not adaquete because it assumes I don't want to listen to anything else. Other devices require me to search through hours of a book to find where I left off. I need something that let's me mark a place and return when I want. - FM feature: because sometimes I want to listen to the radio and not my downloaded music or books!?- flash based: because it's lighter weight, no hard dri've to break (gb flash or upgradable flash card insert is fine)?- removable regular batteries: so that if the batteries go bad, i can get new ones and not ship it off to be opened by someone else?that's it!? is that so hard?!
    Please let me know
    !!! [email protected]????

portrower8,?Do a search at the top of the page for audiobooks. They have been discussed frequently.?First, you are asking for a flash player, so that limits your choices. For audiobooks that you download from NetLibrary or Overdri've, I would only use one?WITHOUT ?PlaysforSure subscription firmware. That way, the electronic library books?never expire, until you delete them yourself.?I prefer to keep my audiobooks separate from my music. I love the Zen Nano plus GB or the 52MB. These days you can buy the GB for $65-70 from Amazon or Creative. These players can hold four or fi've?audiobooks. Granted they don't have bookmarking as such, but you just?do a pause and?turn it off and the?player starts up where you left off.?Just remember if you buy a bigger flash player with subscription ability for your music, any electronic library audiobook will expire?after 2 days. Are planning on just buying all your audiobooks? Have you checked into the new Zen V and?Zen V plus to use for your music??Best wishes, luvmyrescuedogs
