Nokia 6288 and received bluetooth files

Hi all
i have a problem : i notice that when i receive files with bluetooth, it's stored automatically in gallery. I didn't find in bluetooth menu options, a way to store the received files in my memory card automatically...(because sometimes i received big files)
is there any solution to change the place of received files with bluetooth?
Regards,
toonssia

Nope, i cant choose the folder for receiving bluetooth files, either if the phone has enough phone memory it goes in phone memory and if there is no phone memory left it automatically goes into my memory card, i got 15kb of phone memory left to definatly make sure every file i recieve goes straight to the memory card.

    Hi Zaib,
to convert arrays is pretty basic, maybe you should also attend here!
1d to 2d: use a "build array" node (or use auto-indexing on the output of a FOR loop)
2d to 1d: this depends on your goal. you may use "index array" to get a row or column from the 2d array. you can use "reshape array" to do reshaping. you may use auto-indexing on the input of a FOR loop. As said above, this depends on your goals...

  • Nokia 6700 and a2dp bluetooth

    Hi
I have a brand new Nokia 6700 Classic. I try to connect it with a Sony Ericsson Bluetooth stereo headset, which supports the Bluetooth A2DP profile. Unfortunatelly Nokia says that no bluetooth devices were found. According to the specifications, it should support A2DP, so these devices should be compatible with each other.
    What can I do wrong?
Ps. This headset works fine with my old phone, Nokia 6151
Ps2. Steps i take to connect devices (names may be inaccurate, I :
    turn headset on
    turn Nokia on :-P
go to Menu -> Settings -> Connectivity -> Bluetooth
    set Bluetooth to on
    go to"Conn. to autio acc."
    select "New search"
    "Searching for devices" appears
result: "No devices found. Check that the device you are searching for has Bluetooth switched on and is set visible"
Ps3. The headset is SE HBH-DS200
    Solved!

    Hi,
This is taken from the headset's support website: http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/accessories/hbh-ds200?lc=en&cc=ca
To pair the headset with your phone:
    1. Make sure the headset is turned off.
    2. Turn on the Bluetooth function and Bluetooth visibility in your phone (this makes the phone visible to other Bluetooth devices).
    3. Place the phone within 20 cm (8 inches) of the headset.
    4. Press and hold down the on/off key on the headset until the display shows the flashing pairing icon.
    5. If your phone supports auto pairing, press "Yes" when you're asked to add the headset to the phone. If not, see your phone User guide on how to pair the Bluetooth device. If required, the headset passcode is 0000.
The headset shows the battery status and the on/off icon when successfully paired.
Note: When in pairing mode, the headset switches off if you don't pair it with the phone within 10 minutes.
Try the above with the steps you took on ur phone and it should pair up properly - most ppl tend to forget that u need to activate pairing mode on the headset as well as on the phone

  • I write digital port by 'DAQmx Configure Logging.vi' and receive TDMS file with 8 boolean channels. How can I write to 1 integer channel?

    Hello!
I want to write 1 digital port from PXI-6536 with streaming to TDMS file.
I'm writing by 'DAQmx Configure Logging.vi' and become TDMS file with 8 boolean channels.
How can I write to 1integer channel?

    Hey Atrina,
The actual data stored on disk is just the raw data (that is, a byte per sample in your case).  It's really just a matter of how that data is being represented in LabVIEW whenever you read back the TDMS file.
I'm not sure if there is a better way to do this, but here is a way to accomplish what you're wanting:
Read back the TDMS file as a digital waveform.  Then there's a conversion function in LabVIEW called DWDT Digital to Binary.  This function will convert that set of digital channels into the "port format" that you're wanting.  I've attached an example of what I mean.
Note: When looking at this VI, there are a few things that the downgrade process did to the VI that I would not recommend for these TDMS files.  It added a 1.0 constant on the TDMS Open function, and it set "disable buffering" on the TDMS Open function to false; you can get rid of both of those constants.

  • Mac Pro Lion 10.7.5 will not receive bluetooth file from Macbook Leopard 10.5.8

Since late 2008, I have been running a 2.2GHz / 3,1 / 4GB MacBook, now at 10.5.8. A few days ago I bought a 2.66 GHz / 1,1 / 6GB Mac Pro, now at 10.7.5. I can not seem to get the Lion Mac Pro to successfully receive a 3.3mb file sent, via BLUETOOTH, from the Leopard Macbook. Sending the file, from the Leopard MacBook, usually, fails and gives the message, "There was an error connecting to the device". A few times I did get an incoming file alert on the Mac Pro and the file seemed to begin coming from the MacBook; however, the estimated time varied wildly and the file transfer eventually failed and displayed the aforementioned message. I have an android 2.3.6 phone and I was able to successfully send the same 3.3mb file to the Mac Pro in a matter of a minute, or so. I may downgrade the Mac Pro to 10.5.8, because I have important software/hardware that may not be supported on Lion, but, right now, I am trying to determine compatibility with my important Leopard software/hardware. For the time being, I want to send files to the Mac Pro via BLUETOOTH, as opposed to any other transfer method.

I don't know the answer to your problem, but until you resolve it do not upgrade OS X.
I would suggest you try a reinstall:
Reinstall Lion, Mountain Lion, or Mavericks without erasing drive
    Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
    Repair
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list.  In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive.  If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported then click on the Repair Permissions button. When the process is completed, then quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall Lion, Mountain Lion, or Mavericks
OS X Mavericks- Reinstall OS X
OS X Mountain Lion- Reinstall OS X
OS X Lion- Reinstall Mac OS X
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet
if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.

    hi JonnyD84,
    Welcome to the Forums.
After pairing the Lenovo PC to your phone, can you try one of the following:
    1. Press the Windows key‌ +R, type fsquirt and press Enter. Select to Receive files and follow the prompts then try sending a file from the phone to the Lenovo PC.
         - Sample image
    2. Right click on the bluetooth icon and select Receive File then try follow the prompts then try sending a file from the phone to the Lenovo PC
         - Sample image
If the above steps doesn't work, try to temporarily disable any running security software on the machine (eg., Windows Defender, Norton, Mcafee, etc.) and retry the above steps.
Let me know how it goes.

  • Sending/Receiving Bluetooth files

    Hi,
i have the 8310. I cannot recieve or transfer by bluetooth. It lets me pair with devices then when they send it just fails everytime. I usually have to look for a device as it will not let other devices pair with me?
I don't know if i'm doing something wrong as i have never used a phone that has to be paired before??
    Please help!!

A lot of carrier's have blocked the ability to transfer files via Bluetooth.  Reason being is for priacy.  Let's say you download a ringtone and pay $3 for it and then give it to 15 other people, the artist of that ringtone only gets their share of one ringtone download but 15 other people have that ringtone that they didn't pay for.  The only thing you can really do with Bluetooth now-a-days is pair your device to either a headset, a computer or another device to transfer contacts.  Kind of sucks considering Bluetooth was designed to do transfer files on the fly between two devices.

  • Playbook cannot receive bluetooth files

Yet another problem with this most useless device... Trying to bluetooth a file from my Mac; both have bluetooth switched on, both are 'discoverable'; the Playbook appears in the window on the Mac, but when I try to send a file the little thing in the corner spins round and round for ages, saying 'connecting to the device', but it never sends the file, & then tells me something like the device 'doesn't have the necessary facilities' (or something; can't remember the exact wording).
Is there anything this useless Playbook thing can actually do properly? I thought I was buying somehting like an android device, but it is incompatible with almost everything (Skype, etc...), & really simple things like Bluetooth, that the most basic phone can manage, seem to be totally beyond it's capabilities.

I use my playbook almost every day for email, movies, games, video chat, web surfing, picture taking and taking videos of my kids while they dance to music that is playing from my playbook.
I use wifi sharing to transfer things from my PC to playbook, much faster too

  • Nokia e65 and Jabra bluetooth headset

As a new user I am experiencing a problem, I have a Jabra BT 250 Bluetooth headset, old but trusted, it works fine but each time I want to connect to phone it will not automatically recognise so I have to connect manually - a real pain!

    Hi..
Thanks for the quick respond.  You are simply great! I was pretty mad at myself cos' I throw away the headset's instruction so that mean I throw away the paring code given but then I gave "0000" a try hoping it will work, and oh boy, it did!
Now the only thing is I discover the SE2300's volume control, forward/backward song and the pause feature work fine  but the only down side is once I pause the music using the SE2300, I can never get it to play again via the SE2300 as such I have to resort to pressing the "Play" button on my E71.
Is there a way to work around so that my SE2300 can pause and play?
