Nokia 9300 PC Driver for WinXP

Hi
I have a 9300 whenever i connect it to my laptop using a usb cable, windows xp (sp2) detects it and displays a usb message "connected nokia 9300". Then it asks for the driver through driver installation wizard. I have tried automatic and internet search but no use. I have also installed latest PC Suite on my laptop. I also tried installing DKU-2 drivers but failure agian then i uninstalled it.

But as a matter of fact when i had nothing installed on my PC except latest PC Suite, i had the same problem.
Yes my PC device manager showed "NOkia 9300 ?"(with question mark).
Well meantime i connected internet to search for the drivers, i got some of them but still there are a few wireless communication drivers which could not be installed.
I had been able to install the modem and some of the wireless drivers for 9300.
I have tried again to connect through PC Suite but again the same thing. It keeps on showing me the connection screen but no effect.
What would you say now... should i give it a try by uninstall and installation agaiin...

Nvidia 320m driver for WinXP on mac mini

I just get my new mac mini and start to become a mac user. But due to the fact that many of the software I use for my work only run on Windows, I have to bootcamp WinXP.
After I install the drivers from bootcamp disc on WinXP, there are still some problems on the following devices:
Ethernet Control Card
SM Bus Controller
Slave Processor
VGA Control Card
I don’t know how the first three devices would affect, but VGA Control Card do bothers me since I can’t even browse the website smoothly.
I search the net and it seems that NVIDIA DRIVERS 258.96 WHQL would work. I download it and it doesn’t work for me. I also find that the 320m driver for WinXP is on this link: http://files.me.com/jason_fearing/jai1zj. But this link seems shut down.
I would appreciate if anyone is kind to help me.

Nokia Connectivity cable driver for Nokia 6730 cla...

I tried to install Nokia PC Suite for my Nokia 6730, but without success, because the system says: "The older version of Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver cannot be removed."
What can I do ?

Are you logged in as admininstrator? Use Revo to uninstall all Nokia related software including drivers and start again.

Nokia 6020 modem driver for vista

have installed pc suite 6.83 but it stills cannot connect to phone via usb cable as it shows no modem driver
found is there a separate driver for the 6020

POWER CONTROLLER DRIVER FOR WINXP. - MODEL405624Q

I have bought Lenovo 3000 - model 405624Q and installed WINXP on it. But i am unable to find the drivers for the following devise for windows xp professional.
1. Lenovo ACPI compliant Virtual Power Controller
I tried to locate the driver for this devise on net also, but couldnt find it. . I tried to install it from the driver CD provided with the unit, but its only having vista drivers and vista driver is not working for this particular devise. Can you please provide windows xp driver for this devise. since this devise doesnt have driver, the NOVO switch is not working as well

Shai,
That model sounds like a version of the Lenovo 3000 G510 system. It may be that as a newer model, only Vista is officially supported. I have not found any XP drivers for it on the website, but only the earlier G400/G410 models.
I do not have these models, so I can't test, but you may be able to use some of the G410 drivers.
HERE is the link to the G410 drivers.
Someone else may have more information for you.
UPDATE - HERE is a driver for power management that may work for you

2011 new mba wireless driver for winxp

Hi folks,
I just put a windows xp on the new 2011 macbook air using bootcamp. The wireless driver produced automatically by bootcamp does not work with win xp. Does anyone know where to download the driver for wireless? Also I can no longer access Mac os after I put on windows xp on it... Any suggestions? Thanks a lot!!!

i have gone thru the same situwation like you and find out that the MBA support Windiws 7, i think you may want to revert to Windiws 7. XP not really support MBA especially the driver. mine MBA is the latest sandy bridge.
you may want to press on option while booting to access the boot up option. just select the mac HD to book from mac os.

Nokia 6300 Bluetooth driver for Windows 7

Hey Guys,
Since installing Windows 7 Professional, 32 bit, on my ASUS laptop, it won't let me connect to my Nokia 6300 via bluetooth anymore. It was fine with Vista. I've installed PC Suite - that still connects fine.
However when I go to connect via bluetooth through windows (so I can transfer songs through windows media player, which I have to do for some of them since which won't transfer through Nokia Music Manager), it says driver cannot be found. It then tries to find it to no avail.
I tried going here http://europe.nokia.com/support/product-support/nokia-6300/software but I don't know how to install the drivers. Where do I save them to? They're inf files and just open up with notepad.
I tried saving them to C:\Windows\inf but it didn't work. When I try to connect it just tries to find the driver manually and won't give me an option to point to that file, only the directory. But still doesn't pick it up and will say that there isn't the right driver.
Any help?

Those .inf files you are talking about are modem drivers only.
You install them if you don't have PC Suite or Ovi Suite installed and you still want to use your phone as a modem for your computer.
To me your problem sounds more like a bluetooth stack incompatibility in your PC.
You have an Asus, so I guess you are running on Toshiba bluetooth.
Try the latest bluetooth stack from here:

IP Passthrough on Nokia 9300

Have been trying to connect to the internet via PC after setting up cable connection as IP Passthrough. Get a prompt to install Nokia 9300 RNDIS driver. Does not seem to be in the latest version of PC Suite 6.8 nor in Windows XP SP1 either. Where do I get this driver? How do I connect to the internet thru IP Passthrough?

you may have missed the point here...
you can only use IPP with a cable, not bluetooth.
all you are doing is setting up a network bridge with the software. you need to choose the connections from Nokia Network Bridge in the control panel. to the best of my knowledge - i do not remember seeing the modem in the setup for this when i tried it.

Where can I find the USB driver for the serial to USB adapter?

I have a Palm IIIc with the serial HotSync cradle and USB adapter but I dont have the driver disc for it and was wondering if there was a page within the site here I could download it from?
The OS platform needed for the driver is Win2000 / XP.

It had the Prolific USB-to-Serial driver for WinXP. I downloaded & installed it. It created a COM5 port that my Palm Desktop found automatically. I hit the HotSync and, presto!, everything works perfectly. I only spent 5 hours trying to solve this problem for my dad.
He hadn't HotSync'd his Palm IIIxe to his home laptop since NOV2005!! And he hadn't HotSync'd to his work PC since he retired in JUL2008 (and he doesn't have access to that PC anymore).
I'll repeat this post in the other threads I queried on. I hope this helps someone solve their USB-to-Serial Adapter Driver problems.

I bought a CA-42 cable for my Nokia 3220. I have Virtual PC v.6.1.0 and Windows XP Pro installed on my eMac. I have enough RAM to handle running VPC/WinXP and Mac OS X at the same time (768 MB). Can I use the cable to connect my phone to my Mac, but while running VPC and WinXP? The phone SHOULD think it's connected to a PC shouldn't it?
I want to use the Nokia PC Suite to manage my phone, but also to back it up, as I want to have it flashed, and need to save everything, first.
I haven't been successful, so far, and would like to know if using Windows on VPC can be done, what settings I need to adjust, or if you have to actually have a PC (which would be a real downer [G]). Hello, Can anyone tell me if there is a downloadable driver for x64 Edition for DKU-5. I mean how can I connect my phone with my PC? As soon as I plug-in the cable, the driver do not instal. Please help.

Nokia's support pages only have drivers for "Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP", and I suspect nobody else has written any 64-bit WinXP drivers for that cable.

GPS system for Nokia 9300

I am looking for a full GPS system for my Nokia 9300, which will give me voice navigation down to specific postcodes within the UK and downloadable up-to-date maps/navigation database. I had my eye on Route 66 Mobile but it's specification states it's only available for the S60 series; even the latest Route 66 Mobile version 7.
I'm now really confused as to what I should look for. I need a complete system i.e. GPS receiver and software, because at the moment I only have the phone. As a very last resort, I do have an old Nokia 6630 I could use as a dedicated navigation system, but really I want to use my Nokia 9300 for everything.
