Where can I find Nokia accessories in Vancouver Canada? The Nokia canada web site shows all this cool stuff, but I haven't seen it in any store.

Recently i purchased Nokia BH503 from Ebay.in and after receiving my order i found that I have received DUPLICATE NOKIA product..

You can find various forms of contact here, and as for selling of replica products on Ebay is a massive issue for all organisations. This is why we recommend users to buy from a trusted retailer or a Nokia Store, which can give customers confirmation that they are not investing into a counterfeit, which may cause problems in the future.
We suggest you contact the ebay seller in regards to your product and ask for a refund on this, or reporting to Ebay themselves.

Nokia accessories and BH-110

hi all,
is there a way to get the BH-110 to show up in nokia accessories?? It doesn't have a NFC chip, i tried to "add with Bluetooth" which doesn't work. Or is it just not compatible??

Nokia N95 8GB (Canada) - Chinese?

I bought a Nokia N95 8GB in Canada officially from local dealer (Rogers). Everything is in English which is fine. However, I wanted to install the 'Chinese-English-Chinese Dictionary' which is officially from Nokia!

I have installed it, and when I use it, all the Chinese comes up in symbols and things like that.
Is there a language pack I can add or do I have to change firmware or what? I do NOT want my entire phone to be chinese, I want it to stay English, menu stays English, everything, just want to read chinese and chinese application.

There is a language pack but only a Nokia Care Point can install it. You'll have to take your phone along to a NCP and ask them to do that for you.
Note that there may be a charge for this because the absence of Chinese language support from your phone isn't a fault. Also note that you'll have to have the language pack re-installed if you reset the phone or update its firmware.

How to find a list of nokia specific settings soft...

i have nokia lumia 822 on verizon usa. right after i got the phone i was having problems with the bluetooth. the verizon tech had me do a hard reset and erased everything. when the phone restored i was able to reinstall most apps. but the nokia specific apps would not. i noticed nokia maps, nokia drive had to manualy be installed. what i did not notice was that nokia audio and nokia accessories did not install and it takes a long time to notice they are missing. they are very hard to find in the app market. several months later i bought the nokia charging stand and found the NFC feature did not work. searching through online forums i was able to find a link to "nokia accessories" "app" that loaded the NFC features.
i would not be surprised if there are other missing software packages in the form of "apps" that i am missing.
is there a list somewhere of these nokia specific "apps" " settings" " features" ?

Specify Calendar in Nokia Weather & Calendar app w...

I recently bought the DT-910. After some initial trouble adding the Nokia Accessories section to Settings (I found a QR code link in these forums to install it, because it doesn't appear in the Store and wasn't on my Lumia 928 otherwise), I was enjoying the Weather & Calendar screen saver for use with the DT-910.
However, it only lists calendar events from what I think must be my Windows Live Mail account. All I see are birthdays for LinkedIn contacts, which appear in my Live account. Useless. In fact, this calendar is turned OFF in the Windows Phone main Calendar app's settings precisely because it's useless data for me. I have 3 Exchange accounts which are the only calendars I want to see.
Does anyone know how to specify which calendar this app should use to populate its data? Ideally, it would use the calendar data as specified in the main Calendar's settings. But if it can't do that and can only show 1 calendar for some reason, then it should at least use one of my active calendars, not one that I've turned off.
I had posted a similar question over on wpcentral.com, and they suggested I post this directly on the Nokia forum. Any suggestions? Does anyone else have this problem? Anyone using the "Weather & Calendar" screen saver and not having this problem where it only shows the Windows Phone mail account's calendar?

Anyone? If anyone has purchased the DT-910 and if you're using Nokia's recommended app: the Weather & Calendar screen saver with more than the default MS account calendar, how did you tell it what calendar to use or did it automatically draw from all your calendars like the built-in Calendar app?

Viewing Korean letters on Nokia N8

Can my Chinese E63 be used in Canada?

Does anyone know if/how I can use my Chinese Nokia E63 in Canada?
I bought an E63 in Taiyuan, Shanxi, China over a year ago and was on the China Mobile network until about a week ago when my wife and I moved to Alberta, Canada.
I tried popping in a Telus SIM card, but to no avail. Is it possible that the E63 could be "locked" or something?

The E63 is a quad band GSM phone, so regardless of whether yours is a Chinese, US or global version, it will work as a GSM phone in Canada.
Smartphones bought in China are not 3G-enabled. This means that you will not be able to use 3G services with your phone. You will not be able to place or receive video calls and you will only get GSM or EDGE speeds for data transfer.
Also note that you will not be able to use a Canadian SIM in your phone if it is SIM-locked to your Chinese network, although I understand that this is not common practice in China.

Nokia Carrying Case CP-235 for the N95 8GB

I want to say, that this case is not good at all, and i'm gonna tell you why! I just bought an N95 8Gb, and I thought, that I should protect my phone, because it's a cheaper modell, and I woul'd like to keep it like new, for a longer time... So I went to the Nokia store, and I bought a case (orginal nokia designed for this model only) like this. it fits perfectly, and it is functionally but after only 2 days whwn I toked out the phone from this case, I observed, that the case scrached my phone, on the front! I became verry upset, because i scretched my phone because of a stupid case, because I was naive, and I trusted Nokia products, and I thought, that if Nokia has a product to protect phones, than it's tested to accomplish his destination, and not to do harm!!!

Oh, I am sorry to hear that.But I can not understand why that case can scrach your nokia n95 mobile.what 's material of that case was made? crystal,Silicon ,Silicone or leather .

Nokia N82 version 31.0.016 music library corrupted...

Please help fix music library corrupted problem after updating firmware version to 31.0.016. This happened after i started playing music after firmware update, it says, "music library corrupted". i have 100+ songs in my memory card but it seems that the phone cannot read the song files. Any help?

No Belle for Canada!

I am extremely dissapointed to see that Belle will not be available to Canadian Nokia users at all!
I hope somebody from Nokia reads this post...
This is totally unacceptable and completely ridiculous! How the US can get the update but not Canada is beyond comprehension.
I've been very loyal to Nokia over the last 14 years and have only owned Nokias. That has been harder and harder to do lately as Nokia slowly abandons Canada. I've always praised Nokia phones to my family and friends, always defended Nokia every chance I could when some iphone or Android user was badmouthing them. I was a loyal customer who was overjoyed when a Canadian branded N8 became available through my carrier.
And not only did we have to wait 4 months longer for Anna than most of the world, but now I hear the software update I've been waiting for for so long will not be available at all despite having branded phones in Canada.... This is like getting punched in the stomach to a loyal Nokia fan...
It looks like the Aussies are getting the same cold shoulder from Nokia...
It's over with Nokia and myself. My N8 will be my last Nokia. I'm not even going to consider any of their windows phones.
I'd better start an itunes account I guess.

I contacted both Rogers and Nokia yesterday.
The Nokia representative said the update will come soon just wait. So then I told him about the update availability page and that Belle will not be available in Canada and he was very surprised that this web page existed. So basically he had no clue what was going on.
He said they cannot update me to Belle since that would be considered a breach of contract by Rogers.
I then contacted Rogers and they know that they need to approve and release firmwares to us, but they had no word on Belle.
So in short, there are no clues nor information on whether we will get Belle or not.
Us X7 RM-659 users are stuck for now since RM-707 only got the Belle update.

Nokia 6085 and ck-15w

I don't get phonebook transferred to ck -15w from nokia 6085. Does 6085 support it? All other are working ok. Anyone having same problem?

Dont know whether you have tried it yet but on Nokia accessories support, there is a download for contacts, that you need to install into your phone. If you need further advice let me know and I will try to find out exactly where on site it is.

Does Nokia Monster Purity headset have warranty?

I purchased my Nokia Monster Purity headset in August 2012 from Amazon.com here in U.S. (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0074F5IH4/).
Unfortunately, the left speaker stopped working yesterday, and I tried to figure out if it is under warranty or not, but I couldn't find any information on Amazon.com.
Does anybody know if this headset has warranty and if so, how to go about the warranty process?

Whilst normally Nokia accessories included with device have a warranty for six months, it says 12 months upon the WH-920 box or at least it does for Euro 1 version!
Probably you will get nowhere with Nokia support as you can't give them an IMEI so maybe "Catch 22" situation.

As a general rule, we strongly advise to purchase Nokia accessories only in Official Care Centres or authorised retailers to make sure you are getting an original part. (I'm answering this old topic for reference sake).
