Sorry to hear about the issue but welcome to the forum! Please try the following actions and see if one of them helps.
Please make sure you have enough memory free. Sync to Nokia Suite, and then delete, unncessary applications, SMS, pictures/videos and other data.
If the memory is not full, make a backup with Nokia Suite. Reinstall the phone software. The process is the same as when updating with Nokia Suite, but at the end select "Reinstall".
Type in *#7780# followed by lock code (default is 12345). This is soft reset, no data lost. The settings will be restored to factory state.
If the issue still persists, type in *#7370#. This is hard reset, phone memory will be wiped. Restore back up from Nokia Suite.

I have the ordinary problem with nokia lumia 625...everything works except facebook (when using wifi at home)...facebook app wont load,news feed in People tile wont load,internet explorer loads every page except facebook (nokia xpress has no problem)...only thing that works is facebook chat in messages...i have done firmware update of the router (belkin) and it didnt work i really dont know where the problem can be...any other devices works fine (even lumia 800 had no problems), any other pages or apps work fine on wifi and facebook works on other wifis--belkin support says it is a problem of this model of the phone not in the router

Nokia lumia 800 - facebook chat

On my Nokia lumia 800 facebook chat doesn't work, it has been working perfectly before since few day it lets me sign in, it says im signed in and im available but it said 'no one is online' when on my laptop people are online. I've tried different things to make it work but it just won't, any help please?

If you have not setup your Facebook account in your phone, kindly set it up and check if you'll be able to see your FB friends under Messaging and then Online. Make sure to enable the Facebook Chat on your Messaging by going to Messaging > (...) > Settings > Facebook Chat and that your Status is set to Available.

Nokia N8 installing driver problem !! HELP ME !!!!

Hi guys, i recently bought a Nokia N8.
i've install Nokia Ovi Suit from folder that exist in my phone, it's completely install ovi suit and download Nokia N8's USB driver from internet and stores it in "C:\Program Files\Nokia\Connectivity Cable Driver".
when i connect the phone in Nokia Ovi Suit Mode via USB, windows can found it, but cannot install its drivers !!!
Windows says that: "Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it.
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it." (i use Windows Vista 32-bit, see below attachment)
what can i do ??!!! plzzzzz help me i need too run Ovi Suit !!!

I am having the exact same issue.
The Ovi store was installed first via the N8 built in software, then uninstalled and reinstalled using the latest Ovi version from Nokia's webinstaller download, but still no success with the Ovi connection.
The other file transfer modes work fine 'media transfer & 'mass storage' but the Ovi store is still unable to run due to Windows VISTA not being able to locate the drivers for the N8 software. (despite being installed!)
After accepting the prompt for Windows to locate the drivers... The same error as RayMond_021 screen shot appears.
"COMPUTER SAYS.... NO!"
Super frustrating! A brand new $800 phone and I can't even access the promised software (Ovi maps) that encouraged me to buy it!?
PLEASE HELP US!!!!!

Nokia 5610 XpressMusic Startup Problem..

Hi, I have Nokia 5610 XM startup problem with memory card.. (I tried with 3 different micro SD card also)

If I remove the memory card, then it starts succefully.. And if I plug in back memory card, then phone restarts in 2hours or in calling time... sorry about my English..

it sounds like it could be the memory card connectors or something like that if you say that it works fine without the card in, you might want to take it to nokia care point for them to have a look at this issue.

Nokia 5300 - Power Saver Problems

Hi!
I have a 5300 and sometimes my Power Saver mode does not work.
I'm sorry but I coudn't figure out the problem reprodution steps yet. All I can tell is that from a certain point beyond the power saver does not appear although it is activated. One way to correct this is to turn the phone off then on.
Is Nokia aware of this problem?
I found a similar post about another model, the suggested explanation resided on the operator's firmware, but in 5300's case the firmware is Nokia original...

Hi NDS. I just want to know something... My phone is Nokia 700 FP2 v 113.010.1506. I have an issue using the facebook mobile website, on Nokia Browser.
The page loads but:
1) On the top i have no notification icons.
2) I cant use the side-slide menu, when i press on there is no reaction.
3) when i slide down the news feed, it muat load the old post, but nothing happens.
I wrote about this to facebook, but there was no result.
Opera mobile loads the page and everything is good but due to slow performance of script and etc. loading, i don't use Opera mobile.
On FP1 everything was working perfect, after FP2 this issue appeard.
Yes only facebook is not a reason to say that there is a bug. I just want to know if this happens only to me.

Yes! Been living in a hellish nightmare since Sept-Oct. Unlike you, however, Apple has been of no help. They say the iPad is unhackable, plist and crash reports are none of my business and who understands them anyway, their route tracing apps are probably not reliable. The best they could do was wipe the iPad clean. Lost photos they said would be in the cloud....
Almost immediately was back in somebody's VPN, their remote controller, video, audio, working. Got the purple buddy for the first time today. I have been invaded, my iPad no longer feels like my own, I have lost thanksgiving, Christmas, new year trying to track down the invaders, signed up for a Cisco course, set/reset passwords.
I don't know who else to contact... Or what next to do.
I've read similar frustration in other posts, scattered around the support communities. Yours is the only one that has worked toward a solution.
How did you get anyone at apple to look at your logs and acknowledge there is a problem?
Would be happy for a suggestion on how to proceed. Already been the apple store genius and tech on phone route.

Nokia N900 USB connection Problem

Nokia N900 USB connection Problem.
I am very embarrassed to admit this but.......
I removed something (I cannot remember what) and now when I connect my Nokia N900 to my pc using the data cable it starts charging only.
Previously I could choose between "mass storage" mode and "PC Suite" mode.
Now I cannot access any files on my phone from my PC.
can anyone help please?

Hy people.Please help me i have problem with my third N96 and all with Home WLAN.I have also N95 8GB and she work great with my WLAN but N96 freeze on WLAN SEARCHING?!!!After start from WLAN ASISTENT my N96 freeze and restart the phone?!This is my third N96 and always i have bougt only original Nokia product and same problem with all of this three phones.I have updated my N96 via NSU from 11.011 to 12.043 and it is same problem.My wlan is with wpa security and i don't understand how work same wlan great on my N95 8GB but doest want to work with my N96?I thougt that first N96 who i have bought not OK is but it is same problem with second and now with third?!PLEASE HELP !

I must say (have n79 for 3 month) I have sometimes allso strangs behaviour with the Wlan. yesterday he tried to log on to HPSETUP wlan netwerk every second. I drove even to different place's by car. I found out because the baterie was down after 18 ours. and looking up in the logbook I found out. I made connection with an wlan network in the air at my new location (150 km south) and search on the web. Switch again to stop seaching wlan netwerk and he went now trying to connect to te last netwerk I made connection with. Then I put it in to offline mode and he was quiet. the next morning at work I started charching the batery and went too normal mode (did not restart). He did not want to connect to any wlan any more (as it should be). very strang. know he is just fine now.
Soo more things are weird.

hello, 1 week ago i bought nokia asha 200 and problem is that when i get SMS its shows *some text missing* sms is not full and after several time its comes in complete view. is it operator problem or mobile softwere problem?? i had nokia c6 before this one and never had this problem... can someone help me?

You can Zoom, Rotate a Picture but E63 never allows to Save the edited Picture, Worst SOftware Engeering.
-- No Calendar Sync with Address Book Events
Add a Birday/Annivesary event along to a contact, you will never see the event entered to Calendar/neither gets a remainder alarm on that occassion.
Very Sad to say Nokia has very less knowledged engineers who are not even capable of giving a software which Rs 500 mobile gives with colors.
-- Memory Card COrrupted and needs a restart of MObile to recongise the Mem Card
3 to 4 times a day and every time when you switch off and switch on You need to re-insert the memory card(which is supplied along with MObile by Nokia)

Awesome, you cannot open pics with folder wise,
Open a Pic from folder, delete the that pic, you will be routed back to Home screen instead of folder.
What a Testing Engineered SOftware.
and after encryting memopry card, and after decrypting i am not able to see pics on pic viewers.
but can access to files directly going to Mem card folders.
ENcrypt and decrypt are juts for name sake, not for functioning and serving the need.

Now get back to your Inbox, Surprise, you never see 123456789 updated with COntact Name Balaji, it will stay as 123456789 only, even give a try of Swithc off and Switch on 100 times, its same.

2. Now, one more test:
   You have already saved a friend number 12345 as Balaji in contacts.
   you get a SMS from 12345, well the inbox now promptly shows message from Balaji, now go back to Contacts, and change the number 12345 to any number,
   so now Contact Balaji's number is changed but you will never see this reflected in inbox.
   you will be still shown as message from Balaji, though that number is not at all saved.
One more roboustness testing:
You delete the contact Balaji, still you see in Inbox SMS from Balaji.

Even with dedicated Wirelss internet connection, E63 just detects the connection but when started browsing, i just get5 this.

you give a try for 1000 times you wont get internet brrowsing in E63,
i get heavy headache if i start thinking why i paid RS12000/- for Junk.
if i meet any of NOkia people at my office i will kick to them for sure.

this is cheating All indian Customers, Taking RS 12000/- and not even providing a sofwtare which a RS 1000/- gives.

Nokia E63 has a name sake encryption and decryption. Once you encrypt and decrypt it is difficult to find any of your old saved files. Paradox is that the memory status will show a huge quantity of used space. But GOD only knows where the files are. Nokia support centres have no answer for this problem. I lost a large chunk of my pics n files. Shame of Nokia.

Nokia N8 Facebook Problem

Ive just got a Nokia N8 and couldnt be happier with it. Except that every time i try to use the Social Widget it logs me out of Facebook constantly. My Twitter works perfectly, but Facebook will not stay logged in, it even logs out whilst you are using the app?? You'll often only be logged in for no more than 3 seconds and it will log you straight back out again.
HELP!!!!

I have the same phone and the same problem, called my provider and they took me through some BS troubleshooting, firmware reset, app re-install nothing worked. I'm going to smash this phone if I cannot get this corrected.
Doesn't seem to be many people having this problem though?

FACEBOOK PROBLEM NOKIA 302 ASHA

hello !! . I am really upset that my nokia asha 302 cannot run the facebook application installed on the phone and I don't know what to do!!! Please help. The phone is brand new, it was purchased in a local store, has all documents in place including the warranty certificate, but the phone doesn't run the facebook app unless I use the internet browser. Tried to use the browser to connect to facebook and it works every single time, including on wireless networks, but the Facebook application installed in the phone doesn't work at all, and this happened since the very first day of use of my phone. I am using the phone for 2 months now, bought it 2 months ago and it didn't work at all under the FB application since I first used the phone. The browser and the internet both work. Please advise, thanks !!

Yeah that problem is not a problem actually. .
Launch the app with the mobile data on. It may take several times or it may not start on that time.
Try launching the app with mobile data on frequently.
At a certain time the internet would work efficiently on the app and hence the app would work.
It happened with my Asha 230 as well Asha 501.
Note: Keep sure that you have the latest version of Facebook.

Nokia C3-00 multiple facebook problems

Hello,
Im new to the forums .. i have searched the forums but havent found solutions to the issues im facing..
1. I cant seem to view my REQUESTS on the facebook communities app. It starts with the loading screen and then well keeps on loading.. both on wifi and gprs. ( see attachment )
2. When i try to upload pics via gallery on facebook ... the gallery appears to be blank. I cannot view the pics ive taken via camera.
my software version is 4.60 ( up to date confirmed via OVi suite ) and my facebook app version is 2.0.9 ( up to date according to "update service" in the menu ).
everything else works just fine im extremely happy with this device. Please advise if there is any solution to the problems im facing.

This is weird .. seems like a QA error on Nokia's part .. i was actually counting on the firmware update to fix these issues
