Nokia c3 Mobile messanger issue

i have updated new software from software updater of this site...but as it is done chat function of IM is not opening. it gives message of invalid application..i hv reset factory settings, reboot my handset but of no use. im even unable reinstall software.what shall i do now?

Have they just admitted it to ALL batterys now? This has been around for a while about these batterys?

    I have on user when she logs in to Nokia Intellisync Mobile Suite we do not see any of her emails, contacts, etc. Her account was moved and hung in a move. Since then I have deleted and restored the account from archive. I have deleted the user from Intellisync Manager. Ran DSRepair on GW and NDS server. Synconized her account in Intellisync Manager. Ran Anolize and Fix on her account. I have searched the tree for any other account with the same name and only have one now. I see emails logged in as GroupWise and through Webaccess. All other accounts seem to be working on the mobile suite. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    The only thing that helped when I was having the problem was to login into the MMC and right click on the user and go down to Use Website As User. This will open the web interface for the user, but will have another feature on the bottom under Account Settings. You will see a button called RESET ACCOUNT. Click this it should fix the problem.

  • Reading pdf files is very slow on my nokia 5800 mobile phone

    Reading pdf files is very slow on my nokia 5800 mobile phone. I have Adobe Reader LE 2.5 and when i open any pdf file, it runs very slow and the scrolling is very slow in spite of opening pdf files which contain text only and in black color. I have tried also wrap text option and the problem persists. Is there anyway to reduce the quality of the pdf displayed on my mobile?? and What i have to do to make it run smooth and fast to make reading on my mobile possible???

    Try to check the saved messages in the sim card. You may also try a power cycle by turning the phone off, removing the battery and pressing the power button without the battery for 8-10 seconds. You can also do a soft reset by pressing Menu > Settings > Rest. factory sett. > Restore settings only so that it will bring back the phone to its original state.

    it is known that some Series40 devices cannot stream online video / YouTube videos. unfortunately, even with correct network carrier data / streaming settings, there is nothing you can do to change this behaviour.

  • Iweb and I think mobile me issues

    Greetings,
    Several problems seems to plague my website in both Iweb, and on the live site.
    In Iweb:
    Regularly the program crashes
    If I select the Albums page on the left pane it displays links of my welcome page and empty album frames.
    If I go to one of the specific page (beyond the 3rd one) from the Album, I get (same as above) a page with a list of links from my welcome page and empty picture frames.
    One of the pages had GPS routes upload-able from Google Earth, that page is also gone (same as above)
    On the live published site:
    All the albums previously publish do not appear anymore
    The page with GPS route also gone
    The only glimmer of hope that I have re. this problem is that when I log in to Mobile Me, idisk\Web\Sites\Site, the actual site appears to be intact including media files and all. This is why I believe that the Iweb problem is related to some kind of Mobile Me issue.
    Suggestions would be appreciated, as I have spent countless hours building the website,

    I have bought Nokia 5233.I have not got any PC suite with it. After reading the posts on the Discussion Board I downloaded Nokia OVI Suite. After that I tried to connect my USB cable which I got with the phone to the PC. To my dismay OVI suite is not detecting any Device.
    My USB is working properly as when I attach it to my laptop then it asks me to select a mode so I selected PC suite mode.Afer that an autorun pop-up comes on my laptop for 5233.But the OVI suite is not detecting any device.
    I have installed the OVI Suite version 3.0.0.I have Windows Vista Ultimate. Kindly help me out.
    My nokia Cable is CA-101D.

  • Nokia lumina 620 wifi issue!!!!!

    I I'm getting **bleep** of my Nokia lumia 620 wifi issue. It's been working fine till mid September. On n off wifi is connected but can't use the internet. After a while it's fine. But why it's happening?? I bought it on 5 may 2013 and giving issue now. Sometimes my wifi is not detected, and when wifi is connected I can't use internet for 15min. This is not good. Please help me. Thanks

    Have you tried rebooting your router? While at it, also check for router updates.

    Solution
    There's no auto answer for the device itself unless u plugged in
    related accessories. Try this ..
    1. Menu -> Settings
    -> Calling -> Call -> Anykey Answer -> set to OFF
    2.
    Menu -> Settings -> Phone -> Accessories -> Scroll all 6
    category there and set all Automatic Answer to OFF
    Important note: It shud
    be in Headset, Wireless Car Kit and Music Stand.
    Do a test
    call from outside and see if the problem persists. Problem solved !

    I have appeared to have fixed the issue.
    I noticed the Nokia Connectivity Cable Drivers had a Repair Function, i ran this process and reconnected my device.
    All drivers were then found and installed correctly.

  • Nokia 301 Dual SIM - Issues opening message folder...

    Nokia as a company should be ashamed of manufacturing a phone like this(irrespective of if this is a issue with software or handset or both). I bought this assuming Nokia is a robust stable phone (Already have S3, but need a dual sim compact phone).
    But lately i have been getting "Message storage memory not ready" when i try to open inbox or conversation folder (under 'Messages' menu). 
    Tried Hard Reset / Soft Reset and nothing worked. Restared the mobile and this did not work too (SIM Out, IN and Restart did work either) Couple of times after reset it worked fine. But after few minutes, it again showed up the same error message.
    This is no abuse, but for Rs. 5700 that i paid this problem is bull **bleep**ting. And i would not expect this kind of useless product from Nokia. 
    And the hand set (Hands Free) that came with this phone does not stay in my ears even for a minute, it keeps falling. 
    Be ashamed Nokia.
    Phone is still in warranty, not sure what i can do with the warranty as iam out of the country now.
    IAM NEVER EVER BUYING A NOKIA AGAIN.
    Any solution to this issue will be greatly appreciated.

    Warranty covers both parts and labour services that will be rendered to the phone. The device might get repaired or replaced with a new one depending on the evaluation made by the Care Point specialist.

  • Nokia Lumia 822 - Application Issues

    First – I apologize in advance for the length of this post – I just wanted to provide as much detail as I could to help others that might run into problems like I did.
    I just got my Nokia Lumia 822 for Verizon and had some issues that I believe were related to the phone being set up for English United Kingdom instead of English USA.
    When the associate was done setting up my phone, I started using it and noticed immediately that the virtual keyboard was set for UK English (it displayed a co.uk button instead of a .com button).  I went into Settings > System > Keyboard and Settings > System > language+region and switched from English UK to English USA, and I thought everything would be fine.
    Although phone functionality, texting, 4G, WiFi, and voice mail from the Verizon Wireless Phone application all worked, and I was able to download applications from the Windows App Store, I had the following issues:
    My Verizon Mobile hangs at “Loading Resources…” screen
    Voicemail application – got “SIM Error – Unable to read SIM Data” error message
    Settings > System > Nokia account – got “Hardware Problem – Couldn’t Complete Operation” error message
    Settings > System > Backup Assistant Plus – would not start and returned directly to Settings > System menu
    Settings > System > extras+info – would not start and returned directly to Settings > System menu
    I took the phone to my local Verizon Wireless store and they told me that it looked like a hardware problem and that I should return it for an exchange where I purchased the phone. I also called Verizon Tech Support, and the support assistant tried a couple of things before coming to the same conclusion – that the hardware was probably faulty and I should exchange my phone for a new one.
    I decided to ensure that my SIM card was seated properly, so I popped off the back cover, removed the battery, then removed my SD Card and SIM Tray, then reinserted everything and put the back cover back on.  When the phone booted up, I noticed that the App Store had 6 updates for the apps that I was having trouble with.  I went into the App Store and downloaded the updates, and now encountered the following problems:
    My Verizon Mobile now launched, but I got an error message that the app could not connect to the network.
    Voicemail application – still got “SIM Error”
    Settings > System > Nokia account – still got “Hardware Problem”
    Settings > System > Backup Assistant Plus – application launched but I got an error message
    Settings > System > extras+info – now worked, and displayed version information about my phone and OS version
    Finally, I went into Settings > System > about and pressed the reset your phone button.  When it booted, I went through the initial setup screens and selected the default language (English USA).  I noticed that English UK was right above the default selection, and I believe the associate who did the setup in the store selected this instead of clicking on the default.  After selecting that I wanted to restore my data from the cloud, and waiting for about 5 minutes for this to complete, I was glad to see that all of the functionality now worked as expected.
    So to make a long story short, before assuming you have a bad piece of hardware, try using Settings > System > about – reset your phone – just in case it was set up incorrectly at the store.

    Sorry to hear that your phone has become so unresponsive! Let's see if we can get that working again. Try removing the battery for 30 seconds and then replace battery and back and power on. Should that trouble still persist then the next step would be a factory reset. This will unfortunately erase the Lumia but at least will make it functional again.     Hi..I bought nokia lumia 720 around 4 month back in india.Now i am in sweden.That time i had unlimited music subscription.But when i tried to download music here it is showing your mobile is already registered with unlimited subsciption .So i terminated my accounts and login with facebook account but instaed of unlimited it is showing you have subsrciption till 7th feb 2014.So let me k now the procedure to solve this issue asap.

    Firstly, Nokia Music Unlimited offers unlimited downloads for a fixed period, in the case of your Lumia 720 this is six months. It is not indefinite.
    The error must have occurred because your phone detected that you are now in Sweden. All Nokia Music (now known as MixRadio) services are restricted to specific countries according to the licensing arrangements with the record companies. Nokia Music Unlimited India is not available outside India.
    Even if that were not true, unfortunately it was not good to terminate your Nokia Account. When you first activate Nokia Music Unlimited, your phone's factory-provisioned NMU licence is linked to your Nokia Account. You cannot subsequently use that same phone with the NMU service on a different Nokia Account.
    Now that you are in Sweden, however, you do have access to all of the services that MixRadio Sweden has to offer, including free streaming of music mixes, and downloading music from the MixRadio Sweden catalogue,
